Fab curry….
The restaurant doesn’t take table booking after 6pm for less than six guests but we easily managed a “walk in” even on a Saturday evening. All the staff were super friendly, really welcoming, helpful & gave us advice re the menu choices.

We had a great time here for a breakfast. Must go place if you are in central London. Great vibe, amazing good, top notch and not intrusive service. Booking is recommended.
Good experience
Excellent food, great service. Make a reservation —- the line looked pretty crazy for a Tuesday night out and how large the place is!

Brilliant food plus a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable front of house team. I particularly recommend the Gunpowder Potatoes!
Fabulous!
The food, at all the Dishoom restaurants we’ve visited, is of extremely high quality, as is the service. The dishes are expensive but worth it.
Excellent
Booked a table for a busy Saturday afternoon, before going to see a show. From arrival, everything was perfect. Attentive staff, good drinks and amazing food. The keema Pau was exceptional as was the Goan Monkfish Curry. Okra fries, black dhaal a
Totally overrated
I thought that although the atmosphere was great and the staff were nice, the food was really awful. Tiny portions and overly spiced. The lentils had far too much cloves and the lamb biryani was too hot. A lot of the stuff was inedible. If it wasn
Brilliant nights’ celebration
Had a fabulous meal to celebrate a leaving do / new job. The food was absolutely delicious and well portioned. The drinks went down a treat. The staff were lovely and perfectly attentive.
We had lunch for four near the kitchen.
It was fun to watch the dishes come out of the kitchen and our server was very attentive. We started with Papadums and sauces, but sadly they were not gluten free. They were different than I have seen before - puffy and not the crispy lentil flour ty
The grilled lamb chops are so good!!! Can eat that all day.
Kebab was good, mutton (bottom right) was good, but grilled chicken was okay and a bit less flavorful. Chai was yummy though the serving size could be bigger.

the dessert was exceptional.
the chili ice cream was subtle and a good pairing to the "chocolate pudding" that almost gave the consistency of a lava cake (melt in your mouth worthy!). the cheese naaan was to die for (warm when came out and the cheese pull!! YES). the c

Second time here - pretty much a must-go every time I'm in London. As soon as you walk in, you walk into a warm haze of incense smell. There's a very rich smell of cardamom, cinnamon, chai, and various other spices. We ended up ordering:
It was very noisy & air conditioning was not working.
The food was average. The service was good but we had to wait about an hour to get the table.
Delightful breakfast and service!

Bad tast in the mouth due to sly server
Food was great but the server (wait ID: 111 on July 20th) automagically added "optional service" of 15% onto the bill but we didn't ask for this. She wasn’t good or anything either. When it’s slipped in without asking, it comes off as s

Definitely nice food, just overhyped.
Really enjoyed the black daal. I probably wouldn't wait in a long queue for this food.
We ate here on the very first night in London.
I had been recommended this place by many people so it was worth a visit. The ambiance was just beautiful reminding me of a pre-independence India. Their attention to detail is amazing. Our kids were tired and hungry but they gave us a comfortable
