Dinner yesterday. First of the year. The team in the kitchen and on the floor are so consistent in a positive way that dining here is a zero risk event. They are just so professional. I don't know about you but with sky rocketing prices at restaura
A disappointment
All I can say is this place is just so disappointing and underwhelming, I’m actually confused as to how it has 3 stars. There is no innovation, there was shell left on my lobster and most things just had citrus added for flavour.. I also feel as th

Exceptional! Don't miss out, if your bank account allows it.
Best restaurant of my 20 day trip to the UK. Exquisite service and food. Very friendly staff and without the intrusiveness that usually occurs in these luxury restaurants. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. Depending on your budget on the da

Amazing service from Jo and Anwar- celebrated a special milestone birthday with a very close friend - highly recommended.
They are not accommodating.
They don't care , they just want your money. I flew in from London and I arrived sick, I had severe motion sickness and dehydrated. I called to cancel my reservation since I was so sick and told them if I end up going there, I would throw up. They di

An outstanding culinary experience
As you'd expect, this was an outstanding culinary experience with impeccable service. We opted for the tasting menu with accompanying wine with each dish. As the vino kicked in, by the time the last course arrived, I’d be lying if I said I could re
3 reasons.
Been there several times. Why? Three simple reasons: 1- The cuisine is amongst the top best in London (ingredients, recipes etc…). Second, you don’t take any risks here: cuisine and service have never let me down, my clients, or my friends. I d
Third stop on our Michelin tour 2023 !

This was my first 3 Michelin star experience in London and I wanted to make sure I picked one that had been there the longest. When we sat down someone greeted us right away and then it took about 10 minutes for anyone to come back over. That was the
Very difficult! A three star Michelin restaurant.
Expectations are high. One spends a few thousand dollars or a few thousand pounds for not only the experience but heavenly food. While the food was good and the service was good...it was not mind blowing by any stretch of the imagination. Everyone

The waiters are beyond helpful and communicative.
Our waiter was so wonderful that when I asked how the kitchens were run, he brought us back to the kitchens to meet the chef. As for the food, it starts and ends with the lobster dish. It was the absolute best. The scallop dish was also phenomenal

I called from my hotel JW Marriott and was told that I could come by. One of the 3 all-white female hosts saw my Asian face told me to wait so that she could check. She took a while to go inside and came out to tell me that there was no seat availa
Truly exceptional ♥️
Quality and service which you would expect at a three Michelin star restaurant. A wonderful culinary journey from start to end - dishes served at the start had clean and refreshing flavours, followed on with bold, meaty flavours. Ended with cheese co

Very bad booking experience (for a £610 restaurant gift voucher)
Rarely do I find the time to write a review so it has to be about an extraordinarily good or bad experience. I contacted the reservation team for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester on Wednesday evening as I wanted to offer a gift certificate for a tota
Food just not 'wow'
Service is very attentive, surroundings are nice, but this very formal restaurant just didn't deliver on food. In terms of taste to value- I have eaten in many better restaurants. Presentation OK but not as good as Core by Clare Smyth for example
Amazing place
An amazing experience! When entering the restaurant you immediately notice the class of the place as well as the quality of the finishes. The interior is modern playing with white and milky colours somehow reaching beige in some points. The tables ar
Giving this 5/5 despite there being some things I didn’t like because the food is too good not to
