Enjoyed this beautiful, green beach. Super location for bright and colorful photos for Instagram. Very attentive and fast service. And the quality of the food is amazing! I will definitely come back here again with my family or friends. 🔝
RUDE ENTRANCE STAFF
The staff at the entrance is arrogant but the one who serve drinks & food were gentle but this was my last time at BAOLI until they address this issue & tell them to be gentle I spent 900 AED not for this.
Go if you want to be humiliated
Absolutely the worst experience at Bâoli Dubai. We had a confirmed reservation at 8 PM, and by 10 PM the staff rudely told us to leave. When we tried to order more drinks, they refused and insisted we vacate the table immediately. We asked to move to another table — they claimed they were fully booked, even though more than 10 tables were sitting completely empty. To make it worse, other guests who also arrived at 8 were allowed to stay, so clearly it’s not about “policy” but about how they choose to treat people. The staff were dismissive and rude, telling us to just “stand by the bar” like we didn’t matter. Never coming back — plenty of better places in Dubai that respect their guests.
Best beach club in Dubai IMO
Had a solo date at Bâoli and loved it, it’s a gorgeous spot with a relaxed atmosphere. The cabanas are super comfy, the pool area feels private (not overcrowded like a lot of other beach clubs in Dubai), and having direct beach access is a big plus. Service was amazing- shoutout to Mohammed, and the food was beautiful. Perfect place to just relax with a book, grab a cocktail, and enjoy the sun. I’ll 100% be back.
Would not recommend this beach club
I visited Baoli Beach Club today and booked the 12pm slot. When making the booking, I was told we could stay until 8pm. However, from 6:45pm staff started telling us we had to leave by 7pm. Even after showing them the confirmation email, they brushed it off as an “error” and insisted we leave early. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The two female reception staff were very rude, unwelcoming, and offered no greeting – they simply told us the price and one showed us to the beach bed without speaking a word. The other lady at reception did not even give eye contact whilst saying the price or ask if we had any questions. Her attitude and customer service was horrendous. On the way out, again, no “thank you” or “goodbye.” The lack of basic courtesy was shocking for a place like this. The beach and pool area itself are nice but unfortunately the terrible customer service ruined the visit. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it to others that have asked.

Complaint Regarding Poor Experience at Bâoli Dubai
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your restaurant on Saturday, 30 August 2025 under the reservation name Amir Mehrchrian for 7 guests at 20:00. Firstly, according to your stated policy, reservations for 6 to 9 guests are allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes. Originally, my reservation was for 4 guests, but I later called to update it to 7. The reservation was changed without any issue, and at no point during the call was I informed that the seating time would remain limited to 2 hours because the initial booking was for 4 guests — which, frankly, makes no sense based on your own stated rules. If the call recordings are available, I kindly request you to review them. You will clearly see that your team never communicated any such restriction during the reservation update. Furthermore, during our visit, the staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional. Although they tried to remain polite, we were rushed repeatedly to finish our meal, pressured to order dessert quickly, and were even told to leave immediately as we were finishing our food. This was extremely unpleasant, especially considering that several large tables (6–8 tables) in the restaurant remained empty, and our table could have easily been extended for even 15–20 minutes without causing any inconvenience. Adding to the frustration, when we ordered a tequila shot at the end of our seating, we were told we could not drink it at the table and were instructed to go to the bar instead. This is entirely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that positions itself as a premium, high-quality dining experience. Overall, the service and treatment we received were far below expectations and do not reflect the standards that Bâoli Dubai claims to uphold. I found the experience extremely disappointing and unwelcoming, and I will not be returning in the future. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will review your policies, improve staff training, and ensure clearer communication with your guests to avoid similar situations for others.

Absolutely loved Baioli Dubai! The atmosphere is chic and stylish, the food is beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. A perfect spot for a memorable dining experience in Dubai. Highly recommend!

Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Bâoli Dubai to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Bâoli Dubai!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
