I booked an early reservation at 4:30 after last year not being able to get in without one. That said the wait without was only 40 min even though they had open tables. Suspect it was a waiter issue. The hostess seemed flustered. She asked me to wait to be seated. However she kept seating people who came in after me. When asked if she had forgotten about me she said she was waiting for the waiter to check in. Maybe there was a shift change going on? It was all very confusing. I ordered an OR pinot noir for $17, a Caesar salad, and the King red crab for $135. Very pricey. I can get it in other major cities for $80-100. The food was good as well as the service. I finished with dessert of a guiness chocolate cheese cake. Felt more like a mouse. The tipping is confusing. There is an automatic 20% service charge as the waiters are paid on commission. You can leave extra but it is unclear if you need to to keep the waiter whole. $250 later even though overall a good experience, I just am not sure if I will be back.
