Al Azhar Onan Road Singapore Reviews from The Last Year
So-so food, order system from ok to bad
Food is so-so. Curry is not hot enough. With the new system, online ordering has gone from ok to BAD. No longer able to pay by PayLah! or PayNow without going to the counter. Can only pay by credit card unless you go to the counter, which defeats the purpose of online ordering. The new system seems to be designed to serve Al Azar rather than the customer.
Expensive Food.
It’s been some time I came here. Was very surprise with the food price. It’s so expensive. This is not even a restaurant with air con. On top of that they expect us to clear our table. I tout only coffeeshop need to clear the tables. With now customer need to clear the tables, the food price is increasing. One murtabak chicken at $10. I ordered roti John at $6.90 and the quantity is small. In summary I find the good price is too expensive for a place like this. Sad.
Bad service and bad briyani
The dum mutton briyani came with some bad curry. I asked the water forutton curry since its mutton beriyani. He said we only have dacha. I told him the dacha is so watery abd tasted very bad. He said sorry that's all he has. And he walked away. Terrible service and disappointing mutton beriyani. I paid 11.90 for it. Will never go back . Even the raita was sour

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

My reservation expired but I did not get a credit and I see no way to cancel. How do I the funds back as a credit?

I have a similar question, it seems like when money is refunded it doesnt go immediately what is the process of this since its essentially a debit card and not a credit card
