This place gets 5 stars across the board.
We have been for breakfast and brunch/lunch and it always is a wonderful experience. Food quality is top notch. They do the most simple items (eggs and bacon w potatoes, or your regular blueberry muffin, or just the plain old bread, butter and jam) super well. The services is always accommodating and attentive without being overbearing. They will go out of your way to meet your expectations. Ambience is nice. Not as noisey as Mon Ami Gabi (although we like that place too) but this is just nicer. Outdoor seating by the fountain is the way to go. We always enjoy our visits here and are super pleased after each meal. Don't miss the cream cheese danish!!! You will not be disappointed.

The food was phenomenal as usual, didn't take photo of the macarons and the pastry but always enjoy the large soft flavourful macarons! The butter that's served with starter bread is one of my favourite and honestly the highlight at bouchon brunch for me. The crab Benedict was a little too salty for my liking but foie gras, tomato soup, chicken and waffle the classic breakfast was well enjoyed. The service was okay, our server seemed a little confused but aside from that everyone was pleasant and alert ensuring everything was served and delivered! The interior space is always to beautiful with the large windows but can get very loud. Always enjoy coming back!

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a current CDP at Bouchon LAS; this review disregards all of that and is objectively given, from the lens of a treasured guest on this evening. Service: 10/10 ~ Brandon is a master at his craft, and accommodates your experience by orchestrating perfection in everything and with everyone around him, as if you were dining at three-stars in Michelin. Ambiance: 10/10 ~ My guest and I arrived at open, (5pm), and by 7pm, the noise and busyness of the service did distract from our experience, a small bit, though we had to remind ourselves, this is Vegas, and this is a Bistro/Brasserie. It did calm down close to the 8-o'clock hour, though this of course will be dependent of your dining time/day; we were here on a Wednesday, near the end of peak season. Food: 9.5/10 ~ We worked our way through a 10-course, 'self-curated-tasting menu.' Everything we enjoyed (a gross-understatement), was executed to near perfection. The quality of food is second-to-none, and presented in a way that leaves you wanting for more; dreaming for more! This establishment, which carries the SOUL of Chef Keller (YES, he actually is in the kitchen more than one would ever expect for a "Celebrity Chef.") is truly WORLD-CLASS; something I am so very fortunate and privileged to have experienced in my culinary journey! I leave this meal, knowing now, it is something so much more, than simply food. I move forward with both a new love, for the very small part I play in this amazing establishment, and a re-kindled-burning-desire, to create this very experience we enjoyed, and perhaps something even more, for every single person who dines with us in the future, and beyond. I've been to the brunch service twice and HAD TO REQUEST KELSEY. She's so sweet, super informative. Her suggestions are perfect, she was very attentive/communicative. The food was very well timed. Perfectly flavored. You must get the avocado toast. It has some sweetness and a little crunch and very filling. The escargot was tasty. It was swimming in garlic and butter with a flaky mini biscuit thing on top. The eggs, Benedict was sensational. Honestly everything was fire lol. The restaurant was beautiful and had great ambience.

Amazing service and the best Crème Brûlée I have ever had. Their bread is to die for and the flavors are so rich and delicious. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend the experience.
Be the first to ReplyNice interior, good menu exactly what I was expecting.
Good service. We had a great time.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best restaurants in Vegas.
Food is consistently top quality and presentation is amazing. The associate are some of the best trained and hospitable I have encountered. Would like to specifically call out our server Doug and the manger Philip. We had breakfast three days in a row and each day everything was incredible.
Be the first to ReplyWas looking forward to a lovely dinner with family.
Service was impeccable, the food was awful. We started out with French onion soup, it was so salty my mouth hurt, however did not wish to complain since I thought it was just me.When dinner came it also was also way to salty. I literally took one bite of my steak and so did my cousin. My other cousin took a bite out of her meal also. It was quite obvious that we were unhappy and realized we all felt food was over salted.. Waiter asked, we advised everything was way too salty. Meals were taken off the table uneaten. Another staff cleared our meal and asked how the meal was, he could obviously see that we did not eat. We were compted dessert. However a manager should have approached us to acknowledge that we had not eaten our food, as we basically paid for dessert. So disappointed as there are so many wonderful restaurants in the Venetian . This was a miserable experience for us.

Everything was delish! Oyster and beef tartar were the best, the service was perfect and lovely ambience
Be the first to ReplyReally enjoyed a fancy brunch at Bouchon.
The service was excellent - friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. They really made me feel like a valued customer. Beautiful atmosphere. The food was tasty, an elevated brunch experience. Portion sizes of the meals were bigger than expected so I felt like I got my moneys worth. My favorite thing was the cheese danish, but all meals for our party of 4 were delicious. The mimosas, bellinis, and blood marys were small in size, average in taste and pricey. I look forward to eating here again next time I'm in Vegas! ***Reservations are a MUST so plan ahead. You may need to ask the front desk/concierge how to get to the restaurant. It's on an upper level.***

The GM, Teddy Kriner, and his staff are delightful. Walked in Friday, March 1 without a reservation. They were accommodating and we were seated without much of a wait. Everything was excellent. I liked the Croque Madam. The salmon entree arrived lukewarm but they made things right. Give it a shot. I bet you'll be happy.

The Las Vegas edition of the Thomas Keller empire is tucked far away from the other restaurants in the Venetian Hotel, making it stand out for the trek you must make. It's a fun walk and a typically beautiful restaurant. The service was better than previous reviews indicated in this space, but the food, with one major exception, was a bit disappointing. The leg of lamb had little flavor and was too chewy. The saucy beans were on the bitter side and mushy. The prix fixe option of the Dover Sole, however, was perfect: moist, fresh, and the brown butter made you swoon like Julia Child. Prices were fair (these days) and the suggested wines were expensive and delicious.
Be the first to ReplyIncredible ambiance in the Venetian.
Beautiful walking to the restaurant. Very French, the bread was amazing fresh baked and very French. Very rich cream butter. I ordered the French onion soup. Beautifully presented and delicious but very salty. Also ordered the escargot and again very salty I ordered a bib salad to try to soften the salt but salad also salty. I would like to try again another dish. The pricing is reasonable for Vegas. Ambiance very nice and service was good. The lemon tart was very nice. Tart but refreshing and light. It was st Patrick's day and the shamrock cookie came with the dessert.
Be the first to ReplyI mean what can I say! I just loved it here.
I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller. I was definitely not disappointed but this restaurant which is a bit more casual than some of his others. I ordered off of the specials mostly, and really liked the arancini. Portion sizes were great. Service was timely and staff were kind (especially when I asked for extra bread hehe). This is a must visit for any foodie in my opinion.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a delight! Service was impeccable.
Robert my server was professional and prompt (as were the runners). Got the steak frites. It was perfect. Had the Cheeky Peach cocktail which was lovely. I also got the assorted macaroons (3 assorted) and lemon tart desserts. Both were divine.Pro tip: No reservation? Get there exactly at 5pm. Restaurant is a nice and quiet reprieve from the chaos of Vegas.
Be the first to Reply5 stars for service, bread/butter service and great drinks.
Appetizers were amazing. We had French onion soup and endive salad. The main courses sputtered slightly but were overall good. The boudin noir was savory and flavorful, but there was too much heavy whipped potato and I could've done with more acidic/sweet balance from the apples. My wife had potato gnocchi and she also felt her dish to be a little heavier/creamier than anticipated. Ambiance was really nice . Also a $19 kids grilled ham/cheese sandwich plus fries is a little exorbitant .

Be the first to ReplyGood enough food for a Strip restaurant.
Service was iffy. How many times should you have to ask for a cup of coffee before it's delivered? I expect more from a Thomas Keller establishment.

A must try brunch spot! You won't be disappointed! Get the chicken & waffles! It's to die for! I'm drooling just thinking about it. It's baked chicken not fried and the dipping sauce they provide is so flavorful. Their baked goods are equally drool worthy. They have the best cheese danish I've ever had. Their croissants are also great.

Came here for an anniversary dinner and had a lovely experience! Had a reservation and got seated immediately after being greeted, but the ambiance was what we were going for- relatively quiet and intimate. We got: Food: -Complementary pistachios and baguette + butter-French Onion Soup -Escargot -Steak Frites -Salmon-Bouchons and drip coffee (this was dessert and the orange ice cream on top was my favorite).Drinks:-Manhattan-Cheeky Peach (this was really good- not too strong nor sweet and the cherry garish was delicious) Everything was good, although the food was a little salty for my taste. The best part dining here was the service- everyone was very kind and constantly wished us well for our anniversary. We got to pick a free dessert and our waiter sent us home with a fresh pot of coffee in to-go cups. Especially convenient to eat at if you're staying at the Venetian!

Always wanted to try a Thomas Keller restaurant so we came here for brunch. I don't know if brunch is the best meal to showcase Keller's culinary expertise. We got the smoked salmon and crab Benedict, croque madame, the bouchon burger and steak pane. They were all delicious (except the burger) but I can't say any one of these were exceptional and so memorable that I would want to come back. The burger was quite underwhelming; meat was dry and overall no unique flavors. The fries were made to perfection though. As expected, service here was exceptional and the overall dining experience was amazing. Like most other reviews, I agree the bread was made to perfection. Perfect crunch on the outside and soft center, it reminded me of the scene in Ratatouille when Remy pressed on the French bread making that eargasmic crunch sound. Paired with silky smooth butter or housemate jam and it was awesome.I feel if we came for dinner there would have been better options on the menu for us to choose from.

Truly enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. The wait staff was friendly and welcoming and not pretentious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visit LV.
Be the first to ReplyLoved it! The bread to start is incredible.
We had oysters, goat cheese salad, Bouchon steak & fries and everything was just delicious. Service was spot on - everyone was friendly and attentive! Might be one of my new LV favorite spots!
