For the second time, I visited the Four Seasons Beverly Hills for their Thursday night live jazz. The experience was accurately LESS THAN 1-STAR. The waiter that helped me the first time, walked passed me while looking at me 3 times. Which was weird before I IVER TIPPED him the first time; only 2 weeks prior. It took a manager to come ask me how I was doing in order for me to get a waiter who was willing to help. I ask how they made their side car cocktails, afterwards agreed to order it. Then I ordered their beef sliders as an appetizer. Unfortunately, the sliders were served cold. I didn't complaint, instead I proceed to eat them anyway and order the exact same drink a second time. I didn't get upset about my experience UNTIL I GOT THE BILL. I got an up-charged on the first drink for a total of $22. Then I was charged $27 for the second drink even though it was the same exact drink as the first. Bartenders should only up-charged if you change your drink from a house liquor to a premium liquor, which I did NOT do! To top it all off the jazz singer was terrible. I voiced my opinion to the manager who did not correct the bill ENTIRELY, however I was just done and ready to leave. I transitioned to MASTRO'S BEVERLY HILLS where I was charged correctly, the customer service was impeccable, and the jazz singers were amazing and true singers. This is what I called a 5+ star restaurant and bar experience.

I was starving yesterday afternoon since I missed lunch and knew I had a 2+ hour drive ahead of me. I sat outside which is absolutely gorgeous. They have heater lamps if you get cold. Here are some must try appetizers. The latte was perfection along with the service. Next time I'm staying overnight, having dinner and a glass of wine.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a beautiful hotel specially during the holidays.
We met friends for dinner at Culina but I couldn't help to notice how beautiful the lobby is decorated. With a large red polar bear in the foyer and many flowers and lights all around. It immediately puts you in a great mood, in a Christmas mood. We had a lovely time here last night and I recommend you to stop by and check it out.
Be the first to ReplyWe miss the old Lounge Manager Cherish.
The entire place feels cold without her warmth. Albeit the staff is always welcoming. The overall feeling of joy has gone. Her personality is what brought my colleagues and I in. In short, I recommend the bartenders in both Culina and the hotel lobby bar.

Came here for our wedding night, hotel staff was great from the men working the car valet to the front desk and the concierge. They set up the room with beautiful flowers and even had an expresso machine. It is definitely pricy but I feel for an extra special occasion why not splurge on a nice hotel. Especially during December they decorate and the place looked beautiful. They were offering different upgrades and you were able to check each room out, and depending on occupancy could upgrade if you wanted to. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had high expectations since we were staying at the Four Seasons, a world renowned institution, but my stay was a major disappointment. The bathroom in my room was grimy and dirty, with exposed walls from lifting wallpaper. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had noticeable stains on them. Separately, I had an unpleasant run in with the valet who presented an aggressive attitude when dealing with the movement of vehicles which was out of pocket for such typically pleasant members of Four Seasons staff. For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable. I advise others to think twice before booking here. See photos for evidence of a clearly neglected room.

Review as event venue: The Four Season's is an elegant, beautiful, class act; a wonderful, upscale event venue for any occasion. I've been to many events here over the years and have always been impressed. They are so accommodating and the entertainment rooms are lovely. Kosher catering is available. The fragrance and beauty of a myriad of flowers will greet you at the entrance. The grounds are gorgeous and well taken care of. Even the spacious bathrooms are impressive and immaculate. Each stall has its own sink! Service here is always with a smile. I feel special with the treatment I receive here. There is limited street parking in the area. If you are lucky and find a space, you may have to bring some walking shoes. Otherwise, valet is currently $25. Take a selfie outside with the Marilyn Monroe statue while you are waiting for your car! She's an icon!

I stayed at the Four Seasons for a week when traveling to LA on business, and I loved every minute of it. The employees go above and beyond to make you feel at home and the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. I loved the ipad next to the bed where you could make any requests, order room service, or ask questions. The only hiccup was when I had a UPS package delivered to the building and they couldn't locate it for a couple hours (it was a Rent the Runway dress that I needed for that evening) but they could not have been more apologetic and delivered it directly to my room when they did find it. The location is great as well - very centrally located on the border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. I never quite understood why people would pay so much to stay here, but after doing it once, I've definitely considered returning on my own dime.
Be the first to ReplyWe were at the Four Seasons for a dinner event .
The employees were all very friendly, and helpful. If we a a ked for something, it was gotten, or handled immediately, by a server, with a very pleasant attitude..The food was outstanding!!! Even though this was a banquet meal, it was wonderful.... the filet of beef was cooked perfectly, and the sides were fantastic... This was truly a wonderful experience for both my wife and I....
Be the first to ReplyOverall good stay but surprisingly, the food quality needs
Overall good stay but surprisingly, the food quality needs to improve. The deal killer for me was the fake maple syrup served with my so-so pancakes. "Table syrup" is no substitute for real maple syrup and serving it at a Four Seasons is a mortal sin in my opinion. Yes, I'm a nut about maple syrup, but this is a Four Seasons and reflects on the entire operation. On a positive note, room service was always speedy the Açaí Bowl was fabulous. Croissants, while enormous, are sent up cold- yuk. The dreary little potted succulent that comes on the lovely cart needs a glamorous makeover. I miss their extraordinary Sunday buffet brunch (it's now a prix fixe menu) but totally understand as we continue to deal with Coronavirus. Our high-floor corner suite was quite sublime and dual bathrooms always make me happy. The property is somewhat older but it is always kept in pristine condition with just the right amount of patina. The lobby and public areas feel rather intimate as they are on the smaller size (a good thing). You must not miss the extraordinary floral displays in the lobby designed by the world-famous Jeff Leatham. We were delighted to see him personally working on the massive displays with his team while we were there, such a nice guy and obviously a hard worker too. Do stars stay here and visit here? Absolutely, yes. We've seen too many to count: Sigourney Weaver, Ben Stiller, Paul McCartney, Janelle Monáe, Jerry Bruckheimer, Steven Spielberg, and many many more. No photos on the property (or at least be discreet!).
Be the first to ReplyThe hotel is elegant a bit pricey but worth every penny.
The whole staff is great from the valet, reception area, concierge, and house keeping. The restaurant Culina is very good. Had a great wonderful experience. The kids loved their stay as well. The hotel is in a prime location near Rodeo Drive and the Beverly Center and the Grove and you might say Westfield Century City Mall.

I decided to treat myself to the spa retreat day package on whim and it was a great experience. You can get this package Monday through Thursday and I recommend booking in advance so you can pick your prefer times for the nail and massage appointments. I got the Swedish massage and pedicure. You can pay extra to get the fast drying nail polish as an option, however I got the regular polish and it dried in about 30 minutes as I laid by the pool. After the massage I was offered a complimentary glass of champagne and then I decided to use my $35 pool lunch credit that came with the retreat package. I got truffle sliders and sweet potatoes fries which were thick cut, crispy, and a large portion. One advance of hanging out by the pool is that every so often the staff come by and offer you non-alcoholic blended drink samples. I had fresh blueberry milkshake, watermelon virgin piña colada, and a blended cappuccino which was so good I ordered a full sized one. You can also use the steam room and sauna which are quite relaxing. Your pool lounge chair is reserved so you do not need to worry about losing your seat and somehow the entire staff referred to me by name which was professional and impressive. If you are looking to be pampered, I highly recommend the four seasons Beverly Hills as a top notch way to spend the afternoon

This hotel should be the standard for luxury hotels! Everything and everyone works like clockwork: quiet, efficient, perfect. It feels like you are in a well choreographed play, with each actor, prop and set in the right place at the right time. Wish we could stay here more often...
Be the first to ReplyHands down best hotel ever.
Kindest people and the most dog friendly hotel I visited. I stayed for five nights and every night I rested well. They also give you complementary waters which is a nice touch. House car is also super helpful and saved us gas. Concierge helps with setting up pet sitting so I was able to go out for dinner with the family. I will definitely come here again and recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Want to feel super important and special? Want to have an amazing nights sleep in an unbelievable bed? Take the house car to Madeo for the best Italian food of your life, and you'll never regret it. Every employee treats every guest with respect and class. Five star prices, but five star service to match. Kisha and Rebecca are especially lovely and happy to help accommodate any request. We will be back!

Stayed here for my little sisters 30th birthday and was blown away by the hospitality and service that we received. The hotel itself is incredible and located in the perfect spot in Beverly Hills so it was easy to get around town and walk to local restaurants and bars. I would also like to give a shoutout to Anouche and Kisha at the front desk, both ladies were so kind and super helpful with getting us an early checkin and taking great care of us throughout our stay at the property. Hotel has a pool where you can cool off and relax while reading a book and enjoying the CA weather. Thank you so much Anouche and Kisha for the incredible hospitality and cant wait to come back and stay here for my next LA getaway.
Be the first to ReplySimply the best experience, customer service and overall
Simply the best experience, customer service and overall experience. From the minute you rollin you are greeted by the valet and your vacation officially starts. Decided on a staycation with the family over 4th of July weekend and I can't express how happy the whole family was with the trip. We were escorted to the pool while our room was being prepared and the pool although not as large is quite adequate for a nice relaxing oasis. From the service staff Miguel who works at the pool was just super attentive. Checking in on us making sure the kids and my wife were attended to and Joe at thr head of the pool was super helpful and just Ana amazing staff. The food was amazing too. Pretty much anything we ordered came out fresh and it looked like everything was prepared fresh for the day and no detail was left out. Ordered guacamole and chips and a burger. We had the special menu ribs which were as good as banderas ribs. The drinks were awesome too. Super strong and delicious. Want to live here honestly. The staff here have all been with the property for years and it's no wonder why they are so nice and pleasant. A special shout out goes to Bertrand at Culina and Chris at reservations. Just honestly world class service and if you want to enjoy and live like a king stay here as long as you can. Staying at the four seasons is like flying first class. Once you do it you can never go back!!

It is the day after my visit here, so I am confident that my rating is accurate and not based off my emotions. I have always been the biggest fan of the Four Seasons. I save up money to come and enjoy the spa on special occasions. It has always been one of my favorite splurges to treat myself here . Every time I have visited either Westlake or Beverly Hills, we enjoy our services and then head to the pool to relax, and grab lunch.I requested the day off work on Saturday (6/18/22) to celebrate my birthday with a spa day and deep tissue massage. Our reservations were both at 12:15.The massage was great per usual. After the services, we headed to the pool to grab some lunch and lay out. We received fresh towels and laid down. A few minutes later, a woman approached us and said that the pool is open to hotel guests only on the weekends and that we had to leave. I was completely taken back by this because nobody had informed me of this policy when I made the reservation over the phone or even when I had checked in that morning. I explained to her that I was unaware of this and that nobody had informed me. She rolled her eyes and basically told us to get out. She was standing there over us waiting for us to leave. I felt embarrassed , intimidated and humiliated by the whole situation. I was speaking politely and calm and she was extremely rude and unprofessional in her demeanor and attitude. She had no intention of resolving the situation or accommodating us in any way for the lack of communication on THEIR behalf. If I would have known that spa guests could not use the pool, I would have happily made reservations elsewhere and re-booked the Four Seasons on a week day. I was totally in the dark about this at the time of booking and the time of checking in. All we wanted to do was grab some lunch and lay out by the pool for a couple hours. We both drove very far for this day. As we were checking out and leaving the same woman tells my friend "I'm sorry you couldn't stay, I might have let you if it weren't for the attitude". So this woman had already made a scene for us to leave, then had the audacity to say she might have let us stay? It made no sense. I'm pretty sure she called security as well because she answered the phone and said "everything is good up here, we don't need you anymore". We weren't rude to any extent, we felt we were treated unfairly and discriminated against at a place that I used to love and come all the time. I work in the service industry at a restaurant who works with concierges at the Four Seasons. It is truly unbelievable to be treated in such a rude, demeaning, and derogatory way. I spend every day taking care of guests and their needs, correcting issues when we are in the wrong, and resolving conflicts. I make sure the guests always leave happy. It's a shame the management team here isn't trained to do so. I'll make sure to make all of my friends, family, and colleagues are aware of this for the future.

Absolute Beautiful venue!!I attended a Bridal Shower in the grand ballroom - in awe of the transformation of the room with the gorgeous flower arrangements! Food - passed appetizers were delicious- ahi tuna tartar in miso cones (my favorite), ricotta cheese in edible flowers (don't eat the stem), and spring rolls. All of the servers were wearing masks. Lunch was served in the large ballroom and not your typical banquet lunch - the food was delicious- little gem Caesar salad with crispy Brussel sprouts- yummy; branzino with black rice risotto - branzino was so light and prepared perfectly. Dessert was warm chocolate pudding cake with dulce de leche gelato- highly recommend! 5 stars for the food and service.

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon for the weekend and we could not be happier with the exquisite service we received. The staff was welcoming and gracious from the moment we walked into the door when we checked in. I want to give a special shoutout to the reservations manager, CHRIS CHAVEZ who went above and beyond for making our hotel experience truly remarkable. Chris took care of every little detail for us so that we felt comfortable. His personalized level of attention made for one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. 10 star service at a 5 star hotel!

I arrived at hotel after a long east coast journey at 4:15 PM and there as no room available for me to check into. I had to wait 30 minutes. As I waited I watched front desk hand out champagne to other guests who had to wait for a room. I was not offered the champagne for the same inconvenience . i had an 4:00 AM check out to catch flight back east and I never revived the wake up call I scheduled. Thank goodness I set a back up alarm on my phone. Also no creamers in room for coffee so I had to get dressed at 5:00 AM to walk down to lobby to get a coffee. Its the little things that matter when you are staying at a Four Seasons.
