Delicious but unpractical
The pancakes were delicious, but the service is quite unfriendly, there is a very long wait and the booking/waiting procedure is complicated.
Delicious pancakes
Pancakes were delicious but got a bit sickly. I think you could definitley share one between two. You can see them being made super fresh infront of you which was cool! And yes they actually wobble on the plate! You have to go there, scan the QR co
Fluffy and light pancakes.
This was on our list of places to eat when visiting Ginza from the UK. Was very happy to secure a booking once we downloaded the QR code and app. We didn’t have to wait too long before we received email for our booking so we headed straight there
Fluffy pancakes
We arrived at 11:30am (30 mins after opening), we scanned the QR code to be added to the waitlist. There was about 28 groups in front of us (140 min wait time), we killed some time by shopping in the Ginza area, we were notified of being next on the
Pancake recommendation
The Rainbow Pancake cafe was easy to find and though small the staff were very friendly and the pancakes were delicious. You definitely need to try this place if you are in the area
Good pancakes, but poor experience
Great pancakes! But why are the drinks at a cafe you have to wait in line for for hours come In plastic? And why is there no matcha?
It worth the wait
Terrible service, waited for a long time for the sweet pancakes, my husband ordered pancake with omelette which came after 15 minutes, half an hour later our pancakes arrived. Not worth visiting.
Fun thing to try!
This place was a must-do for me because I’ve always wanted to try these pancakes. When we got there they said it would be over an hour wait, but it only took 30 minutes. Very efficient at getting people in and out. This is a personal preference, bu
Very Rude. Bad System & Horrible Host
Horrible. We made a reservation with the QR code and got there on time. Our number was on the board. We waited so long for someone to assist us—when she came, our reservation has timed out. They made us leave when it was their fault.
Abusive customer service
We came early to make a reservation and scanned the QR code. It was about a one hour wait and they did not allow you to wait by the entrance so we were walking around. When we saw the notification that our table is ready, we headed to the restaurant.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to A Happy Pancake Ginza Chuo City at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the A Happy Pancake Ginza Chuo City page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.

* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* GallantAnswer60, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* GallantAnswer60 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.

* Once the reservation is secured, GallantAnswer60 receives the $200 reward which is credited to GallantAnswer60's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at A Happy Pancake Ginza Chuo City!
