We arrived at our reservation time (8:30pm) and the manager came outside to tell us the best estimate he had to seat us was in 30 minutes. We asked if we could be notified via text which they agreed to and they recommended getting a drink at double knot next store (same owners) which we did. 41 minutes after our reservation time we received a text our table was ready. We choose not to use our table at this restaurant as the manager was very unapologetic regarding the delay in honoring our reservation. We understand delays can occur in getting seating at our reservation time but the restaurant made no effort to apologize for the delay and provided no updates over the 40 plus minute delay. Overall the restaurant did not seem concerned the delay / treated us extremely poorly and the manager was extremely rude.
