Wonderful experience here as Americans dinning at a British establishment. Love the creative Champagne button and the decor was nice. The food, that is where it begins and ends....fantastic, outstanding, superb, yummy. We have the chicken kiev with appetizers and all of it was yummy deliciousness. Bon Appetite!

I'm obsessed with beef wellingtons so it was a must try in London. We picked Bob Bob Ricard and not only was the wellington delish but also the vibes were It has an Art Deco interior to DIE for and the overall energy is Russian old money.... on a train..? And ofc, I cant forget to mention their famous "press for champagne" button. Started with some apps, tartare was solid but the soufflé felt too dense. Instead, get the varenikis. The traditional Russian/Ukrainian dumplings were stuffed with TRUFFLED potato and topped with a mushroom velouté. Very warm, hearty, and flagrant. Beef Wellington is a sight to behold. They bring out the whole piece to showcase its beautiful pastry exterior. The carved pieces have a contrasting pink interior that screams IM TENDER Its juicy and rich, with a buttery crust that compliments everything perfectly. Highly recommend trying it out! Steak Tartare £14 Stinking Bishop Cheese Soufflé £13 Truffle, Potato & Mushroom Vareniki £22* Beef Wellington for two £88* Sautéed Spinach £6.50 분위기부터 만족스러운 Bob Bob Ricard!
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely fabulous! Definitely a must do when in London.
The food and service are fantastic & the "press for champagne" button is next level.
Be the first to ReplyDelightful and delicious evening.
Did not get any pictures of our food but everything was lovely. A fun experience for anyone who loves the bubbles and good food. The restaurant is busy but still feels very intimate.

What an experience! Very fun, trendy, and made for a great birthday treat! We pressed the champagne button a couple of times and enjoyed caviar, beef wellington, and toffee pudding. Would love to go back and celebrate again!

A restaurant trying to be a nightclub or is it a nightclub trying to be a restaurant. Good vibe, nice service and a great atmosphere but the food is an afterthought here, just not up to everything else or the price. Eat dinner elsewhere and come here for drinks afterwards.

This restaurant captures the essence of "fine dining" with its fancy and classy ambiance. The staff was remarkably attentive and attuned to our preferences. The beef wellington was amazing, and we'll definitely return for it next time in London. However, we made a mistake by accidentally reserving the "extended stay booth," entailing a mandatory expenditure of £150 per person along with the service charge. Despite ordering generously, we fell short of reaching the required sum. In response, our waiter kindly recommended a wine bottle for us to purchase and take home.

Be the first to ReplyIt's incredibly over the top in every way and at the wrong
It's incredibly over the top in every way and at the wrong restaurant that would make you feel uncomfortable or ripped off, but here it's the right combo and it works. Is the decor a train car, an upscale steakhouse, a disco? Who knows and who cares! Why is the food menu fake fancy and over the top? Who cares! Why is their a "push for champagne" button at every table? For more drinks of course! It's expensive and not Michelin star quality, but it's fun and totally worth going to. Enjoy being a tourist, push that button and take some photos and leave a few hundred pounds (dollars) lighter in the wallet with a lot of memories.
Be the first to ReplyService ok, food wasn't.
I've had better service and food at a pub. We sent both meals back. Lobster Mac and cheese no flavor and lobster chewy, smallest lobster tail ever and overcooked. Steak beyond blood rare when ordered medium rare. Manager agreed. For the price paid, skip this place and go around the corner to Ritz. Dont recommend this place for prices.
Be the first to ReplyFood was very tasty and service was good.
The champagne and chilled vodka options were very nice! Happy to know the champagne button worked!
Be the first to ReplyWhen I was planning my trip to London, my research lead me
When I was planning my trip to London, my research lead me to Bob Bob Ricard, which was a Ton of style, and the substance to back it up. So I made my reservations. We got seated in the downstairs area, which I must say I loved that every time I was seated downstairs in London. So fun. After descending the stairs, we walked across the dance floor, past the snazzy bar, and so our amazing booth with the affixed champagne bucket. Which would be very handy used in conjunction with the Press For Champagne button that was on our table. Style, check. Another thing I really enjoyed about London was their embracement of the mocktail. The large majority of the restaurants and bars we encountered had a dedicated mocktail menu, with a bunch of varies, good choices. I don't remember exactly what I got, but it was pink, it was froufrou, and it was delicious. On to the apps. We got the Crab, Scallop & Shrimp Pelmenii (Traditional Dumplings Garnished with Trout Roe. Served with Langoustine Bisque). Super good. These little dumplings didn't have a ton of filling, but what they contained within was potent. Very much like crab and scallop and shrimp. Richness, with those little pops of salt from the roe to balance it all out. Get this. For the entrée, there was only ever one right choice, the Beef Wellington for Two (28-Day Aged Fillet of Aberdeenshire Scotch Beef Served with Truffle Jus). This epic thing was cooked to order, presented to us, and then sliced open at tableside. Within the perfectly flakey puff pastry was the most well-cooked filet I've ever had in my life. I'm not kidding. It was a perfect medium rare all the way through. All the way. Deep, melt-in-your-mouth beefy flavor, with the flakey flakes, the earthiness from the mushroom, and the rich sauce tying it all together. One of the best things I've ever eaten. Substance, check. With this miraculous beast, I got a side of Truffled Mashed Potatoes. I'm not one to tout on the flavor of truffle, like I'm some oil tycoon from the 1940's, but it does have its uses, and this was a nice use. Subtle truffle with the silk smooth mash made an excellent addition to my Wellington. To finish everything off, I ordered the BBR Signature Chocolate Glory (Valrhona Dark Chocolate, Praline Crunch, Coffee Mousee and Caramelised Hazelnuts with Hot Chocolate Sauce). In another flash of show, they brought the chocolate orb right to the table, and poured hot chocolate magma over it, to melt it away and reveal the beauty within. And I do mean beauty. All of the great components of a dessert were in here. Bitter dark chocolate, crunch from the praline and the hazelnuts, and the coffee mousee also adding a little bit of bitterness to the sweet sauce. A very well done dessert. Overall, this place was excellent. It delivered on both the style And the substance. And the route to get there was nice, too. Walking through the streets of SoHo on a Saturday night was definitely fun. Do recommend this place. Come.
Be the first to ReplyBob Bob Ricard was recommended to us by a friend.
He advised us to get the Beef Wellington, which is what we really came for, but I had no idea I was going to be in for a unique experience.I made reservations for 6pm on a Tuesday. My fiancé and I were running 20 minutes late because of delays on the Tube, so I called the restaurant to let them know about our late arrival. The front desk receptionist told us it wouldn't be a problem, but we'd have to finish our meal by 8pm since there was a reservation at our table during this time. This wasn't an issue for us, and we basically knew what we wanted to order anyway. Overall service was great. Our main server was very nice and attentive. In general I thought that it was easy to flag any staff member for assistance. Food also came out in a timely manner. The menu, for example, said to allow up to 45 minutes for the beef wellington to get ready. It was at our table in 30 minutes. I didn't know there was a champagne button, so you know I took advantage of that. I got whatever the house champagne was, but you can get whatever champagne you want including Dom Perignon, which was the most expensive I saw on the menu per glass. We ordered the Crab Salad "St. Petersburg" to share. It was a dainty portion to share between the two of us, but it was enough for us to get our whistle whet and not fill up too much before the main course. The crab salad was quite tasty. For our entrees, we got the Beef Wellington for two. I can't say that I've ever had beef wellington before, and Bob Bob Ricard set the bar high. The beef was perfectly medium rare, moist, and tender. I enjoyed the puff pastry on the outer later that was crispy and flaky. We got the sautéed spinach and truffle mashed potatoes for our sides. I liked them both, but I got to say that I liked the spinach more.Lastly, the chocolate glory was indeed glorious with chocolate goodness. The coffee notes were nice, and I appreciated the hazelnuts attributing a crunchy texture.

Love what's going on here and this was our favorite meal while in London. Bob Bob Ricard has a funny story for why it is named as such. Apparently it has to do with who fronted money - 2/3rds Bob.Anyhow very close to our show we were pleased to find this swanky joint. We came in early with the goal of hopefully leaving on time for our show. I will note we actually were about 10 to 15 minutes behind due to service but it didnt matter in this instance. We were seated on time and into our own, comfortable booth, with its own "Press for Champagne" button. The service was great. Lots of knowledge on the menu which is of course appreciated. While not regular consumers of Champagne or Caviar we moved forward with a "when in Rome" approach. Dom Perignon and Caviar sampler were ordered. Certainly, we appreciated the hype with both of these items . We additionally enjoyed a salad, followed by beef wellington and classic sides. The beef wellington was perfectly done and served expertly. Finally appreciated the amazing souffle; hot, savory, sweet, bold. I would come back over and over again for the dessert experience by itself. The restaurant treated us to a delicious bonus chocolate dessert as we were on our honeymoon.A high level, quality English experience which will not be forgotten. In fact we enjoyed our selves so much that we plan to come back the next time we visit.

Dine in | Dinner | £100+Avoid if possible! Was here tonight got NYE trying to have a decent meal in London. The hostess and front of the house were great. But the moment I sat down I was bombard with pushy staff that seemed like they just wanted to get me in and get me out of the joint. Rushed order I even had to ask the person taking my order was there a reason I was being rushed. They moved on. The food was good. Nothing stood out, just crafted well. The reason for bad review isn't necessarily the food per se, but how utterly inept the wait staff was this evening. Not only did they break a drink on the person next to me they dropped my own cutlery on my Brioni jacket that had mayonnaise on it. It's NYE of I'm decked out in finery. Not only did it ruin my experience and meal sure will leave a stain on £2200 jacket I have to wear the rest of the night. Thereafter they dropped more stuff all over my phone the manager then ignored me as I waited to speak to him my whole meal. He never came. I'm sure if I was some white women this had happened to he would done what he could to make it right etc blah blah. Come for a lovely decorated venue with forgettable food. But be warned you might get things spilled on you. Customer beware!
Be the first to ReplyBob Bob's interior is absolutely stunning.
Seriously. I don't think I've seen a prettier restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is just *ok* although I'd be willing to give it another chance if I'm back in London. The food: to be honest, I didn't enjoy the food as much as I'd hoped. I got the crab, scallop, and shrimp pelmeni (think of it as a Russian dumpling), which was served with a langoustine bisque. A very pretty dish, but I was somewhat underwhelmed by the taste. I thought the pelmeni's filling was on the chunky side, with little nuance in taste. The flavor of the bisque was very briny/strong, which wasn't quite my cup of tea.The atmosphere: the design of Bob Bob Ricard is gorgeous. When I first stepped inside, I felt like I'd been transported back to the 1920s. Each table is also accompanied by a "Press for Champagne" button, which my boyfriend and I definitely took full advantage of.The service: the service was alright. Our server was attentive, although there were certain periods of time where she disappeared. TLDR: Bob Bob Ricard is one of the most Instagrammable restaurants I've ever been in. It has an undeniable charm (especially with the Press for Champagne button!) but I thought the food was underwhelming for the price. Again, just my opinion! Someone may step in and be absolutely wowed by all Bob Bob has to offer.
Be the first to ReplyTotally worth the hype.
Everything was perfect, from the service to the sleek and refined atmosphere to the champagne button at the table. The lobster Mac and cheese was the perfect portion size and decent value considering, and the St Pete crab and dumplings were awesome. Great for a nice dinner or a date

Ugh my expectations were so high! Overall this is a tough review to give. The good:-Aesthetic, it's so cute, proper & posh-Service, everyone is friendly, helpful & attentive -Solid cocktail & drinks menu -they gave us a celebratory mouse for our anniversary (free)The not so good:-The food. It's heavily Russian influenced but almost takes a French approach. It wasnt bad but wasn't great? Nothing I tasted I'd rave about. On top of that the portions are ridiculously small and overpriced.Overall, if you're looking for an overpriced "meh" instagrammable dinner this is it. I definitely won't be coming back.

Had a great night out with friends, wonderful ambience very nice during this holiday season. Excellent food I really enjoyed the portions which were extremely manageable which allows everyone to enjoy multiple dishes and not fill up on one specific thing. Martinis were very good using a Ukrainian vodka that I have never had before. Overall a very fun night and we stayed until they were about to close the doors so obviously we had a great time.
Be the first to ReplyWell if you have not been to Bob Bob Ricard you are missing
Well if you have not been to Bob Bob Ricard you are missing out! This is one of the most spectacular dining experiences I've had in a long time. It is an immersive, fun and creative dining event. From the moment you ride up the industrial glass elevator and walk in the front doors the adventure begins. It is modern yet Classic and Private yet open. The decor is fabulous! As soon as you sit down you are immediately drawn to the push for Champagne button that lights up beside you. With a lovely selection of champagne and wine to choose from, I was impressed to see they also offered a -18° vodka shot. Which of course, my daughter and I had to do. We ordered a bottle of Moët Chandon rosé after we had started with an espresso martini and a foam topped porn star. All was spectacular. Now let's get you started on the food. The first big hit of the night was definitely the lobster tail meat and Brie mac & cheese! They also had some lovely sautéed spinach and for our main we had the beef Wellington for two, cooked perfectly rare and melted in our mouths! All of this happening by spectacular service from so many people, we felt like we had made new friends today by the time we left the restaurant. Everyone was so pleasant and on point with their service, it could not have been better. With champagne, conversations, laughter and ambience surrounding us, we finally had to wrap it up with the largest flaming Crem Brule I've ever eaten in my life. Well we shared lol. Thank you all for such a memorable experience. We especially appreciated the hugs and handshakes and warm words as we were walked through the restaurant to the coat room and to the elevator. We will be back!
Be the first to ReplyMeal of a lifetime for me.
Food and Service. I travel to London for work and fun and so happy to have finally made it here. You should too. This review is late as I was here pre-pandemic but still worth sharing my thoughts (and a happy memory!). This meal will break the bank but it stands out as one of the most fun and delicious dinners of my life. I was there with two other girlfriends for a girls special dinner (went with two friends who lived in London at the time) and our waiter knew just what we needed in terms of service and humor. I went for the beef Wellington and it was that good. The food here is classic so don't expect a nouveau menu. But do expect some classics done to perfection. Did I say how good the service was? Impeccable. And, of course the "press for champagne" button..... Incredibly fun. The waiter made it so, telling us not to worry, to press it when our glasses ran low. So whimsical, such a fun touch and high mark of the experience. You do need to book dinner in advance. It's special and worth it. I'll remember this dinner for a very long time. I hope I have the good fortune to return!

Came here my first night in London after exploring the Christmas lights in Piccadilly. I did make a reservation ahead of time so I had no problem getting in. The champagne button was why I came here and it did not disappoint! So fun! Every table has one but I booked 2 bar seats because I was unsure. The aesthetic of the restaurant is so girly and fun. Everything is monogrammed in pink-including my main!! The champagne and glasses they were served in was immaculate. Service was quick and friendly. If I were to come again I would most definitely order the beef Wellington. I was planning on it but my dinner date was not interested and the price is for 2 people.
Be the first to Replyyikes! horrible horrible service.
the server took forever to take our order, the press for champagne button had to be asked about because they never even explained what it was. my boyfriend got a steak and disliked it so had to get something else. they take zero pride in their service. won't be back!
Be the first to ReplyService is very bad! Treated us extremely poorly.
Literally the staff Threw the menu on the table and never attended us, didnt ask what drinks we'd like, wasnt helpful when we asked for suggestions, extremely cocky attitude from all of the staff from entrance to leaving! Food is extremely mediocre. Not authentic russian cuisine at all. Beef Wellington i would say is mediocre, had much better beef wellington in many other restaurants. The decor isnt even like the pictures honestly. The booth seats are soooo uncomfortable. My back started hurting. The whole area is crammed up and tiny! Im not saying its bad but extremely mediocre... you decide, but I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This was one of the most beautifully elegant restaurants my husband and I have been to. The staff were very attentive and kind, and the food was excellent - so good we finished our entire course! I love the little button at the end of the table you can press for more champagne We went as part of our anniversary and were given a pleasant surprise at the end of our dinner! The Christmas decorations added the perfect amount of nostalgia. Thank you to the staff of Bob Bob Ricard for making our Anniversary so special!
