Still ok food, but some flaws
Well been here many times, before and after refurbishment. Food pretty constant in quality but little change in menu over the years. Ceviche starter for 5, bit sloppy, have had better here. Followed by skewers beef, chicken and prawn. Yes nice, not really hot so prepared well in advance and hardly any salt.. maybe the chef has high blood pressure but we do not. Two rounds of guacamole, first round quality avocados considerably better than first round. Mains lobster -great, duck - next time off the bone please, large prawns filled with mash-not great-beef good, fish balls fry great, broccoli - boring, seriously? Desert taster, seriously underwhelming. Staff friendly and adequate. We started at 19.30, after 22.00 the place is full of underdressed ladies. I always feel embarrassed towards the local people, always decently dressed, sometimes with their children. Moreover before you come they ask you not to wear flip flops or shorts, but the dress code could be extended, please no obvious disclosure of female body parts, mini dresses or transparant attire. Total for 5 including drinks and coffee 4,000 aed, 1,100 usd. Nightmare came after..valet parking took 40 minutes waiting outside in 35 degrees C. A real disgrace, complete mess….crowds waiting.

Exquisite. The food is incredible, the service friendly and on point, the decor, the style and ambience - Coya has it all. The best restaurant so far in Dubai!

As a well known dj and always on the GL. This is the firstvtime cor me to face such a terrible and unprofessional door selector who dont know how to deal with the people who serve the same industry. After introducing myself and even after giving him my business card.As he knows that im always in and my spen is high everytime im in . He was very rude to not allow me to in. I left in a polite way because its not me who will consist and argue to enter such a venue out of 1000’s venues i visisted before either to perform at or to have my dinner and some drinks. But politely. Your door selector should have his own professional eye. To know who he is dealing with on door. Which didn’t happen. Never again !! Thanks. Sherif Terio.

Very nice place to have a lunch or dinner
We enjoyed very much this restaurant that we discovered for the first time. The menus are great, the atmosphere excellent and the service perfect. The wine list is well selected and you can find nice wines for a reasonable price even in Dubai. We appreciated the professional and nice service.

The Saturday brunch is very well attended. The guests are always great. The crew is efficient. The food is delicious and the drinks are fine. The music is classy. Enjoying life at its best.

Amazing on every level.
Wow! That pretty much sums this place up. From the decor, to the ambience, to the service and the food itself, I can’t fault a thing. It was literally perfect. I visit Dubai a lot and know standards there are high but this was something special. Will most definitely make a stop here next time I’m back.

Underwhelming
I felt the service is rushed and poor, although the food was good, . We were a group of 4 and all were underwhelmed. The restaurant is so busy these days you feel they don’t need to be as good as expected . Won’t be back .

Stunning Deco, good dishes but not exceptional, Puny cebiche, very small portions and must ad sides..wines over-priced.. just bling bling place with good nigh music and well dressed poeple..not a single employee is Peruvian from what i have seen

Came here last week for a meal . Really nice atmosphere with background DJ music . Staff were very attentive and a good menu with lots of options - Can recommend the Sea bass croquettes , Tacos and the Salmon . Would definitely go back .

Chanca is a chic little corner located @ the fqncy four seasons Jumeirah Very lively animated by a very nice live band, mouth watering bites and cocktails... Recommended for your next night out 😉

Terrible experience, they just want to rush you out
My husband booked a table days in advance so we could celebrate my birthday with some friends. At the time, they didn’t explain any policies, they just asked for a credit card in case of cancellation and that was it. Yesterday, we came in for dinner and literally 2 minutes after we arrived the manager came to us and told us we only had the table until certain time and it would be better for us if we started ordering right away. As I said no one had mentioned this when making the booking and it honestly felt very rushed. Over the course of our dinner, they came multiple times to rush us out. Even another manager went to a waiter who was standing one meter away from me and told him “start picking up the plates so they leave”. All of this while we were still eating and there were A LOT of empty tables around. In total, they came to rush us 6 times (mind you, we were there for less than 2 hours). Food was also super average and not really Peruvian at all - one of my friends is actually Peruvian. Definitely not worth the price. It was honestly a terrible experience and it did ruin my birthday, I could not enjoy at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with COYA Dubai. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to COYA Dubai at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the COYA Dubai page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at COYA Dubai to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at COYA Dubai!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
