Owner made us feel so uncomfortable. Awful hospitality. Only go if you want subpar Thai food and to be treated like trash. In summary- ourselves and another family visited with young babies. Owner came over to us both stating they don’t accept children after 7pm (which isn’t stated on any reviews or google maps, and not on their Instagram either), but that she’d allow us as we were there. At the time there was 2 people in the entire restaurant. Location is awful- literally in an apartment tower. No one around and yet came over to tell us we’re not welcome. We order and think ok, food must be good right? Wrong…the starters were burnt to a crisp and tasted like sand. No flavour whatsoever. The drinks also tasted like tap water (quite impressive when they’re fluorescent pink). All mains tasted overwhelmingly of soy sauce. No depth or flavour which is an amazing feat for Thai food. Whilst trying be greatful we are eating, the owner then comes yet again (she was sat on one end of the restaurant, and us at the other end). We were playing a video which was teaching our baby sign language. She comes and asks us to turn it down…. Safe to say it was clear we wernt welcome and it felt like she would continue to harass us if we stayed any longer. Question to the British owner who thinks it’s ok to harass customers - why allow a child into your establishment if it’s clear you detest families? No clue how they got a time out mention but if any of you with families are thinking of visiting (or anyone who appreciates good service) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
