We have been coming here for years, and consistently always the best sushi! Worth the price for the quality and authenticity! Go and his wife run it together which is also very sweet. Best sushi in LA and I have tried them all! Highly recommend!
As Japanese as this gets.
Omakase only, orange painted walls, nothing but the low sounds of the radio playing "Genie in a Bottle" and a counter for only 8 people. Got's Mart is run by Chef Kawano and his wife and that's the way they like it. One thing that
One of the best places to have quality sushi PERIOD.
Go-San consistently surprises with amazing selections of quality fish.

Best sushi anywhere, this place is absolutely delicious.
It is extremely pricey but the food is unbeatable. Place is really small and you need reservations now, but if it is delicious. The salmon sushi platter is the best thing I've ever eaten
It's a total rip off restaurant.
It can be ranked #1 most ripped off restaurant in LA!!! They overpriced on everything. $12 on a single tiny piece of white fish. 1 bite of boiled daikon $8. 2 people omakase $600 with 8 kinds of sushi and a very salty spinach and daikon. Food quality
The hours posted on yelp are not correct.
They are a reservation only sushi restaurant. My cousin and I drove from LA to Canoga Park to eat here, only find out they were closed and only do reservations since the pandemic. 4-5 years later and they still have to the old hours. I know a lot of
S tier omakase.
If you seek the best, this is the place. If you prefer rolls and teriyaki chicken do not come here. This place is for connoisseurs and it's not cheap. Go is a true master.

If you want the best ever omakase and not concerned with a great atmosphere There is no chef in LA that can compete with go's mart sushi quality and his skills and presentation and quality. Take one bite, and the atmosphere blurred into a cloud
Elite Michelin quality sushi by an elite Janese chef of the trade
If you do not give this place 5 stars you do not know what Michelin-rated sushi tastes like. I have been to Japan and toured 3-star Michelin sushi and this guy is right up there with them. He is elite for this town. The only other place that compa
Great Sushi, Non-Traditional Restaurant
This is a very odd and delicious sushi experience in Los Angeles. I booked dinner for my husband's birthday months in advance. The orange restaurant in a strip mall is dilapidated and run down. There is not much of a menu, and we were asked what w
I do not understand the hype.
My wife and I had a very weird experience. We were almost turned away when we walked in. A man (owner?) said we needed a reservation even though there was only 1 couple there and all of the tables had the chairs turned upside down on them. A lady cam

What can one add to the plethora of raves here? This is a magical space that could only exist in the valley. Give yourself up to the kooky atmosphere that is akin to Meow Wolf's Omega Mart, and put your palate in the hands of this sushi master. Fr

Always good food and friendly service.
If you're looking for an Omakase experience different from the rest, with perfect bite-size portions, and an array of fresh fish and presentations, this little hole in the wall is the place to visit. Call ahead, as it's 'reservation only' seating v
Still love this place.
I try to visit whenever I'm in town. These days I can afford to get the omakase every time, so we obviously get the omakase every time and eat until we are full. It'll prob come out to $400 per meal, but worth every penny. The sushi is consistently e

Heaven on earth! Hands down for the best sushi place in CA! Reservations only amazing service. Highly recommend it
The place desperately needs a remodel.
The sink which is the functioning center of the restaurant is literally hanging to the wall- But not securely and the years of caulking, paint, re-caulking, and well... it's evident. This operator obviously won't change or upgrade the place-and surel
I love this place very much.

I've been going here for over a decade.
The fish is fresh fresh, and I love the low key ambiance. The service is straightforward, and I love Go and his wife. If you're looking for authentic sushi- not rolls, definitely give the place a try.
Amazing! Agree with other reviewers.
Go to Go's! I love omakase and usually have an aversion to very fishy mackerel but it was NOT AT ALL fishy (just a testament to how fresh the fish is here). Go's is proud of his sushi, and it shows. He just keeps feeding you until you say you are ful
By far one of the best sushi in LA, if not the best.
Don't go there for the ambiance, you will be disappointed. If you are looking for exceptional sushi, this is the place to be. Try the omakase, you will be pleasantly surprised.

One of the most adventurous and surprising sushi meals I've had. Definitely the sort of ultra stripped down experience that is well suited to die hard sushi fans. The restaurant looks like a dingy bodega that had just been robbed, and prices are not
Amaaaaaaazing sushi.
Understated ambience, with seating only at the sushi bar. Pricey but worth it.

Driving past, you wouldn't ever expect food of this quality from this place. Tiny place in a shopping plaza with unassuming signage, and even as you walk in, you're met with just a few plain tables, some storage refrigerators, a few plain decorations

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.

* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Go's Mart Los Angeles!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
