Hotel good. Restaurant not
The stay was OK in terms of the hotel however, my main complaint is with the restaurant. Had an unfortunate experience with the hotel restaurant and the manager, whereby we were constantly interrupted at a business dinner. The food was overpriced and the service was.
Be the first to ReplyA classy hotel in Beverly Hills! But not quite as classy as the Peninsula Hotel.
Overall, a very good, classy hotel in Beverly Hills. We stayed there for two nights and wanted to compare it to the neighboring Peninsula. All the staff gave us a super friendly welcome in the lobby and at reception when we arrived. Valet parking was extremely fast, discreet and friendly. The rooms are very clean, although it must be said that the bathroom in particular is outdated and very small. However, each room has a lovely balcony and, as with all Four Seasons hotels, a great bed with even better bedding - simply super comfortable and classy. Unfortunately, despite the super beautiful grounds, super friendly staff, great lobby and good Italian restaurant, the hotel is not quite at the same level as the Peninsula. There are still a few small things missing here and there - especially in the room. The bathrooms should be modernized over the next few months in order to remain competitive in the long term.
Be the first to ReplyGreat stay, Perfect location
Warm and welcoming staff. You really feel at home. Nice gestures: the cupcake in the room and the complimentary chocolate cake at dinner for a birthday. Convenient location.Nice gym and swimming pool, although the water could be warmer, especially in February. Breakfast and dinner are a bit on the pricey side. And the concierge laptop in the room was not particularly efficient. All in all we will be happy to return
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Customer Service Above and Beyond
Awesome customer service and their spa is my wife's absolute favorite in Beverly Hills. Jessica is an incredible masseuse. The concierge handled all of our dining reservations without any problems they secured us with extremely hard to get reservations in a moments notice. Highly recommend for business or if you are traveling with your family
Be the first to ReplyLOVE this hotel
From start to finish everything was perfect. I loved my room and room amenity as I am a frequent guest. But the bed, the bed was fabulous, like sleeping on a cloud. Valet guys were fabulous. Staff in general are very attentive to you needs.
Be the first to ReplySolid Stay, A Few Minor Issues
Staff was great, courteous and helpful. The Wellness room was nice and modern as well with great Byredo products. Had a couple of issues though that made the stay a little disappointing. The hot tub/jacuzzi was broken and out of service our entire weekend stay. We were told on check in it would be fixed in a few hours however it was out of service for the entire 2 days that we were there. It was too cold to use the pool so it was disappointing that the hot tub/jacuzzi was unavailable. Wish we had known this beforehand. Another issue was that on our last night, for some reason a pullout/rollaway bed was placed in our room during turndown service despite us not requesting or asking for one. Had to call housekeeping at around 11 PM once we returned from dinner to have it removed and have our furniture rearranged. Just odd and not something you'd expect from a 5 star property. Overall it was a solid stay but was somewhat disappointed by the above 2 issues. Not something I'd expect from a 5 star/FS property.
Be the first to ReplyElegant and relaxing
I've stayed at most high-end hotels in LA but the Four Seasons far surpasses them all. The elegant decor, wonderfully polite and gracious staff, terrific food, excellent location, courtesy car, etc. The gym is a bit tight but the spa was serene. No doubt this will be my mainstay now.
Be the first to ReplyGood Experience...But Watch Out!
This was my first stay at the property and it certainly exceeded my expectations while I was there...However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I reviewed the invoice that was emailed to me. It included a charge for the Private Bar that I clearly didn't incur. When I called the hotel for a resolution, my calls were dropped once and then twice transferred to a line that wouldn't stop ringing. On my fourth attempt to reach someone who could help, the staff member told me to just send an email to a generic inbox and that someone would follow-up. This is definitely not the client service that I've experienced at other Four Seasons, so I'm disappointed to say the least. Hopefully I'll be able to report back here in a short time that the issue was resolved in more characteristic Four Seasons style.
Be the first to Replynoisy
room heat vents very noisy. Hard to sleep. Issue with street noise in many rooms. Dinner at Culina disappointing - breakfast good. Rooms are small but very nice and well kept. Staff, without exception, was very helpful and caring.
Be the first to ReplyA magical stay
We stayed four nights at this location followed by four nights at the Beverly Wilshire. Both locations made wonderful impressions. However, the welcome at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills was quite exceptional. From personalized welcome gifts to sweet treat for our children, this location truly made us feel special and recognized.
Be the first to Replyone's way
I come here from time to time for work and I'm never disappointed. From the service to the room, there is a sense of warmth. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel, so every time you stay, you have a sense of peace of mind.
Be the first to Reply*Manager, please see shower/bathtub in room 826
The four seasons is the four seasons, it will always be wonderful! Warm and friendly staff everywhere from valet to front desk - champagne welcome is a nice treat, though pool attendants were very friendly they were a tad bit unfocused on guests, which is strange, because if you don't take food/drink orders, where are you getting your tip from. Smoothie samplers and pool by the pool was nice. Found it strange that some services by the pool were not available during week days, as it was more busy on the week days than on weekends. Hot tub was a plus and very open air gym was great. Well manicured exterior and interior spaces. Rooms were in great shape, though I was surprised to see small stains and small tears in the linens and no Netflix on the smart TV?? Lacking a little in detail by cleaning and turn down team; tea and coffee amenities were not replaced every day, nor were cotton swabs. The shower/bathtub combo in room 826 was like Niagara Falls during a shower. The seal did not retain any water, so I pushed it down for better contact with the marble, but then the water just puddled around and dripped directly off the side in every direction. We had to lay 2-3 towels down every time we showered - not a Four Season experience. Mentioned it to front desk during our stay and again when we left. They were kind to take a pool lunch off our bill. Would definitely stay here again, just some little things. Also, the 1 sink bathroom for almost 1000$ a night makes my eyebrows raise a little.

Everything prefect in terms of service, rooms, in room dining and general decor. Efficient, kind and prepared concierge. Four Seasons BH is an excellent address not far from the Golden Triangle both for pleasure and business.
Be the first to ReplyOnly place to stay in LA
If you are looking for a great property, amazing staff- this is the place to stay. Four Seasons should give other hotels tutorials on customer service. No other hotel group compares to the attention to detail, and attention to guests that the Four Seasons provides.
Be the first to ReplyWell manicured love the well rooms
Was in the fourth floor in a wellness room. First off was here for a conference. So was in the conference rooms mainly. Room was excellent. Bed excellent and a lot of pillows. Room was large enough very comfortable to work in. Bathroom was large. Nice toiletries. Food was excellent. Even conference level and served for over 100 people fish and meat cooked excellently. Would return personally.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful experience on every level.
From the scent of the Lillies that filled the entrance, to the smile of Momodou Krubally at reception, to Jordan & Jessie at the bar, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we found it to be a beautifully refined and elegant experience. We'll be back.
Be the first to ReplyService is impeccable.
The staff here is superb and attentive and one realizes, these details really make a difference that can give a property like the Four Seasons its reputation for caliber. I'd happily return. The beds are fantastic too.
Be the first to ReplyOur favorite place to stay in LA!
The rooms are well appointed, room service is excellent, the facility is well-maintained and very clean, but the staff really makes the stay delightful! This is our second stay at the four seasons, and we plan to be back!
Be the first to ReplyThe only Place to stay when you come to LA!
If there is any hotel you need to choice while visiting LA .. your only choice should be The Four Seasons hotel. They treat you like family from the time you arrive to the time you depart. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool. Also make sure you get some great food from their restaurant Culina. If you have a chance to partake in their Sunday Brunch menu, you will be so impressed and satisfied!
Be the first to ReplyCould have been better
We stayed at this hotel twice. The first stay was great, it was for my birthday and a romantic getaway. The second stay was meh. Ordered in-room dining to be delivered at a certain hour, and got it delivered earlier while I wasn’t there. So the food was cold. But they resent the food and I appreciate that. There was a wedding at the same time and the hall was crowded so we had to wait in line to get the elevator. I heard other guests complaining too behind me. There was a day where the pool was super crowded and couldn’t get anyone to get our order. When I got the chance to ask for a drink, I had to ask three times before getting it. But food at the restaurant was good. It was really delicious!
Be the first to ReplyLovely with a few small caveat (eg. room service meals)
The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills is by all accounts a lovely property. High marks for very professional staff, a lovely room with balcony that overlooks the city, and great amenities such as bathtub and coffee/tea sets. However, alas not everything is perfect. For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged. Pool is rather small and shallow, so it is not really possible to do laps in it. Location-wise the hotel is situated in an area that is perhaps a tad too quiet - nearly cafes and restaurants would have been nice. But still, overall a very good hotel that I would definitely not mind retuning to.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful hotel with top notch service
Stayed here for my little sisters 30th birthday and was blown away by the hospitality and service that we received. The hotel itself is incredible and located in the perfect spot in Beverly Hills so it was easy to get around town and walk to local restaurants and bars. I would also like to give a shoutout to Anouche and Kisha at the front desk, both ladies were so kind and super helpful with getting us an early checkin and taking great care of us throughout our stay at the property. Hotel has a pool where you can cool off and relax while reading a book and enjoying the CA weather. Thank you so much Anouche and Kisha for the incredible hospitality and cant wait to come back and stay here for my next LA getaway.
Be the first to ReplyIncredible stay!
What an incredible few days. The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling. The hotel is amazing, the lobby and decor makes you feel like you're at a private residence. My room which I upgraded to a suite was amazing. It was clean, housekeeping was amazing and overall a pleasure to stay in. Thank you for an amazing few days!
Be the first to ReplyVery dirty!!
My father always high speak of this property, he was a client 30 years ago. My expectations very high. Rooms are basic, absolutely not clean properly. Don’t expect all the luxury amenities and treatment. The suitcase you will bring to your room . Restaurants very low quality and very expensive. The commons toilet extremely dirty, in two days I saw the same issues (disgusting). A four seasons with a simple Airport hotel standards. Very Sad 😢
Be the first to Reply5 star experience
From the moment you renter the property you are treated like royalty. Everyone in the property is super friendly and nice. Poolside is quant but big enough where you don’t feel crowded. Gun was awesome too. Food at pool was great.
