From the start the staff let's you know you are not worthy to dine there and does everything possible to show that they are superior; even though they are service employee. What follows is a pretty mediocre experience as far as taste and servic
Nouvelle amazing!
Nouvelle Halibut was the most flavorful and delicious I have had, the was out of this world and so dessert out of this world !
Went for breakfast because it was comped with our hotel.
I know it's going to be expensive due to the location, which is lovely, but $17 for pour over coffee is outrageous. I got the Avocado toast, around $20 and it was one piece of toast with light toppings of tomatoes and pickled onions which were o
Absolutely disappointing experience.
Would not recommend. Came in with a group of 8 expecting a nice evening, but left completely disgusted and shocked at the level of service (or lack thereof). From the start, we were upfront with our server that we planned to start with drinks and so
Over rated.
Food was ok and the service was not good. Very expensive. We had a skunk running around the outdoor tables and the waiter told us to calm down. ??????? Not coming back to this place.
We had our anniversary dinner at the Cress.
Had reserved a table by the creek which is amazing. Although we had a reservation at 7:30, weeks had to wait 15-20 mins to be seated at our table. We were served complimentary glasses of sparkling wine. Got the burrata and bread appetizer, split a me

Service is amazing as always! Our favorite app was the watermelon with mint starter. For dinner we got the half chicken and the pasta and both were 10/10. The ambiance and views are unmatched.
Steak was perfectly cooked - tasted amazing.
Enjoyed the sides (potatoes and broccolini salad). Would def go back for food and ambiance. -- in fact, we did. Ate here twice during our stay at l'auberge.
The food was good.
The service was ok. Vallet was expensive and rude. They took the money and they did not open the door etc. it was our 13 year anniversary and we requested creek side and they confirmed ($50 fee per person if you don't show up) but when we came t

I should have heeded the warning from other reviewers and chosen a different restaurant!! The ambience sitting outside with the babbling creek was lovely and my waiter was OK. I was there for breakfast and ordered chilaquiles with my eggs over
Very mid service and food.
For being at a nice resort I was let down. Even valet was hard to work with
Don't waste your money.
On the positive side, our waiter was friendly & personable. Also, the creek is lovely and so was the live music. On the negative side: The scallops were served cold and we sent them back. The food is extremely over salted. The steak tasted like i

This place was impressive, unfortunately it rained so our dinner service was inside rather than on the creek but still a beautiful restaurant. The service was amazing, our server super attentive and nice, checked on us multiple times. All of the food
Peaceful Mornings & Memorable Meals at Cress on Oak Creek
Cress on Oak Creek is a gem in Sedona. We had two lovely dinners and breakfast every morning during our stay at the beautiful L’Auberge hotel. The setting by the creek is both elegant and serene—mornings were especially peaceful, with ducks swimm
Expensive, off-putting and underwhelming
Food was terrible. The burger was overcooked and dry. The shrimp was burnt and our daughter noodles had a bug at the bottom of the plate. Spoke the manager and provided feedback but didn't seem to care much. He took off the noodles like it was a
Check this place out in Sedona Az!
Beautiful place and very tranquil! So beautiful to be looking over the water! I loved the fire pits that were so nice to sit and have a drink and talk about the days travels. We loved it! It’s a must see for anyone who who loves seeing water in Ari
Good - but a bit overpriced
Cress is fine dining beside Oak Creek. The food is very good - though overpriced in my opinion. Cost to park is outrageous with few options outside of taxi or uber. Our group enjoyed everything from steak to salad. All were well prepared and tas
Fantastic facial with Mary Anne
Great facial at L'Apothecary! Tranquil spa with nice steam room & all the amenities. Mary Anne was fantastic! She carefully examined my skin and designed a facial that left my skin refreshed! And such a kind and lovely person! Thank you
Not worth it.
This property alongside a creek could be wonderful but it is not. A lot of it including our room and the spa was very dated and not kept up very well. The decks are not swept or cleaned routinely. The outdoor lights on trees by the creek are covered
Stunning views, delicious foods, & amazing service
Gorgeous views and delicious food. I thought everything was perfect but then Kat showed up and made our visit sublime!! I highly recommend!!!
Best Anniversary Restaurant Ever
This restaurant was so romantic. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We ate right on the water at the oak Creek. The waitress was so great and responsive to our needs. We had champagne and appetizers. Them our meal was excellent. We had shrimp
Run away from this place
This place is brutal. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and ate here three times. The service was horrendous every single meal. Couldn’t get silverware. Parts of the meal showed up and others didn’t. Food was adequate but crazy overpriced -
Great ambianceand awesome food
To begin, we got a table creekside. So special. Chris was our server and he is a great collaboration with chef! The clams featured chile which i don't enjoy. He explained my dilemma to Chef Andrew. Resulted in best dish of in shell clams with wh
FOOD AND SERVICE LACKING
The setting is great if you don’t mind flying insects. We had Chimichurri shrimp which was ok. Filet mignon cold, pasta dish cold. Ordered a half bottle of champagne, poured it myself. Expected much more from this restaurant. The resort itself is s
Unprofessional management
my daughter and I went up to Sedona for a few days to relax and unwind. We dined at the restaurant at the Labarge. At 11:30 in the morning, as we sat down, we informed the waiter that my daughter had a severe nut allergy. Once she ordered her salad,
Too many other pretty places with Great food in Sedona
So, the good first..... beautiful atmosphere on Oak Creek. Service was pleasant. Unfortunately, breakfast was very average and the pancakes were nothing extraordinary. For the prices they charge, including a $17 valet fee - I expected so much more. T
The ONLY wonderful part of this experience is the location.
Cocktails were weak. Two very tiny pieces of lobster for $80! One cup of Truffle soup for $30. The "spaghetti" that was served as part of the meal was a spoonful of cold pasta. Been to many fine dining experiences across the nation and worl
Pleasant but very slow service.
Don't go hungry. You will go through 3 bread baskets before you get your meal. I guess the idea is to have you drink your way through your meal. Although tasty, the portions are VERY small. We ordered à la cart off of the menu. My Husband had the l
Ambiance is really nice, food is way overpriced.
We had the waygu and they served us a sirloin. We stayed on property, and I would recommend going elsewhere.
Ambiance was great! We were seated outside.
Food was way overpriced and under delivered. We ordered the ribeye and were given an overly fatty sirloin.

Um...this was bad. I get prix fixed menus...but not when everything sucks. Sorry to be so straight forward, but this was bad. Overpriced, overrated. Food was really gross. Steak did not come as I ordered and was room temp. I'm not sure what those po
The most disappointing dining experience I’ve ever had.
This restaurant is beautifully set along the creek and is a gem of a property from a location standpoint. Unfortunately, the accolades end there. I took my better half to celebrate her birthday and it was a total disappointment. The service was untra
We came here on recommendation.
The ambience was nice and the atmosphere was very romantic, however there were many things wrong with this establishment. We arrived early and were directed to the bar. (we walked and didn't take a car so I can't speak if they still charge $17 for
The service was good as was the wine pairing but the food
The service was good as was the wine pairing but the food wasn't actually the opposite and the portions were so small we couldn't believe it. Actually it was a joke. On top of that the menu prices were very deceptive and what we expected to cost $450

We had a delightful multi-course meal here for Valentine's Day. It was a wonderful, upscale dining experience with live Viola music, wine-pairing, and white tablecloths. Our service was spot on, prompt, and timely. Everything was delicious and the
Beautiful inviting location.
Had a walking violinist playing during dinner. Not too loud. We had the 6 course tasting menu. All was fantastic except the steak which was supposed to be Wagyu but really didn't taste or feel like it. Service was superb and they are flexible if you
You cannot beat the view and the location.
It is beautiful and such a nice experience. There was some live music. It was a lunch time buffet on a Sunday. If you have a perfect seat on the water, it is a long trip to the buffet, but the seat is worth it. I would love to come back. For a buffet
Mediocre food that breaks the bank
We went to Cress a couple nights before NYE. Our final total price with a 6 course tasting and wine pairings with tip was about $820 for 2. For that price, it should have been one of the best meals of our lives. Unfortunately, it was not. The food to

Every few years my wife and I make the pilgrimage to L'Auberge to dine at the Cress restaurant which overlooks the creek. First and foremost is the ambiance. It's intimate and stunning. Truly second-to-none. Just take a look at the video I posted of
They charged $35 bucks for a glass of Chardonnay.
Rip off. Absolute rip off!!! 17 to park a car and walk 100 feet to the restaurant. A BIGGER RIPOFF!!! Hostess gave attitude. Why? I have no idea. Food was good but not worth the outrageous prices. Went 100 feet to get the car and the valet didn't ope
Go for the view
Beautiful setting on Oak Creek. Good service. Ordered Hamburger, salad, rigatoni. The “medium” burger was pre-formed, very well done, and every bit of moisture cooked out of it. Good aioli saved it from going back. The vinaigrette dressing was mi
Fall Lunch outside
Made direct reservation for lunch. Beautiful setting as we were seated outside. Jorge was our server and was very friendly, professional and made us feel welcomed. Lunch was nice and tasty. Pricy but you are paying for location and setting.
Delicious and Luxurious
One of the most beautiful spots I have ever dined at. The location is calming, private, beautiful, and elegant all at the same time. The service was top-notch and professional. The food was delicious. This was a truly beautiful dining experience.
Disappointed Birthday Dinner
I booked reservations about a month ago as I wanted to celebrate 4 friends birthday at a nice restaurant. When I made the booking the person on the phone never told me that 6 people was considered a large seating, really 6 people, and there was a lim
Barely worth the wait
Management needs to hire more staff. There was a large wedding and apparently those guests got priority. It took an hour to get our bottle of wine and the cocktails took longer. The soup came out lukewarm. The waiter was very apologetic and comped se
Service not very good.
We were here for dinner and breakfast. Dinner- service was not good. Plain and simple. There were plenty of servers and it wasn't that full but they were just not experienced or organized. It took a long time to take our order. We had to go find som
Romantic dinner
We enjoyed our dinner. The food was delicious and ambiance definitely made it even better. Our favorite was the bone marrow appetizer. So rich and delicious
Don’t waste your money!

We were so hopeful going in.
The restaurant is beautiful, right on the water. The sound of the Rushing Creek, trees and lights on the beautiful stone pillars of Sedona, created a refined sense of beauty and luxury. Our waiter appeared confident, knowledgeable, and ready to deliv
