Best lunch in Vegas
This is by far the best lunch in Las Vegas. Great preparation at reasonable prices. John the manager is gregarious and oversees a great dining experience.

Great experience at Carmine's. We have visited in the past and enjoyed it as well. I will say being seated on the bottom level near the front of the restaurant this time was nice for views and noise. We've been seated on the top level in the past and the noise level was almost to loud to enjoy dinner. As it is family style dining, we ordered one Caesar Salad, one Chicken Parmesan and a half order of Cheesecake. All delicious and perfect portions for our party of four people. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and Service
Service and food were excellent. We had a large party and were seated upstairs in a private room. Nelse and Becca were personable, friendly, professional and thorough. The different dishes they brought out were delicious. There was something for everyone. We loved that we could pick and choose how much of what we wanted from each dish they brought out “family style”. They kept our water and drinks filled and ensured we had everything we needed. I especially loved that when I asked Nelse for his name so I could write a review he included Becca’s name on the card. We’ve been to Carmines in New York but this was our first visit to Carmines in Vegas. We were not disappointed! Thanks again for the fabulous and attentive service from Nelse and Becca.

Excellent food, the service is different with sharing plates. But once we got the hang of it we managed to order far too much (as per), but the quality was excellent. Service was very good, would definitely revisit if in town.
Be the first to ReplyGo hungry! Large portions and so good!
Tried this on the recommendation of a friend. Only thing he didn’t tell us was it’s family style dining which means if there’s only two dining you’ll get way more than the two of you can eat! We shared a plate of the spaghetti & meatballs. It was delicious! Melt in your mouth, tasty meatballs in a sauce that was so good! We were seated at a perfect table, upstairs overlooking the large dining room downstairs. Most tables had several diners seated at each one. Apparently they knew it was family style! Haha Good service by Helana. She was attentive and did a nice job taking care of us. The only “question” I have is why their wine is served in a “juice glass”? On the picture I’ve included you can see a small glass beside my daughter’s wine glass. She couldn’t believe they served her red wine in this small glass and had to ask for a “real” wine glass. Not sure why this is their policy but was quite strange in my opinion. Definitely make reservations!

Our waitress Jane was incredible and made the entire experience. She did a great job describing the menu and letting us know the gluten free options.

He answered any and all questions and at no time attempting to rush us during our dinner. Was a Great dinner experience, So if your at Carmine's for Dinner Ask for DEXTER.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Food and service. Ask for Josh's section.
We've been eating at Carmine's in NYC since the mid 90's and recently visited the Las Vegas location. It was another great meal but we were most impressed with our waiter Josh who was terrific. He was super friendly, attentive and made our evening that much better.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Carmine’s Experience
The best italian food ever! The service is outstanding, too! Hats off to the Las Vegas branch team. We had our two consecutive family dinner during our trip to Las Vegas and it was a blast! Special thanks to Jessica, Ron, and Ken. See you all again, soon! Salute
Be the first to ReplyGood Italian food to share
The hardest things is to agree on the meals we wanted to share. Large portions, it was very good. We had Caesar’s salad and rigatoni with sausages and broccoli.🥦
Be the first to ReplyAl Dente's Demise: A Tale of Too Much at Carmine's
In a city where sin is a selling point and indulgence is the name of the game, my valiant crew and I ventured into Carmine's Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas, a venue that promised an escape to the old country, only to find ourselves embroiled in an epic saga of pasta misadventure that would leave even Odysseus scratching his head. The opening act was a Garlic Bread Parmigiana that swaggered onto our table with the confidence of a heavyweight champion, laden with more cheese and garlic than the laws of culinary decency would dictate. This wasn't just an appetizer; it was a statement—a declaration of war on the very concept of hunger, perhaps even a subtle nod to America's love affair with excess. As we navigated through the antipasto, a sprawling atlas of meats and cheeses unfolded before us, a testament not to the art of Italian cuisine but to the American mantra of 'bigger is better.' It was as if Carmine's was challenging us to a duel of digestion, armed with nothing but our forks and a rapidly waning will. Then came the main event, the pièce de résistance: a Penne Alla Vodka that was so overcooked, it could have easily doubled as an exhibit in a museum of culinary atrocities. In this dish, we found not the al dente nirvana promised by Italian grandmothers and Michelin-starred chefs, but a soggy wasteland where pasta goes to die—a culinary faux pas that would have Nonna turning in her grave. It appears that in the great American kitchen, the art of cooking pasta to that perfect 'al dente'—a term that seems to have been lost in translation—has been replaced with a more is more philosophy, where the only thing al dente is the diner's patience. This phenomenon isn't just a tragedy; it's a missed opportunity for cultural exchange, a culinary Tower of Babel where the language of pasta is spoken in wildly different dialects. As if to add insult to injury, the service meandered through the evening like a lost tourist in Venice, further compounding our dining despair. By the end of the meal, it was clear that Carmine's, in its quest to serve up a slice of Italy, had instead delivered a heaping helping of Americanized Italian—a hearty, heaping portion of misunderstanding garnished with a sprig of disappointment. In conclusion, Carmine's stands as a monument to the great American culinary misunderstanding—a place where pasta's delicate balance is bulldozed under the weight of excess, and where the subtleties of Italian cooking are lost in translation. It's a restaurant best suited for those who believe that when it comes to food, more is always better, regardless of the quality. For those in search of the elusive al dente pasta outside of Italy, the quest continues—preferably far from the reaches of Carmine's kitchen. #neveragain
Be the first to ReplyOffer Rollatini, bring back HH food!
Disappointed that they changed the menu and took away happy hour food items, but mostly because you can’t order the Eggplant Rollatini by itself. They make you other it in a bundle (hot anti-pasta) which includes mussels and clams (which both are gross to me)! This makes no sense. Please put the Eggplant Rollatini on the appetizer menu by itself! The whole reason I came to Vegas was for the Rollatini!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and Service
Every time we come to Vegas we make a reservation here. We love the casual atmosphere and the food is wonderful. This trip was made extra special by our waiter Edwin H. He was funny, helpful and made our experience a delight. We shared the lemon chicken with linguini pasta, and a delicious bottle of cab. We will continue to frequent here, because of the food and service.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a Surprise
Had never been here and one of the families we were traveling with made a reservation for us. Food was great and such a surprise. Not fine dining or anything but really good. I was expecting Olive Garden type quality but this food was fantastic. Fun family style dining atmosphere and restaurant is just a fun place for a group to eat (two families totalling 8 diners). Enjoyed a wide ranch of entrees and salads. Well made cocktails. Wine list is not great but that is just about the only knock I can think of. Service was good, portions huge, and food quality exceeded expectations so highly recommend.
Be the first to ReplyLove Carmines!!!
We love the Carmines at Atlantis Bahamas and were excited to see they had a Vegas location. The portions are huge, the service is always amazing, and the food is delicious and consistent. We loved our dinner at Carmine's Las Vegas!
Be the first to ReplySo much food!!
Went here on the way back into the hotel one night, it's in the shopping part of Ceasers Palace, always looked busy when we went past and is a big place. There was a wait for a table but we were offered one of the higher chairs near the bar which was fine, staff came over pretty quick and took drinks order, then came back for food order and asked if it was out first time there (with good reason). Were advised that the portions are to be shared as they were pretty big, we had seen massive plates of food being taken out! we ordered the meatballs with spaghetti and had some bread bought over whilst we waited. Was tempted with the Garlic bread with Cheese but I'm glad we didn't as there is about 12 pieces of bread on the plate! can't believe people were actually ordering a meal each! the meal came and it has to be the biggest plate of meatballs I have ever seen in my life! enough for 2? no there is enough for 4 of you!!! the food itself as lovely, very tasty meatballs and spaghetti done to perfection, couldn't finish the meal as was too much and didn't have any room for desert. All in all nice place to visit with nice staff, just don't order a meal each!!!!
Be the first to ReplyA Italian place to be considered when visiting Las Vegas!
Italian Family Style Restaurant, large portions to share. We ordered fried calamari appetizer, it was okay, a little bit mushy. The bread served was not fresh but good, perhaps something to be reviewed. We order spaghetti and that was great, the marinara sauce was excellent. We had also crab cakes and that was very good. The dessert was fabulous! Short cakes and tiramisu. fans of Italian need to try, the Atmosphere is nice and building is beautifully decorated with Italian pictures.

Service was great. Food was not great plus came out cold. Have been to the one in NY and that was so much better in taste.
Be the first to ReplyWorst Italian food I have ever eaten
I think this is my first one-star review ever. But it is well deserved. Maybe the restaurant is too big for its own good, but its service and food quality do not measure up to their prices. Two things served as a warning about what was coming. First, the servers just dump the menus on your table and offer no guidance. Secondly, the menu is as large as the one at the Cheesecake factory. Except for the salad and the fried zucchini, every other dish was really bad, I ordered meatballs. They were dry and grainy. They tasted weird and were very bland (flavorless). The sauce wasn't appealing; kind of bitter. The angel hair pasta was bland. I tried my wife's Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken was very dry and flavorless. Overall, probably the worst meal I had in Las Vegas in 20 years of going there every year. Would not go back nor recommend it.
