I had a mix feeling about my experience at this location.
Before I visit this restaurant I had a high expectation for the place because the name Gordon Ramsay appears on a lot food show and he is a legend in today's fine dining business. However after this trip I start to feel it's probably just a hype. The food is not bad. We ordered 2 Prix Fixe which cost $105.95 each and other a la cate food and appetizers. The total cost for a party of 4 is about $600 plus tip. The price is fair and the portion is generous. However the main dish Beef Wellington is nothing special than a giant piece of steak covered with a layer of pastry. I feel the food is acceptable but it feels more like a Cheesecake Factory level rather than a high end steak house. The decoration and the service are both nice and that's what move my experience from 2.5 stars to 3 stars. However, since this is a restaurant I have to give the food the most weight when consider the grading.

I am a fan of Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen show and was excited to make another trip to Las Vegas. Hell's Kitchen did not disappoint. We arrived 3/18/24 and sat at the bar for a couple cocktails before our dinner reservations. The bartenders, Patrick and Kat, were amazing. They both were very friendly and professional. The cocktails they made were amazing as well which was Meet Your Maker and Smoke on the Blvd. Dinner reservations that same evening was fantastic. Our servers Casey and Renny were attentive, professional and considerate. They both allowed us to take our time to enjoy the cocktails. Our dinner consisted of the Oysters, Scallops, Carrot soup, Baked Octopus, Salmon entree and Mac & Cheese. We celebrated a birthday, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was delivered at no charge. The cocktails, dinner and desert were superb. Thank you Renny for taking our picture in front of the kitchen. We even got a chance to visit with our favorite bartender, Tim Baer. The only disappointment was paying $20 per person for a kitchen view which is not really a kitchen view. They also didn't have the Seafood Tower. Tim mentioned that he will be working the next day, so we visited the bar again to have great cocktails made by Tim and spend some time enjoying his company. We enjoyed the lobster risotto as well. Until next time Hell's Kitchen. Hope to someday meet the next Head Chef and Gordon Ramsay himself. I recommend Hell's Kitchen for a great dinner experience.

Beef wellington, lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding is excellent.

Great place, the food was incredible and I can only imagine since their boss is so strict! Great service too, didn't get a full 5 stars because Gordon can be a bit of a jerk

Wellington is perfect. Service is awesome. Pricey, but worth it!
Be the first to ReplyIf I could give this place 10 stars, I would.
From the Hostess greeting us at the door, to the waiters making sure that NOTHING is left to chance, you can't do any better than Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen. The atmosphere is almost exactly like the stage set and the food is perfection. We had the Lobster Risotto that absolutely lived up to the hype. We also tried the Gouda Mac and Cheese that was plain heaven on your palette. I had the Beef Wellington that was (unlike so many on the show) cooked to perfection. My wife and Mother had the Seared Salmon and my Daughter had the Short Ribs. Everything was perfect in both presentation and taste. For desert, we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Neither my Daughter or I are fans of toffee, but this proved to be the exception to the rule. Everyone loved and raved about it! After eating at many "High-End" restaurants, I can easily say that this is the only location that gives the service, experience, presentation and taste to justify their high prices. Worth every penny!!!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is so overrated.
The food was good but not for the price. The ambiance Nd service was great too but to spend over $300 just to say you've been here isn't worth it. There's plenty of places with meals that are better and MORE filling!

I was fully prepared to be unimpressed, I mean a theme restaurant in Vegas - but was I wrong. The service was fantastic, our well versed waiter walked us through the menu and was very helpful. My water glass never was allowed to be more then half empty and once emptied plates were promptly removed. I started with an excellent ceasar salad and followed with one of the best Beef Wellington's I've ever had, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For desert we couldn't decide between splitting a apple cheese cake or the sticky pudding but decided on the cheesecake. Our server surprises us by bringing both telling us we really needed to try the sticky pudding. It's not what I would call a value meal, but the food was outstanding.
Be the first to ReplyWe are French Canadian and go to Las Vegas once a year.
For 2 years, I had been trying to get 2 places for dinner during our trip. Successful this year, but so disappointed. So disappointing, execrable. The menu of scallops, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding was excellent, but my partner had a shrimp cocktail starter. The shrimp were tough. His filet mignon requested medium rare was medium and overcooked. I mentioned to the waiter that the filet mignon was not cooked well and he then turned on his cell phone light to show us that there was a little pink in the steak. Unprofessional service. For $400, you can get a restaurant with much better filet mignon for less. not to try
Be the first to ReplyI had the backyard Burger, it was $33.
It was an excellent Burger but not the best I have ever had which is what I would expect for that kind of money. However it's worth it just to come walk around planet Hollywood the miracle mileage amazing I'm planning Hollywood is right in the middle of the strip there's so much you can do from this area.. I was kind of in a rush which might have expected The experience so I'll come back again when I have more time I had to hit the gym :-) two more months of school and I'll be focused fully on Las Vegas but for now I had to get back to class,... And my first priority is the gym is always.. you have to visit a Gordon Ramsay restaurant while you're in Las Vegas why not the guy is an icon. I will do a proper review on my channel Sativa Sean Las Vegas YouTube and Instagram when I reopened my account :-) busy with school but I'll get on it after the semester.

Made a reservation for a birthday weeks ago (recommended) and quickly got seated within minutes. Friendly staff from the front all the way to the servers. Prices will startled for first timers, but what can you expect...It's a celebrity chefs restaurant on Vegas strip. We went with the 3course pre Fix which value wise is better overall (scallops, beef Wellington, and toffee cake desert.) also ordered half dozen oysters, the braised ribs and a few extra desserts. Appetizer oysters were small but super fresh and sweet. But yeah those seems pricey. Scallops about 5 quarter sized servings. Good but not all were evenly cookedBeef Wellington...on point!!! Beef as soft as the pastry. Demi glazed abit overpowering on its own, but swipe with a bit of mash potato and chefs kissBraised ribs also on point!!! And price just what it should $47. Chefs kiss again Desserts coconut 3 way, pear cheesecake, toffee cake, and the death by chocolate. Toffee cake was the best imo, not overly sweet and melts in your mouth every bite. Coconut was alright...has the dry ice presentation that's about it. Pear cheesecake also alright...death chocolate...too rich and way to sweet.

I never thought of dining on the strip to be a place for snagging deals but here it is: The $80 pre-fixe menu gets $110 worth of food, so FULL portions of seared scallops ($27 a la carte), beef wellington ($70) and sticky toffee pudding ($13). This is pretty awesome for the location, atmosphere, and for being an uber-hyped-tv show- iconic-celebrity chef owned restaurant!! Lobster Risotto ($29): After watching chef after chef f this up on Hell's Kitchen, it's like meeting a hero to eat this. It's creamy and well balance with the perfect amount of truffle oil. The rice was perfectly cooked thank goodness. Beef Wellington: A star. Filet mignon soft and tender enough to bite off a piece even if you didn't have teeth. The umami mushroom duxelles and flakey puff pastry only help the meat shine. Visually, it appears rich and heavy but everything is so well balanced, especially with the red wine sauce providing acidity. I left feeling full but not gross!Seared scallops: another classic f-uppable dish. Ours were slightly rubbery from being overcooked, but the flavor was good. Sticky toffee pudding: perfect end to a meal. Warm, gooey, cooled by the creamy drips of a scoop of dulce de leche ice cream on top. A bit heavy so recommend splitting. Be sure to mark your calendars to RSVP prior to your trip! At the last minute, your best bet is weekday lunch/early afternoon hours.

Take about amazing food!! My partner and I made a super last min, spur of the moment reservation. Thankfully we were able to find one! We opted for the prefixed meal and skipped the wine pairing, had we gone for dinner we 100% would have don't it! Everything was phenomenal!! The scallops were great, well seasoned and cooked! The beet salad was very refreshing with the perfect flavor of sweet and savory! The beef Wellington WOW!!! It's my first time every having it so don't have anything to compare it to, but holy moly it was DELICIOUS!!! But the dessert!! Wow!!!! The dessert knocked it out of the park!!!!! It was perfection! The brown cake and ice cream were the perfect pair!! I was beyond stuffed and still wanted 3 more orders of that dessert! Our server was great! Very kind, cracked a joke or two!

It was just ok food wasn't greatest but was fair service was good and friendly so if I went again maybe try something different
Be the first to ReplyFood a bit underwhelming.
Had higher expectations. Service was too fast. Dining room cafeteria vibe- not very warm. Can now say been there done that.
Be the first to ReplyI will start by saying the front staff was amazing.
Now to the food the short ribs were oddly dry the red wine was so intense. I'm guessing more jus should have been added in the cooking. The Yukon potato cake was soaked with what might have been the sauce. Certainly not good. The shrimp cocktail was amazing the Mac and cheese very good the lobster risotto wasn't necessarily creamy and the lobster rather fishy. The quinoa salad was very good. My filet was cooked to perfection but dry. Yes there was a sauce on the plate but the steak was dry. The sticky toffee pudding was very good. Leave it to Gordon Ramsey to charge hundreds for basically fast food.
Be the first to ReplySadly.
This food simply is not top notch. It's a step up from an Applebees or Fridays. But the price of Morton's. I have a food allergy and was served a dish containing my allergy with zero warning. That was shocking.the server suggested I eat around it (probably thinking it was a preference). My salmon (the signature dish) was so incredibly bland. Zero flavor. The Mac and cheese side was served cold. They replaced it with a hotter one. Just an ok restaurant. In Vegas you have a zillion options. This should be the last option. Just mediocre at best. The ambiance is not even picture worthy. The sticky pudding is worth it though.
Be the first to ReplyI would definitely recommend and go again.
The beef Wellington was delicious along with the toffee pudding. Better than most steakhouses with the service. We had a great view of the strip.

Hubby and I enjoyed a meal here to celebrate our anniversary prior to attending the Adele show. We let our server, John I believe, know that we would need to have a timely dinner to make our 8pm show. He was awesome and often checked back to make sure we were good on time. For drinks hubby got the La Diabla and I don't recall the name of my drink, and we later got the Notes from Gordon and espresso martini. All drinks were presented beautifully and we thoroughly enjoyed them. For our meals, I opted for the prix fixe menu with the scallops, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding with intention of sharing the starter and dessert. Menu says prix fixe is not intended for sharing, but my interpretation is they don't want 2 people sharing just one prix fixe. Hubby opted for the braised short ribs. The scallops were tender and a nice, light start. Our main courses arrived a short while later. Hubby mentioned that his short ribs were nice and hot, while my beef Wellington also arrived at a decent temp though I would have liked it a tad hotter (we like our food to arrive nice and hot). Both meals were decadent. The short ribs were tender and moist, and paired nicely with the large, crispy onion ring it sat atop. Hubby's only compliant is he wished there was more or a more substantial side dish. Perhaps keep this in mind if you have a large appetite. My Beef Wellington was so succulent and the red-wine Demi-glacé was an excellent sauce to dip it in (I asked for a bit more). The potato purée and root vegetables were a nice accompaniment, and I thought the portion was spot on (luckily for my hubby, I couldn't eat it all so he enjoyed the rest of it!)We finished with the sticky toffee pudding, which we WERE going to share. We decided to add on a Death by Chocolate since hubby is a chocolate fiend and also just in case the stick toffee pudding was a bust. Well, the STP was absolutely amazing. Remind me of bread pudding, one of my fave desserts. Not too sweet and goes perfect with creamy goodness of the ice cream. Hubby liked his dessert as well, but eating all of that chocolate was a bit much for one person. He tried my dessert and actually liked it better than his, which was surprising! We came here for our anniversary as aforementioned, and I noted that on the reservation and didn't get any acknowledgment. It's not a big deal, but it's always nice to acknowledge a special occasion. Lastly, I think the hot as hell effect in the lobby is not necessary (does it need to feel like hell when you walk in?) and the hostesses need to learn to crack a smile. They all had a flat affect and were quite curt with us and other guests checking in or asking questions I dropped a star as these are the first things you experience / encounter upon arrival. I highly recommend Hell's Kitchen, but you'll need to make those reservations ahead of time (unless it's just you and you can wait for the next available seat at the bar, which are first-come...)

Gordon Ramsey can be such a grumpy guy, but this restaurant makes you forget. The prices are high, but most things in Vegas are. Every forkful I put in my mouth, I could barely hold back a sigh. It was absolutely phenomenal. I got the potatoes and the lobster risotto for my main, and the coconut three ways for dessert. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the more I ate, the more flavors I tasted. It was amazing. The staff was attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and being able to watch the chefs cook every item was fun and entertaining. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. A must-stop while in Vegas for foodies.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing meal and service.
Snagged two seats at the bar with Tim serving us. He gave us a tour of the food and led us in the right direction. Lobster ravioli was fantastic and the Beef Wellington were just superb. And really can't say enough good about Tim.

Had an awesome time here celebrating 50th birthday of a friend. Tried signature beef Wellington which did not disappoint!! The service was super slow though. That was the one huge drawback.

Amazing experience with Charles, our waiter, at Hell's Kitchen today. Everything we order was wonderful (scallops, lobster risotto, beef Wellington, Mac and cheese, dessert). Definitely an experience to remember.

One of the most in-demand restaurants in LV because of the reality TV and of course, it's by Gordon Ramsay. Make sure to reserve far in advance if you have a big party, especially during the weekends. If just the 2 of you, you can probably snag a seat at the bar without a reservation. We started with a dozen oysters and their famous Smoked Old Fashioned. Oysters were super fresh and good size and the Old Fashioned was very well made. The presentation was fantastic as well. For the 2nd course, we got the Seared Foie Gras and Pan-Seared Scallops. Both were delicious. As for the main courses, we shared the Prime Dry Aged NY Strip and of course, the star of the show, Beef Wellington. The strip was just OK but the Wellington, OMG. Seriously, it was perfection. The shell was golden brown and flaky and inside was cooked with precision. Rare in the middle and you can see the different layers from the middle. Just exquisite. We also got a side of Mac N Cheese and Wild Mushrooms. Definitely, the Mac N Cheese was the winner. For dessert, we couldn't resist the Sticky Toffee. It was simply divine.Overall it was a great experience. Expensive but worth it especially if you're familiar with the show. Just like in the show, the open kitchen is divided into 2 (red vs blue). My only gripe was the table (tables) looked cheap. No white table cloth here. Ours were actually scratched-up wood so it needs some refinishing.
