Very disappointed. Food has no taste.
I went in on a Saturday morning Sept 13 to order take out. I ordered beef noodles, Singapore vermicelli, har gow, and salt and pepper fish fillet. The beef is like rubber, I need to cut it in small pieces before I can eat it. They didn't every

Food was bland and tasted unfresh -- dry chicken, overcooked shrimp, and soup that reminded me more of hot water than anything flavorful. Nothing memorable or worth returning for. But what really ruined the experience was the service. The server mad

This is one of those old school dim sum places - no frills here, just good hot fresh food with east van Cantonese (and perhaps some Hakka / how yip vibes?) I've been here with co workers, family and friends. I've been here on weekdays and
This spot will hit your dim sum cravings.
Food came out fast and prompt, and the food quality was amazing. The price is a bit on the pricier side but the food quality makes it worth it.

My very good friend from East Vancouver (anybody from EastVan reading this? Put your hands up in the air & wave'em from side to side) knows all the hot spots to chow down at! My duck craving has been huge in 2024! That duck skin is soooooo
Wow what a great place that has great food and prices.
Had ordered an assortment of Dim Sum for a gathering and the portions were large.
Largest Dim Sum items
This restaurant has the largest hai gaw and sui mui around as well as items you no longer find at our dim sum restaurants. Tables are a bit crowded as it is a smaller neighbourhood restaurant. If going with a large group, it is better to make a rese

We went specifically to try the deep fried whole chicken.
Terrible. Chicken dry and tasteless. I'm sorry we didn't send it back. Also ordered stir fried mixed vegetables...only 2 kinds of green vegetables when the typical dish is colorful with carrots, mushrooms etc. Huge disappointment. Wil

Excellent! Old school mostly Cantonese food.
A huge menu and the portions are unbelievably large. We expected much smaller portions so ordered way too much. Three or four people could easily share each menu item. We ordered the shrimp dumplings, the hot and sour soup, chicken with bean sprouts
A hidden gem!
The 3 of us came here for dim sum on a weekday. I hadn’t been here before and we were impressed with good ol’ fashion Cantonese food. Our eyes were bigger than our appetite & we weren’t disappointed. All the dim sum dishes were tasty and wi

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Cindys Palace Vancouver at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Cindys Palace Vancouver page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Cindys Palace Vancouver to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Cindys Palace Vancouver!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
