Overnight stay
What a fantastic hotel! Stayed overnight on a dinner, b&b deal. Room was super. The staff, from Michelle in reception, to the waiters in the restaurant, were very professional and exceptionally friendly and helpful. Any questions/queries were answered without problems. The food was exceptional. Would definitely recommend family and friends to have a stay here. Looking forward to a return visit!
Amazing staff, warm & welcoming atmosphere
My stay was for 2 nights as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. From start to finish, everyone made my stay feel extra special. In particular, Michelle went the extra mile with a few lovely little personal touches including Jamie & Jack serenading me in the restaurant on my first night whilst delivering my creme brulee desert, complete with birthday candle. The food was exceptional and the service second to none. The staff were all very attentive, not just to me. NY room was fab - I had a sneaky look in other unoccupied rooms & they are all decorated differently with their own very quirky but luxurious personality. But rooms are rooms, it's the very welcoming, friendly and attentive approach of all the staff I came into contact with that made this trip very memorable & outstanding. I think this has been the best place I've visited in my 10 years of solo breaks. I rarely write reviews as previous breaks have been nothing out of the ordinary. But this one was exceptional thanks to all the lovely staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending & I will definitely be back 🥰
Wonderful Michelle!
Our return to this amazing hotel did not disappoint! The room was fabulous & breakfast outstanding But never mind all that our stay was made perfect by the wonderful Michelle on reception. I cannot praise this lovely lady enough! It makes such a difference to come in to a hotel & be greeted by someone who is not only pleasant but made us laugh She couldn't do enough for us 5* for the hotel & 5* for Michelle!
An Easter break.
My husband and l treated ourselves to a little break over the Easter holidays and we were not disappointed with our stay. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable super large bed and the bathroom was also massive. The Staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was a problem. Breakfast choices were very enticing and waiting staff were very pleasant and only too happy to help advise on menu. We will definitely be back.
Bad experience
We arrived for at 7pm for a 7.15pm booking, we had to leave at 10pm as no one took our order, we asked if we ordered how long food would be, they told us at least 45minutes, if they are busy don’t go as they can’t cope with numbers, no trained staff, we ask for manager, took him 20 minutes to come to us and then he disappeared, did not want to know, more like a 2 star establishment

An older man swearing at us “they are f***ing breakfast tables f***king move. Bit unprofessional???? Could of spoken in a nice way without swearing at us. Bit disrespectful the way he spoke. No need for it could of said it in a lot nicer tone no mater how “tired” they were. Tube.
Amazing
Where do I ever begin only back yesterday place was amazing nit to mention the comfiest king-size bed ever the staff go over and above to help chatty especially Tres and Michelle receptionists the food cocktails again amazing very unique hotel right up my street would literally live in the place its that amazing each room carries a diff look will definitely be back
Wonderful stay
Had a fantastic stay in Me and Mrs Jones. Michelle in reception was a breath of fresh air and really lovely. Great banter and very helpful, most definitely great at her job. All the waiting staff and bar staff were really friendly and the food was amazing. Great chefs. 5 stars all round, most definitely will be back.
Good fun
Well with this name and some riotous decor, all we needed was some good food and that was achieved too with the wife’s generous portion of monkfish’s and my perfectly cooked sea bass. The wine list offers an advantage which I wish more restaurants would follow; fairly priced wines by the glass ie without the massive premium that you often find compared to the bottle price.
5 star stay
Myself and husband arrived 24th March 2024 to celebrate his birthday . We were welcomed by the most friendly host Michelle who honestly couldn't do enough for us she is a real asset to your business she does absolutely everything for her guests thank you so much Michelle hopefully we will meet again you are such a character and lovely lady. . Also a big thank you to Charlene on reception who was really friendly and chatted with us and recommended places to go both ladies went way and above for us. We stayed in room 36...WOW!!! Absolutely beautiful quirky clean comfy beds pillows clean towels turndown service with complimentary chocolates and fresh water no details were spared we loved our room with big massive bathroom with 3 shower heads a bath and his and hers sinks and complimentary toiletries. The hotel as a whole is beautiful they have a new manager who said hello to us a few times a nice gentleman who can only make the hotel better maybe by getting more staff as they were under pressure sometimes but this did not affect us. We had brilliant service. We stayed 2 nights with 2 breakfasts and a 3 course dinner cannot fault the food at all it was amazing. Overall we had an amazing experience and definitely will return again. Thank you

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Any seller support?
Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
