Dani, if you set up a high-end restaurant in the heart of Castellana, at least select the staff a little, I'll tell you: Sympathy/empathy with the client 0 Table service 0 Customer service 0 Waiter's arrogance 10 Waiter's cockiness 10 The waitress who served us and gave us the bill (a very tall lady) I think was born without a smile. I know that it is difficult to find well-trained staff but you have to work harder and be on site to see how your employees act, it's a shame to have such a big investment to have it ruined by people who have no respect or love for their work.
Much less than expected
Tonight some friends and I were there. The letter and the comments looked very good. Upon arrival, very good service, spectacular salmorejo and butter. The menu is very varied but the food leaves a lot to be desired, speaking of a restaurant with this category and prices. For a starter we ordered avocado which turned out to be completely lacking in flavor, they recommended that we order another starter and they gave us breaded shrimp, without further ado. For the main course we ordered ceviche, also without flavor, oxtail with ravioli and another type of pasta. In general lack of preparation and flavor, they kept the different dishes but without taking care of them. The waiter asked us what was going on and we told him what we thought in a very good way, but it seems that he didn't like it and didn't bring the bill back. In short, we will not return
Top Restaurant
From the moment you enter the door, the attention of the staff is 10. The atmosphere and decoration 10. The food 9.75. Quality/price 10. The best are the brioches and the fish burger. Some dishes are somewhat scarce, such as the bull tuna tartare, but you cannot stop ordering them, they are exquisite. Highlight the kindness of a dark-skinned waiter from Almeria.

Extraordinary experience. We liked everything, from the atmosphere to the service, very attentive and professional, the food was delicious. The truth is that it left us with very good feelings. We will return soon.

Magnificent experience, both in terms of customer service and gastronomy. After seeing positive reviews, and many negative reviews of the restaurant, we were predisposed to criticize anything that was not normal. Impossible to find the slightest fault, which corroborates my conviction that opinions about restaurants must be taken into account, but fair!!!!
If it weren't for the service it would be mediocre, but in reality it is terrible.
To make a quick summary. A dinner for three people without anything special and with the price of wine multiplied by three cost us 330. At the end of dinner we asked the waiter if they could treat us to a few shots on behalf of the house. The answer was NO. We called the manager and he was sensibly embarrassed and apologetic and told us that it was the property's policy. Shameful. A shot of one euro or less after paying that bill. This is the last time I will go to a Dani Garcia restaurant. It's disappointment after disappointment.
A wonderful experience!
Very cool restaurant, and both food, drinks and service are wonderful. I recommend it to anyone who likes to eat well for a special occasion although the food prices are not exaggerated. The price is made more expensive by the drink.
Perfection
Every bite was excellent. We ordered kale and broccolini salad, ceviche, croquettes with ink and iberico pork. Top service, very appropriate lighting (not too bright, not too dark, warm tones), the music volume was exactly as it should be (audible, not too loud). It was a perfect night for us.

I want to honestly say that I've driven by Kasama (Chicago) at least 10 times and the line is like 50 people deep every time. So what a Great experience it is to just randomly select and walk into Bibo Madrid (also Michelin rated) and be seated immediately, wow!! FYI, I guess this is a restaurant where there's a lack diversity in diners. There was a family in front of us and the dad turned around and looked at us/me and he had a look of complete fear. I must of looked like a really hangry uncle Roger. Anyway, the interior was very unique and whimsical, especially with the bahr in the center of the restaurant and the balloon......Keep that in mind, you'll see a balloon at the end of your exceptional meal (see pic)..:) We had the foie gras encrusted in goat cheese, the conjunda (chorizo) brioche, rabo (oxtail) brioche, tempura tiger prawns (skip if you're stuck on Japanese tempura) and for the grande finale - the Mirabella Sun (an orange sphere filled with citrusy cream. The Sun was artistic, befuddling when it first came out and just a pleasure to eat. The rabo sandwich with DG sauce (whatever that means) was incredibly scrumptious, I could have had ten of those brioches!! There's also complimentary gazpacho soup and bread that was very good (I didn't order it but they'll charge you for it). I'm not into cold soup, even on a hot day. Our server was very friendly and helpful and with his limited English and my limited Spanish, I would say his recommendations were 80% on target.
It has lost the quality and charm of the Michelin star
I hadn't been back to the restaurant in Madrid for three years and it was a disappointment. The quality of the dishes is very basic, they lack flavor. There has been a change in the kitchen to the detriment of the quality of the food. I have eaten ceviche in other restaurants without a Michelin star, much better. The normal service. The decoration of the restaurant already has a decadent appearance, it has not been renovated in recent years. BiBo Madrid is definitely not at the level of a Michelin star.

Bibo has lost its splendor, quality and attention to service. Skip this restaurant and go for a quality restaurant or traditional Spanish cuisine elsewhere. Bibo is loud, food is mediocre and service is very poor.
As fans of Casa Dani - and Dani Garcia - we could not pass
As fans of Casa Dani - and Dani Garcia - we could not pass up an opportunity to eat at BiBo here in Madrid. We were not disappointed. The food was equally amazing, both creative and delicious. You must order one of Dani's tuna dishes. The service was terrific. The room is bright and festive. A great choice.

Service was amazing! They knew exactly how to time all the food. The food was spectacular. The lobster was the best I have ever had and I've been to a lot of places. Be adventurous and you will be so pleasantly surprised

I ordered broccolini and kale salad. It was large and fresh- tasting. The lemon and mustard dressing really was amusing for my mouth. They started off our lunch with tomato gazpacho and rustic bread with butter. I kept dipping the bread in the gazpacho but I was told, when I enquired later, that dipping bread in gazpacho is certainly rule breaking. Service The service was quick and responsive but it was us making it quick and not our servers. As in, they were not at all rushing us and would have given us more time to enjoy. They were, the team, delightful. Smiling, talking to my son, asking if we needed anything etc. Ambiance Adorable. There is lighting all over the ceiling and the hot air balloon theme was heart warming. While I was wearing a dress, some in our party were in sweats and felt underdressed. The bathroom was stylish and included a changing table with everything needed and diapers of different sizes. Imagine this in the states? I can't imagine it. What a lovely lunch.

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at BiBo Dani García Madrid to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at BiBo Dani García Madrid!
