It's not what it was
It's not what it was. Unprofessional and lackadaisical maître. As does a South African waiter serving the sunroom portion. Very regular and even somewhat cocky attention. The product, on the other hand, is not what it was. It's a shame that unprofessional people bring down this restaurant, which in my opinion has been one of the best in Madrid.
Distinction in food
It is the first time I was in this place, in Hermosilla a couple of times. I found it pleasant and the food was very delicious, good service and expensive but this was already known. A good place to eat.
Poor service and experience - Not what it used to be
We have been coming to sushi 99 for many years and used to enjoy not only the quality of the food, but the high-end experience and service. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different during our dinner last weekend. The service was terrible, we were served by very young and inexperienced waiters, who were not able to make suggestions nor create rapport. They kept waiting for us to finish the food quickly even making comments on who would finish the last bit of sashimi etc., whereas we were trying to have a high-end slow culinary experience! To add to the mediocrity of the experience, the manager for that evening was extremely impatient in taking our order, he even showed contempt, and did not bother to ask whether we were happy with the food, not during the meal, nor at the end of the meal when taking our payment. Also, I shared feedback on the quail truffle nigiri as the egg was overcooked which meant the yolk was hard and the egg white was very dry. They made us a new set, this time not overcooking the eggs, however both the egg and the rice were burning hot. For the first time in my life, I burnt my tongue, eating a nigiri!! All in a while an extremely disappointing experience, and it saddens us to admit it, but sushi99 has become a chain-like kind of restaurant with very poor service. We will not be coming back.

Beautiful place, careful attention, accurate recommendations and original and very surprising dishes. It was a very pleasant evening in which the menu perfectly accompanied the meeting
The best sushi I've EVER had.
Service was great and the ambiance was super relaxing. It smelled like a spa when I walked in and the staff immediately seated us. There were a few other people there and it wasn't loud at all. Couldn't recommend it more!

I was waiting on the transfer for name but it hasn’t happened yet and my reservation is tonight , will it be an issue that is hasn’t changed into my name yet

The site doesn't have resources to properly execute a reservation transfer. Some places allow it however the best bet is to open a chat on the listing from the seller and communicate there

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
