Good but not great
Expensive for brunch. The dishes are good but not exceptional. The place and the neighborhood remain nice, an “instagramable” restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyFantastically delicious brunch and wonderful service - our biggest recommendation for this place
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We had brunch there and tried 3 different dishes. Nothing disappointed! Large portions and delicious, fresh ingredients. And then the service was a huge plus on top of that. A super cozy place where everything just played. And at quite reasonable prices. We would love to come again :)
Be the first to ReplyA total failure
I advise against. Make us wait, then tell us to come back in 45 minutes because there is a long wait. We go for a walk while having our reservation. Once we come back, no one remembers us. The reservation no longer existed. We are asked again to wait 45 minutes. The staff is not welcoming. It's frustrating.

Super tasty and very friendly service. You have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. The avocado toast is highly recommended.

Starting point excellent welcome Staff, we thank the guys for their courtesy and smiles. An unmissable avo toast, every flavor is well balanced, truly delicious 🤩. Ari's pancakes super! A very pleasant surprise, so much so that three times we delighted in this brunch and with amazement they offered us pancakes 😋 for our presence. I think the photos can speak for themselves. Thank you!
Be the first to ReplyWelcoming venue and staff, Avo toast unmissable
A very nice little place on two floors, the one below is below street level as is normal in England. After the first day, impressed by the goodness of the Avo toast and the kindness of the guys, we returned two more times. Already on the second day we felt like family, on the third they offered us Caramel pancakes. Always very kind and excellent dishes, even the smoothies, juices and porridge are not to be missed.
Be the first to ReplyGood, but expensive!
This place is really very nice, the waiters were very kind, the breakfast was really excellent, we had a pancake, toast, coffee and cappuccino... coffee that didn't taste like coffee, otherwise everything was good, but... it cost us 49 EUR!

Not long to queue at all Amazing food! Super friendly staff! Great vegetarian options Will definitely come back again
Be the first to ReplyOverrated, therefore overpriced
You can see Eggbreak all over as "Must visit in London" and quite frankly I wasn't impressed at all. Had their hot honey french toast that basically tastes like spicy sour cream with honey as that's about it. Not a fan of dill, would've appreciated if it was mentioned on the menu. Service was ok, however been waiting for quite a while and table next to me who ordered later, got their coffee and food significantly earlier. There's no atmosphere, waiters are messing around and teasing each other. Paying by phone, they have 12,5% service charge that cannot be taken off unless requested and check out fee on the top. Would have come again if any other place was closed and I lived on the street, otherwise not.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best London brunches
Highly recommend for breakfast/brunch lovers. Extensive menu and always delicious! The only annoying thing is, this is a popular option with a lot of people so expect to wait for a table. They do have an app which allows you to wait in virtual queue, but you have to arrive at the restaurant to join this queue would be better if you could join through the app.
Be the first to ReplyOne word…….AMAZING!
I decided to take my wife and three children 8,10,15 to Eggbreak as a special treat on the recommendation of a friend and wow what a feast of gastronomic delights. Rob the manager and his team were attentive from start to finish, helping with menu selection and drinks orders of which we sampled several of the juices, coffees and herbals teas. We ate eggs salmon beni, toasted doorstop cheese sandwiches, avo on toast and the soulcycle chicken and egg brioche, all out of this world, what a taste explosion. Next up we had the banana pancakes, Nutella toast and a selection of ice real sandwiches…..again all totally amazing and well worth the calories!! If you are in Nottinghill this is an absolute must, arrive early and be prepared for a totally amazing experience from start to finish……thank you to Rob and his brilliant team!!
Be the first to ReplyA great find with great food.
We were in London for a couple of days , after some shopping we were in the Paul Smith shop close by and asked where we could go for a nice lunch , they told us to go here. It was a small venue but did not dissapoint at all, food was delicious and the service very friendly , we were grateful for the tip!
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing and overpriced
We had been here before a couple of years ago but we were disappointed this time. The prices are higher and the portions smaller. The service is friendly, the food is okay. Despite the prime location in Notting Hill, it feels more like a 'Caf' than a trendy brunch spot and my opinion is that it's way overpriced for what you get.
Be the first to ReplyCozy place with great food
There was a queue when we arrived, as expected, due to the restaurant's lovely appeal, but everything was handle very well and we got seated as a nice a quiet corner. My mate had an online interview and wished that it was a bit quieter, and just then, the manager who was sitting just opposite to us, turned and asked if he could alot my friend a quieter room just for the interview. This was completely unexpected and was very hearty of the manager to do so. The dishes that we ordered were freshly made and served in a very professional manner. If you ever step into Notting Hill, make sure to not leave without paying a visit to Eggbreak!!

I would not eat here again. I was at Granger & Co. the day before and it was a lot better food and experience than this fad of a breakfast place. Arriving 9am on a Tuesday they sat me in the basement, took my order of coffee and eggs Benedict. The coffee and food was served within a few minutes and both were cold. The coffee was small for £4. The eggs with salmon were uneventful at £15! The entire serving looked very scant and lonely on the plate. After a couple of bites it was clear I’d never visit again. Although the bread under the eggs was not your basic muffin bread type it wasn’t enough to make it worth my time or money. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d suggest a place that does more than declare they “break eggs.”
Be the first to ReplyVery, VERY overrated
Waited in the queue outside for 60 mins+ (happy to do so - was a Sunday so prime brunching time). Unfortunately waited 25 mins for 2 lukewarm lattes and a further 20 mins for the most average eggs Royale I have ever eaten. Nicely cooked but so, so very average. Nothing to justify the £15 price. Expecting small touches like pips removed from the lemon wedge for that price (at a minimum) plus the BASICS e.g., clean toilets. Probably the most dirty, foul toilet I have ever had the misfortune of using - and that's saying something being in London. An over-hyped and disappointing experience. I feel all the raving 5* reviews are just people in denial, desperately trying to justify to themselves that it was indeed worth the wait. Give it a miss.

Not friendly staff, waited more than an hour outside and more than 35minutes for food inside. Not recommended
Be the first to ReplyVery Expensive Eggs - Poor Service!
Over 20 minute wait for 2 eggs Benedict which arrived cold. No check back to ask if it was okay Had to wait 10 mins for bill Expensive eggs! 2 Benedicts, 1 tea, 1 coffee £43.25! Automatic service charge included.
Be the first to ReplyWow what a little gem of a place with amazing food.
Popped into this place for brunch based tripadviser reviews..... loved the idea they specialised in egg based meals. The prior guys were spot on..... Great place, friendly, and really amazing food. Mine was the toms eggs benedict or something like that with bacon on the side. Wow what a perfect plate, egg cooked perfectly, with aubergine which was brilliant idea went really with special hllandaise sauce and bacon was perfect. My wife went for her standard advacado on toast which she has whever she goes...... But said it was the best she has had!! Tea was also in a proper china tea pot..... Just as it should be. Only problem was no room for small stack of pancakes...... Oh well next time wewill be back but start on dessert first. Great value with hogh quality and right quantity.... Nice! A real gem.... Great job guys!!
Be the first to ReplyBreakfast royalty. The perfect place for all type of egg lovers.
They know how to do breakfast like no other. There is a good reason as to why they’re so popular. The eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce was the highlight of the meal... The muffin was toasted just right and the eggs as expected were soft and runny... The green shakshouka incredibly tasty... The cheese toastie blew my mind. It’s hard to pick any faults. All staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been lovelier. I’d recommend getting there early if you want to guarantee getting a spot or not having to wait long as it is not a huge place. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our week in London!
Be the first to ReplyWe’ll come back!
We had breakfast herr testernas and we were positively surpriced! The children choose pancakes and french toast, the hubbie eggs&bacon on toast and I had the eggbreak benedikt Witherspoon salmon. We left very satisfied! We’ll probably go here again befors We leave London. 😃
Be the first to ReplyEggzactly what every positive review states. They weren’t yolking!
The only bad thing I could say about this place were the puns in the title. The staff was attentive, confident & competent. The menu made me want to order five things but I landed on the “breaky bab” & my wife went with Turkish eggs and halloumi! Absolute perfection. Incredible Mediterranean flavors with unlimited coffee & water! Wish we found this place earlier but we will return. You may have a s’hell’ of time getting in but it’s worth the wait!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent
We found Eggbreak on Instagram when looking for recommendations for breakfast spots in London and knew we had to get there early to get in! We arrived around 08:30am on a Thursday and the cafe was already very busy. I ordered the pancakes and my husband the cheese, bacon and egg toastie- we were both extremely pleased with our choices and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic food and even better staff!
Fantastic food made with love, care and attentiveness [we had the poached eggs and salted caramel pancakes – divine!] and even better staff [so welcoming, hospitable and warm!]. I recently returned from a trip abroad and have been craving Eggbreak the whole time. I only wish there was a second Eggbreak as I’d love to head here on the weekends but anytime I’ve ventured here, it’s been absolutely rammed.
Be the first to ReplyA lovely cozy chill and very yum breakfast
Went on a Tuesday around 9 so it wasn’t too busy. Staff were so warm and welcoming. I ordered the Turkish eggs with side of haloumi and a latte- all delicious! Staff were attentive without being too much. Was just such a nice breakfast for my little solo date - would defo come back. If I got the Turkish eggs again I wouldn’t get a side but that’s just cause my eyes were bigger than my belly but too yum to regret
