Be the first to ReplyThe Craft Burger is what a true hamburger should taste like.
Just simply a Burger, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and all the goodness they put into it. I, literally, just finished inhaling my Craft Burger along with real French fries and it satisfied my desire to have a good burger tonight. Thank you.
Be the first to ReplyBurgers are good.
Expensive for what you get though. The service isn't great and the location doesn't seem as clean as it did when it first opened.
Be the first to ReplyI love the Steak Sandwich from Craft Burger.
It's one of my favorite sandwiches. The steak is tender & the garlic/lemon sauce absolutely makes it. Their fries are very good too. Ask for a side of Craft Sauce to dip them in. On this particular occasion, I couldn't complete my spouse's with a dairy allergy order due to the fact that no one working knew if the Veggie Burger contained dairy or not. Seems like something worth knowing. They were nice when I asked though & did try to find out, but no one could say for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Craft Burger and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this was a locally owned and operated establishment. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and attentive. But the real star of the show was the food. Craft Burger specializes in hand crafted hamburgers, made with the freshest ingredients available. The burgers were cooked to order, so they were hot and delicious when they arrived at the table. One thing that really stood out to me was the price. Despite using top-quality ingredients and putting in the extra effort to craft each burger by hand, the prices at Craft Burger were very reasonable. This is a restaurant that truly cares about providing value to its customers.Craft Burger also offers catering services. This is a great option for events or parties where you want to serve high-quality burgers but don't want to do all the work yourself. All in all, I had a fantastic experience at Craft Burger and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delicious, hand crafted hamburger made with the freshest ingredients.
Be the first to ReplyProbably one of the best burgers around.
Simple and made to order. Fries, onion rings, tater tots. All good. Craft burger is very good, double patty with craft sauce is consistently good.

If your anywhere near here, and you like hamburgers, your a fool if you don't come by this place.I recommend the single cheeseburger all the way (lettuce, onion, tomato) and add bacon. That's a true Cheeseburger in Paradise. I get the regular fry's. The owner Barry is usually around. So yourself a favor and get a real hamburger for a change.
Be the first to ReplyWhen a smash burger and Shake Shack have a baby.
THE SEASONED FRIES, the tater tots, sweet potato fries, the hot dog, the sliced beef sandwich, does not matter which one you get you will be in love. Don't forget the sidekick of that oh so delicious secret sauce that makes shake shack envious. Trust me. I am the Chuck Norris of food.
Be the first to ReplyOne of my favorite go-to places.
Craft burger, no onion, add bacon, add egg, that's my order. Tots and sweet potato fries excellent. Good local place.
Be the first to ReplyI wish I could give 4.
5-4.7stars. It's a good spot, with good food, and good prices. Burgers, homemade style chips, salads... all very good. Staff is friendly, quick and attentive. Small selection of cold beer. Slight ding for cleanliness but whatever, good diner style spots are rarely that clean. Will definitely be back.

I love the craft burger and tots. My wife loves the salad.

Yummy burgers! Do I need to say more? Adding an order or two or three or more of their delicious seasoned fries are a must!

Delicious! My mom lives nearby and regularly talks about picking up dinner from Craft Burger. While in town visiting we decided to go and she is right. We were greeted by the owner and quickly had our order taken at the counter and found a table. Mom had the slaw burger (which is her current favorite) with tots and I had the turkey burger with seasoned fried. The burger was delicious. Great bun and I love a smashed burger that is still juicy. When they said seasoned fries I automatically assumed the typical seasoned salt but I was wrong. Salt, herbs, parm - they're delicious. Will definitely go again!
Be the first to ReplyUsually, with family-owned restaurants, the adults teach
Usually, with family-owned restaurants, the adults teach the younger ones how to treat customers, and how to be friendly and service oriented. That's not the case here. For our 3rd (and last) trip here, we were treated the same as our prior two visits by the young man at the register; with indifference, a scowl, and a general disinterest in being there. I ordered drinks, never got my cups to fill. I asked if I needed a receipt with a number on it, got a shoulder shrug in response. When I went back up to get my cups, he could not be bothered to postpone his phone call long enough to get our cups, so I had to ask the lady working behind him for my cups, and he overheard and responded by tossing a single cup on the counter, upside down. She also gave me the two cups for the drinks I ordered, so I left my thrown cup on the counter where it stayed for the rest of our time there. There was nothing wrong with the food, it was okay, but not worth what we paid. And as far as service goes, I've discovered that in this part of town, it doesn't matter how good the food is. If the service sucks, people will stop eating there. I'm guessing that the owner's son is the kid behind the counter, and the other employees are scared to say boo to him. Or he's just a surly teenager, and the rest of the fam is hoping he'll grow out of it one day. Either way, it doesn't matter to us, since we won't be back. There's a a Subway to the left, and a Waffle House to the right, both with higher health inspection scores, and I'd rather eat there going forward. Also, a burger place that runs out of fries and tots is seriously in need of a supply run. Here's an idea, 50 feet away is a Publix; I'll bet they have fries and tots there, next time you run out, go buy some more.Update: I've noticed that the owner has stopped responding to his reviews, and although the surly and rude service has been mentioned many times, he has chosen to ignore it every time and instead concentrate on letting the reviewer know that they know nothing. Obviously this is not a big concern to him. News flash: poor service is the reason that fast food establishments are shutting down every day, but Chick Fil-A is thriving.

25+ minutes for a burger? Really? Burger was tasty, but don't go there if you are in any kind of a hurry
Be the first to ReplyI was craving a burger and figured a place with "burger" in
I was craving a burger and figured a place with "burger" in their name ought to know how to make one, so my friend and I met up at The Craft Burger at 5pm on Friday night. When we got there we were the only customers. "Hmm," I thought. "This can't be a good sign..." Nevertheless, we each ordered the cheeseburger and a drink, and I got some fries to go with mine. I nearly ordered the Cuban sammich when I saw it on the menu, but my yen for a burger brought me there, and dang it, I was going to get a burger. We filled our cups at the self-serve soda fountain and had our pick of tables. Only a couple of minutes later someone brought our food to the table. Either the burgers were hand formed, or the machine that cut them out has a funky shape. They weren't the uniform circles you find at the golden arches. They almost had a jigsaw puzzle shape to them, with the lumpy, bumpy bits sticking out of the bun, perfect for taking a sample bite. I went to the right place to satisfy a burger craving. It comes with "craft sauce" whatever that is. I don't know that it's made with, but it's tasty.I wish I could say the same for the fries, but the fact is, they were barely room temp. I like my fries hot. These things lackluster spuds were two degrees away from being cold. I nibbled on a handful of them, but left the rest on the tray.My friend and I chatted while we ate our tasty burger and ignored the lousy fries. When I looked around at the drink machine, considering a refill I was shocked to see that what had been empty when we ordered our food was now Standing Room Only. People were waiting for folks to leave so they could sit down. So much for my first impression of the empty place not being a good sign--it turns out I was lucky I got there when I did. With so many people waiting for a table my friend and I felt guilty continuing to chat now that our food was gone. We gave up our treasured real estate and before we'd finished clearing the table another group of people had swooped down to take our places. I assume with business hopping the way it was that those folks had some hot fries to eat.Based on my burger, the next time I'm in the area I'll give The Craft Burger another chance with the fries; they certainly what they're doing with their namesake.

I have ordered here at least twice before because they are local to me and McDonalds is the only other closest choice and that's a BIG NO. So tonight I ordered a Slaw Burger from them. And truthfully I am not a slaw fan. I have never ordered slaw but only to try it on there burger. So it left me feeling good. Tonight when I ordered my slaw burger again, picked it up curbside and when I got home opened my burger and wasn't fluffy as it would be but flat like it was just about plain with cheese. I was sorely disappointed my Slaw Burger had no slaw but only to little pickle chips. I ordered the burger because I wanted a Slaw burger. There burgers are decent enough. However, it will be a long time until I decide to order another but only because I don't order there often in the first place.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best burgers in the Birmingham area.
The Craft Burger is delicious, as are the seasoned fries and the Craft Sauce. To top it off, the service is always friendly and helpful!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food great service.
We come almost every Friday night with our kids and it's been a hit! Burgers are very good and the chili dog is amazing. Get the seasoned fries too to top it off.
Be the first to ReplyI ordered the cheeseburger and my hubby ordered the Cuban.
Both were delicious and the seasoned fries were good. The craft sauce is great for dipping the fries in.

THERE is no place like this! Best darn burger we've tasted and the fries cannot be replicated. Moved here from Michigan and tried it and we are ruined from other burger places. Wish they sold the seasoning spices and craft sauce so we could send to family up north. They just will have to wait til it's safe to come down and experience on their own. Owner is kind and staff is helpful. Have loved all the different burgers....my husband can't resist the pimento burger and I'm eager for any of them. We support you and love all you do for foodies in search of great burgers! Thanks for keeping things safe and rolling during these crazy times.
Be the first to ReplyWe eat here often and are always pleased.
The food is perfectly cooked and to order every time. Everything we have tried on their menu has been excellent and the service is the best!!!

OMG . THE best burger east of TJs in Wichita KS. I got the Craft burger but with swiss instead of American. Amazingly delicious. The seasoned fries were great. I love their Craft dipping sauce, it's kind of a remoulade taste. In any case, great food and a new convert.
