Fushimi Page Ave Staten Island Reviews from The Last Year
The best sushi spot on Staten Island.
This location doesn't get as crowded as the others, but still has the same quality of service and a great ambiance. When you order it to come to the house, you get premium packaging, to the point where even the bag it comes in is a keeper. The fish is very fresh, and all the entrees are great even if you don't like sushi/sashimi. My dad missed the sushi train, but even he likes coming here for the Scottish salmon. Highly recommend.
Food is great.
Service very good. Love the atmosphere. They have valet parking too. Sushi is always fresh and cocktails are delicious.
Met some very old friends for lunch.
There wasn't a soul in the place. However they did not have "lunch" - at the entrance it did say lunch. So we ordered off the regular menu. Unfortunately the waitress made several mistakes- one being that she brought all the sushi on one plate. These were two separate orders for two people. I had a chicken dish; I asked for vegetables instead of the mashed potatoes- I ended up with the mashed potatoes. Aside from lunch being extremely expensive, we were very embarrassed about all these mistakes. We have been to the fushimi on Richmond rd and have never been this appointed.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
