I would give the a (-) minus but the system doesn't allow me to. Of the businesses I have ever dealt with this is by far the worst, customer's service is horrible if you even want to call it customers service. I connected TV, Internet and Phone with them in November of 2022 I called them at least once a week because the service didn't work they kept telling that they would call me back but never did. Some time in January 2023 I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and she sounded promising at the beginning and even "promised me" she would take care of my issue personally, two weeks later I called back because I didn't hear anything from her or the company. I again asked for a supervisor because I was ready to just cancel the service because to my understanding they were not fulfilling their contract, at this the supervisor did not want to let me cancel and offered me 5 months free if the service that didn't work anyway. After being transferred a couple of times one supervisor informed me that I can take their equipment back to the closest location but when I got there they wouldn't take it unless I paid them because of being in a contract. Today February 18 2023 I still have a bag with the equipment in my closet.
