A bit smaller than I expected, so I was a bit surprised to be seated at the bar, with another couple, 1m ftom the chefs plating all the courses.This was less of a detriment than it originally appeared: this restaurant had one hostess/sommelier and no servers. Each plate / wine was presented by one of the chefs that cooked it. For us, the chefs just reached across the bar to hand us the plate we watched them prepare. Everyone at the bar especially enjoyed the appetizer: Norwegian king crab, three ways. Claw in croustad/ sabayonne (wine egg cream); poached in crown dill; and juniper smoked arm in brown butter. There was also a wood-fired oven for preparing individual bread loaves and the "Loaf cake" dessert, which I had hoped they would have used more, but maybe next time. I'll definitely return next year.2022 09 06. M1.

On our visit there was a supplemental course that was so good I wanted to point it out. The vendance roe and potato puré provided one of those bites I will never forget, like the lobster mac-n-cheese at the French Laundry. Listed as a signature dish, don't pass up this opportunity. It was served with Agrikultur's forange gin, hernö. Truly amazing.

Not much to say that has already been said but probably the second best dining experience of my life besides Maido Peru. Just everything from the ambience to the service to the food was exceptional. I was seated at the kitchen counter with two other guests and had a front row to the action. The staff was exceptionally friendly and down to earth and made me feel like a guest in their home. The food was excellent, the fish row with smoked potato purée and gin was phenomenal... I'm still dreaming about it. Every dish was well thought out, exceptionally executed and delightfully explained.I had every course on the menu including champagne and the optional course and it was around $220 us, a very reasonable price. It was an awesome night and one of those meals where you walk out of the restaurant and you just say to yourself "wow."Thank you!

Just really tasty food on every plate they brought in, prepared with a lot of care and presented in a beautiful, graceful way. Fun that the kitchen is in full view too, and that one of the head chefs came out to serve a couple of the dishes and chat.

Hands down, the best meal I had during my 10-day journey traveling through Copenhagen, Norway, and Sweden.We came here highly recommended from my coworker and the meal well exceeded my expectation!Chef Filip was at the restaurant that night and it was an honor to be seated at the kitchen counter while watching a live cook show in front of us.We also opted to have the extra serving of meat and it was a great call. The semi rare steak was being smoked in the glass jar at the table, which was packed with tons of flavor!The portion was just perfect with 2 desserts at the end. If you are able to get a reservation, please request to sit by the counter (max 4 people by the front of the restaurant and possibly 2 more in the back). It is the best way to experience your meal.Service was top notch and every dish was explained to us with such attentive detail. Chef Filip even offered to take pictures for us and shared stories behind Agrikultur.Definitely plan ahead and make the reservation here if you are visiting Stockholm. It is the long lasting memory (and photos) that you will have with you!

Our splurge on the best meal in Amsterdam and this was definitely right there at the top. Didn't realize it had a Michelin star as well. Food was delightful and every plate with presentation was spot on. The binchotan (Japanese white charcoal) for the veal was amazing. It gave a white smokiness that was out of this world. Pair it with a red! Yummy!

The best meal I had in Stockholm (and I visited several highly rated spots). Actually one of the best meals I've had this year. Four "snacks" (amuse bouche), two appetizers, a main, and three desserts. All incredible. Very creative blend of flavors from innovative sources. Service was excellent. I suspect it will have a Michelin star very soon.The price on the website was not current, and the extra 100sek was a bit of a shock. I can't say I was disappointed, however, since the food was so outstanding.

One of the best meals I've ever had! Fantastic vegetable centered, set menu with plenty of innovative dishes. We sat at the chef's counter, very glad we did, and got to enjoy seeing the team work and talk with the chef throughout dinner.The staff was fun and helpful.

One of my top food experiences. All sorts of fun and unexpected flavors. The service was exceptional without being stuffy. Everyone was very friendly. The chef himself delivered a couple dishes, including one featuring a deer that he had shot himself. This place knows what it's doing and it's evident that everyone working there really cares.
