Saturday night without reservations at 6pm & we were seated
Saturday night without reservations at 6pm & we were seated immediately in the bar area. Service was excellent. Husband ordered Sea Bass which he said was perfectly seasoned, prepared perfectly & generous portion. Fish was light & delicate. He truly enjoyed his entree. I ordered the wagyu beef short rib. Flavor was great, Demi-glacé was so good, wish there was more on the plate. I do question whether the meat was actually Wagyu. While my portion was huge, it was extremely tough, hard to cut & difficult to chew. I've had this entree several times in the past & never experienced this. I was accustomed to enjoying a tender short rib that was so tender it would almost fall apart without using a knife. Not sure what happened with the quality or preparation but will likely not be ordering again. It's unfortunate since the flavor was so enjoyable.

We celebrated an early Valentine's Day at Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood. We didn't order appetizers since we had a late lunch and wanted to enjoy our dinner and save some room for dessert. Hubby had the Rib-Eye and I had the Filet Mignon. The steaks were tender and perfectly seasoned. We shared the shareable side dishes - one huge loaded baked potato with sour cream, sweet butter, chives and bacon and a side of the sauteed wild mushrooms. We ended dinner with dessert and enjoyed the rich Anthony's Signature Milk Chocolate Souffle. On our next visit, we'll try their Sunday Brunch Buffett.
Be the first to ReplyThis is my go to restaurant.
The food is always good and so is the service. It is not very noisy so you're able to talk and be heard.

Be the first to ReplyIt's been 8 months since my daughter & myself went here.
We both got food poisoning & had to go to the ER. $240 for 2 people & we almost died. I believe it was the raw lamb chops & their bisque was probably sitting out too long. Both the casino & restaurant failed to respond.
Be the first to ReplyIs this place worth the hype? Well, it depends.
I reserved a brunch buffet for March back in September after seeing that this was the IT place to be. Two days before arriving, I received a call confirming my reservation. Once you arrive, you join the line, then the front of house checks your reservation and escorts you to a table. It's a very smooth process. My family was seated promptly, and the servers were very attentive. Glasses were always full, and they promptly cleared plates whenever we were finished. No complaints whatsoever. Seafood: The lobster tails were phenomenal. I had four pieces! Definitely go straight for the lobster when you visit. The crab legs were sweet, and the claws were delicious. You should dip both the lobster and the crab into the lobster bisque. However, the other dishes were not as impressive. The salmon was really dry, and the sushi was comparable to grocery store sushi - too much rice and not very fresh. I'd suggest skipping the entire sushi section. Meats: I was actually quite disappointed with my experience, mostly because there was a long white hair baked into my beef Wellington pastry. If I were alone, I would have mentioned this to the server, but because I was with my family, I'm only mentioning it in the review. I understand that mistakes happen, but frankly, it was gross. However, before I was thoroughly disgusted, the Wellington itself was pretty delicious. The lamb and the prime rib were also tasty. My family had a wonderful time here. To avoid spoiling the mood, I kept the incident with the white hair to myself. I would recommend this place only if they undergo a health inspection regarding hair cleanliness. I'm docking 1 star for the inconsistent quality of seafood and another for the hair. Hopefully, my next visit will be a better experience.
Be the first to ReplyFolks what I gotta say about Anthony's prime rib steakhouse
Folks what I gotta say about Anthony's prime rib steakhouse it's not all that it's cut out to be ladies and gentlemen, save you $100 on this buffet. You would be very disappointed if you would come here for the lobster. The service was OK but the food was subpar, save your money venture elsewhere. Good luck on your travels.

Food was delicious! We ordered caesar salad, cream corn, mashed potatoes, sea bass, and prime ribeye steak. Sea bass was very moist and tasty. Everything was really yummy. Gabriel and staff were friendly and helpful. Water was refilled without being asked and plates were cleared in a timely manner.
Be the first to ReplyLike everyone else here, I saw the amazing YouTube reviews
Like everyone else here, I saw the amazing YouTube reviews from my favorite foodies. Unfortunately, these reviews are several months old and I think the quality has substantially declined since then. We were a party of six celebrating a birthday at 1p last Sunday. The service was great and the food itself looked similar to the videos. Unfortunately the taste and quality left something to be desired. I had several lobster tails. A few were dried out around the edges. Two were way undercooked. Overall, they tasted okay. The clam chowder was excellent. The lobster bisque was inedible salty. The sushi nigiri was hard and dried out. The rack of lamb was tasty but way overcooked. Prime rib was good. The Wellington was rare to raw and I happen to love medium rare beef. Overall, it was very disappointing for a $99 plus tax and 20% meal. I will not be back. Service 4 stars Food 3 stars Value 1 star
Be the first to ReplyThe atmosphere was great at first.
To begin with the hostess didn't care to acknowledge that we spoke to her. We sat for sometime before anyone came to greet us. I ordered a Comso - it was tasty but not enough vodka. We had 3 entrees and 2 sides. The Roasted Chicken looked beautiful and tasted great. The Braised Wagyu ribs fell off the bone and had so much flavor. The filet was ordered medium rare but came out more like medium. The steak was still tasty. The sides were creamed spinach and scalloped potatoes. Both were sides. Nothing to write home about. The server came back once to check on us and then was gone. We sat there and sat there and sat there. Finally a lady came over so we told her we were done and wanted dessert. She said "oh I thought we're still enjoying your food." We were all on our phones by this time. It took forever to get the server over to get us dessert. The sugared donuts were good but were they worth the wait? No. So to sum it up. Drinks - skip them. Food - tasty but is it worth the $$$? Service - lack luster for this type of restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyWas excited to try this spot but it didn't blow me away.
We sat at the bar and while we were waiting for two seats to open up, the bartender thought it was a good idea to mention that it would take 30-40 min for food. Maybe take our drink order first and say hello before blurting out that the kitchen was behind. We sat and it only got worse. Had to ask for our waters and glasses of wine to be refilled but the big issues for me were the lack of knowledge about the menu and the fact the the bar staff were more interested in socializing after the rush than taking care of the two people at your bar. The knowledge part, the bartender didn't know what we meant when we ordered the Prime Rib. The bartender said, I get confused with the Prime Rib and our other prime cuts. If you work in a steakhouse you should absolutely know the difference.

We have dined at Anthony's on several occasions and we are never disappointed. The food is well prepared and seasoned to perfection, presented in such a way that would make you almost not want to ruin how pretty it is if it weren't for the amazing fragrances and aromas. Service has always been top notch. We have always been seated in a booth until now, being seated by the kitchen/grill was an experience of its own. It was really cool watching the kitchen staff make magic for our pallets.
Be the first to ReplyA great place to satisfy your inner carnivore.
Service is always spot on, great atmosphere and excellent beef. Wife's favorite is the fillet because it is always cooked to perfection and fork tender. I prefer the ribeye because...well it has the best taste. The Yukon mashed potatoes, mushrooms and cream corn are excellent sides. If you want a salad/appetizer try the heirloom tomato and mozzarella. For desert wife likes the chocolate soufflé but I prefer the crème brûlée. Can't go wrong with either choice. Anthony's is located inside the M resort (off the strip.) not a huge fan of the M, never felt they were very locals friendly but that's no reason to pass up a great place for dead cow. Plan to spend $2-$3 hundred for a couple. You deserve to live it up once in a while.
Be the first to ReplyAnthony's is always great on service.
The food is also good, your classic steakhouse fair. We love their oysters. The M is special to us because we met there. We spend most anniversaries eating at Anthony's. Our last visit in February I was a little disappointed. They sat us in the back next to a little service/tray area with a pushed in dining chair, just randomly next to the service area. It was tacky, out of place and cheap. It gave diner vibes. With a good bottle of wine, we spent almost $400 with tip, your room needs to reflect that.
Be the first to ReplyI'm currently at Anthony's now and the General Manager
I'm currently at Anthony's now and the General Manager TONY, who I've sent my food back 3 times and ruined our date night refused to make steamed vegetables at the restaurant. Even though I've had them before. He is now making us pay the bill when we didn't even get to enjoy it. Isn't the point of going to a 5 star restaurant is able to order individual dishes. He treated us horribly as he wasn't even listening to my simple request. He shut it down and acted like it wasn't his issue.
Be the first to ReplyMy server was Gabe and he was so attentive.
He was all over it when we needed him and provided a great service. My friend accidentally received the wrong steak. He brought her the correct one cooked perfectly super quick. My steak was cooked PERFECT and had such good flavor.
Be the first to ReplyWe had a fantastic experience here.
We just went for apps and drinks but everything was good and the service was fantastic. Really nice spot especially if you're looking for something a little off strip. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyThis was not a first for me to eat here.
I was celebrating a late Valentine's Day with my wife since we worked the actual day. We invited our friends to join, which was their first time. The staff was very friendly and our waiter Derrick was awesome. The food was cooked perfectly. My steak was the filet Oscar as I was thinking it had more crab and asparagus. I seen other pictures of the Oscar and was two large long pieces and mine was two pieces about the size of an egg yolk. I got the crab Louie based on a picture I saw and looked beautiful and full of the crab. This was not the case but was still very good. My wife's bone in filet was amazing and our friends ordered the ribeyes. Both said it was amazing and cooked to their liking. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. It was a crazy windy day and nice to still be by the window regardless of wind. I would recommend going here as I have tried many places. A few others will offer different items like bone marrow and such so it depends what you also like. Our sides were the potatoes and the green beans. Fresh and delicious
Be the first to ReplyFood came out quick & it was tasty.
Our waiter was awesome. He always checked up on us & gave us updates on our food. They always kept our water full. Every employee that we encountered was very nice. We would definitely eat there again.
Be the first to ReplyThis has to be one of the best steaks I've ever eaten!
This has to be one of the best steaks I've ever eaten! Great ambience, fantastic food (salmon was also prepared perfectly) made for a very upscale but not pretentious experience. The staff was attentive, friendly and well prepared for whatever folks were asking. That level of attention can only be achieved when the management shows what it takes to be successful. Thank you, Frank, for sharing your warmth and hospitality.
Be the first to ReplySteak was super salty, as was the soup.
Expensive and to be honest, not worth the money.

Generally, enjoy every time I'm here however, last night I was completely disgusted they would allow a huge "service dog" in the restaurant and of course didn't bother to ask if I was okay with it sitting right next to me.When I walked out of the restroom I said out loud when I saw this huge old dog plopping down near my chair unleashed, " Where did this dog come from?' The group of 4 sat next to our table defensively said, " It's a service dog." However, this dog didn't not have service vest on..... and wasn't even on a lease. I had to move my sit to get away from this dog that sat behind my original chair. This is a perfect example of when I believe the owner isn't stressed and calmed by the animal presences. It's the dog that is unruly when it's alone so the owner brings it with to prevent the dog destroying the home.Of course, no one thinks about how I feel having a huge unknown dog sitting next to me. That the dog probably has fleas. I when I am bit by fleas or mosquitoes I get incredibly swollen and the bites turn into huge lumps.I'm surprised a restaurant of this caliber allowed this to occur- a dog off a leash walking by itself into a restaurant to lay on the floor.
Be the first to ReplySteak is good.
Chicken needs some work. Service was good, drinks were awesome. Baked potato was amazing!

I came here for a nice dinner date with my partner and I have to say the food was outstanding. The filet Oscar and lambs chops were so tender and the mushrooms literally made my night. Oh and the drinks were good too!
