Long queue with worth visit
Prepare for waiting more than 1 hour especially meal time. We went about 2.30 PM but still have to wait 1 hour.. Overall food taste are great, quality and delicious. Good service from staffs. Price is not cheap.

The restaurant was established in year 2016 and has been awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand since year 2019.
- It is a very good value restaurant for the money.
- 0.3% domestic premium hybrid pigs (white+black+brown) are being provided, and therefore, texture is chewy and inside is juicy. Recommend: Pork Neck(๋๊ผฟ๋ชฉ์ด, ๋ฑ๋ชฉ์ด) -> Grilled Pork Belly (๋ณธ์ผ๊ฒน)
- British Maldon sea salt also goes well with the meat.
- By using patented clean briquettes which make safe to remove the harmful hydrogen sulfide, the unique fire taste of briquettes can be enjoyed.
- As of April 2019, there are only two Santori highball machines installed in Korea. You can enjoy highball for a long time in a cool state because the ratio of highball and soda is set at 1:3 and come directly from highball machine. (recommend: Santori highball -> Hibiki highball -> Yamazaki highball)

Neither reservation nor valet parking is available, but full of waiting guests every day. We can know why, once we try the first piece. The signature ones are Grilled Pork Belly or Dorsal Pork Neck, and Rib Finger is very delectable.

Very nice pork belly
Had pork belly and kimchi stew. The staff will cook the meat for you and it taste great. The kimchi stew is a bit sour but still good. Delicious meal but i would recommend ๋์ฌ๋ for similar price

This restaurant was a bit of a challenge to find as we had more than one name, and at least two different addresses (one for the front and the other for the street it backs up to) for the same establishment. There are actually three floors of restaurants โ all, we think, are branches of the same Gold Pig. When one arrives, they put their name on a list posted on the wall and since the upper floors begin serving at 6:00 pm, at that time one can opt for which floor they would prefer or simply select โfirst available.โ Between customers, the servers totally clean the grill and exhaust system, and set the table for the next customers with lettuce and perilla leaves, flaked salt, kimchi and sauces. We ordered the pork belly and pork skin which were efficiently cooked by the staff โ after generously lubricating the hot grill with pork fat -- along with spring onions, garlic cloves and a trumpet mushroom which is first cooked in foil, then sliced and grilled. Should we return, I would pass on the skin which doesnโt become crispy, but rather gelatinous and chewy. Yes, there was a wait since there are only 11 tables in the ground floor restaurant, but the food was delicious and well prepared, the service very welcoming even for us non-Korean speakers. The restaurant does accept credit cards and I do not believe they take reservations -- only the posted list.
