Worst and slowest service ever
We booked this meal many weeks in advanced to kick of the festive season. havibg booked our table for 8pm (we arrived on time), there was no one to greet us upon arrival and we waited 20 mins to taken to our table and that was after we complained 3 times. Then waited another 15minutes for menus and the wine list never arrived so we had to order at the bar. The wait staff did not acknowledge us for most the time to even take our order. We ordered food at 8.50pm (table booked for 8pm), starters arrived at 9.30pm, and mains just after 10pm. the time we would usually be leaving any other restaurant. The only response we got from wait staff was its not fault we don't have staff. Technically it is your problem really, its December, its busy and if you can't manage the restaurant then don't take in so many people.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect spot for cheese fondue
I tried their set brunch menu on weekend and was amazed by the taste and quality of the food. The starters included Rosti, which is Swiss grated potato pancake topped with poached egg and ham or salmon. The Rosti itself would have been enough to eat, but then the cheese fondue followed and it was so delicious. Dessert choices included chocolate fondue, strudel or ice cream sundae. The atmosphere of the place is divine and service is excellent. My only recommendation would be to have takeaway boxes available because the portions are really huge!

I recently visited Heritage Restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone in search of great food, lovely staff, and a cozy atmosphere. The decor was simple yet elegant, with dim lighting and comfortable seating that made for the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. In addition, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. But most importantly, the food was amazing. The dish I tried was flavourful and satisfying, and I found it hard to decide what to order because everything looked and sounded so delicious. If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience, I highly recommend Heritage Restaurant. You won't be disappointed!
Be the first to ReplyA New Year’s Eve to Remember
Spent New Year’s Eve with the family here. Good good, great music and bottomless Prosecco. Definitely a night to remember.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible food, fantastic staff
Very lovely and welcoming staff who were quick to keep our drinks topped up but the food was disgusting. The fondue was tasteless and the gluten free bread tasted of chemicals. The baby potatoes had not been seasoned at all. So disappointing to end up paying nearly £70 each to leave hungry after disgusting food with small portions. (Didn’t mind the small portions as the food was terrible). The chocolate fondue was equally as bad. This restaurant needs much more attention in the kitchen. Can’t believe it is in the Michelin guide!
Be the first to ReplyMore work needed to get this up to scratch. It won't make next year's Michelin guide like this.
We were given a warm welcome for a pre-theatre dinner. Regrettably the "Express menu" took 75 minutes, nearly making us late for our show. There was an apology and the usual service charge (why is that a thing?) was not added to our bill. Food... a little uneven. The lobster pancakes were good. The duck was good, perfectly cooked. The raclette with new potatoes was... OK. But I was rather hoping that a place like this would find a way to elevate this above the ordinary. Desserts were good, but hard to enjoy once we were under time pressure. The layout needs some work. There was a bottleneck between our table and the bar seating; there were frequently people (both staff and customers) standing very close to us waiting to get past. One of us was bumped on multiple occasions.

We booked a table for 6pm (we were going to the theatre and had to be there by 7.30) and arrived at about quarter to 6. We hadn't realised they shut between 5 and 6 but were greeted by Diana who explained this to us and even though they were shut, offered us drinks - they were incredible! She bought us menus and we explained our time line to her as they don't have a pre theatre menu at the weekends (we visited on saturday). Diana said she would come and get our order before 6 and put it in the kitchen literally as they opened so we would have plenty of time. She did, and we were very impressed with the food, the portions for a couple of them were a little small but we had ordered sides (on Diana's advice) so had plenty of food. The staff generally were brilliant, offered us water for the table 2 or 3 times and checked on us. Just really kind and accommodating staff. We left at 10 past 7 and made it to the theatre in time so thank you Diana! We will definitely be back, the food was fabulous and the staff even better!
Be the first to ReplySuch a nice atmosphere
A very cute and cosy restaurant that has an energetic ambiance. The staff were also very nice and attentive. The starters were especially tasty, got the steak tartare that was nicely seasoned. The mussels were also very tasty, probably the favourite dish of the night.
Be the first to ReplyA Christmas dinner to remember and fabulous service from Diana!!
We've dined at some nice restaurants in London but honestly Heritage was a revelation... The food and service were outstanding, my husband and I went for their Christmas Menu with the three courses per each, and every dish was impeccable! I particularly enjoyed truffle fondue, it's truly something unique to London, very delicious. For starters we ordered pumpkin burrata and steak tartare, both were excellent and tasted very fresh! Can't help leaving a thank you note to amazing Diana who was so lovely and helped with our order, she surely contributed to making our evening memorable!

Very nice service, the waiter was very friendly.
The cocktails were very good and impressive
The meals were very tasty. I totally recommend !
Evenong meal in London
If you love cheese, must give this place a try! I had the dumplings for starter and they were awesome! My wife had baked brie with cranberry and it was amazing! Raclette was the favoured main out of four people! Overly stuffed with awesome cheese by the time we left. Luckily we had cocktails to wash it down!
Be the first to ReplyDon't go here
We wouldn't go back here. Such slow service and the management were rude and obnoxious. So many other places I would rather go in London. We didn't have a good time sadly

Fun cocktails, lots of choice and a good setting. The young chap making the cocktails was friendly too. Not the cheapest place around but we enjoyed it. Cocktails around £15ea.
Be the first to ReplyBottomless brunch
We had a lovely meal at the restaurant, Jonathan was the best host, very friendly and accommodating of some dietary requirements. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back and recommend to all friends! Food was generous and filing, also very good with top ups on the bottomless so all in all a great meal, thank you!
Be the first to ReplyGreat Cocktails and Great Ambiance
We stopped in quite late in a Saturday night, the polite doorman did explain that they were closing soon. We ended up staying for over an hour, had 4 cocktails each and left half pis…. Happy!! We never felt rushed and the service was great.
The cocktails were made by Ermino and they were fantastic, we asked for recommendations and he provided excellent advice. The manager Johnathan came and chatted with us and Stan, also behind the bar was also informative and helpful.
We have found our new favourite place! We are looking forward to trying the food and making our way through some more cocktails!
Lovely place, cocktails and ambiance!
Great service and lovely cocktails! The burrata and the dumplings were superb - we did not try the fondue as we didn’t feel like it but it supposed to be the main attraction to this place. If in London please pay this place a visit! It was also my partner’s bday and I made a very quick reference to it on the reservation and when we ordered dessert they added a happy birthday message which it was very sweet!
Be the first to ReplyNot for vegetarians
One dish on the Mains menu for a non meat eater and it was awful. It was supposed to be Mushroom Spätzle, first I had to play find the mushroom and then I wished I hadn’t. The whole thing just tasted of pure grease. My husbands steak had a huge amount of fat on it and basically was a bit of meat for £27 then £5 each for the smallest sides in the world. Service from our waitress was good and she dealt with it quickly and was as helpful as she could be. But basically I ate cheese and bread for my starter and main. Overpriced cheese and bread at that. Cocktails were nice and at a decent price and there was a nice selection, location is good but you’re paying through the nose for it.
Be the first to ReplyGood cocktails friendly staff
Cocktails are on the higher end of what you would expect to pay in London. Although, they are tasty and fun.
The decor is lovely inside, a great place to enjoy some drinks.
Staff were very friendly.
Poor, try somewhere else instead
Wanted to try fondue so booked this place which was rated well by others. I'm afraid that after having been to celebrate a friend's birthday today, we both left disappointed. This is another one of those places that has a nice instagram and well designed website but that's about it, the food and service do not live up to it.
Service was poor, not warm/welcoming/friendly except for 1 particular waitress, nor was it attentive. One waitress knocked my bag onto the floor and didn't acknowledge it at all or apologise even though she could see me picking it up off the floor after.
We had the fondue, parmesan and truffle fries, gratin dauphinoise and chocolate fondue. The fondue was fine but a bit bland overall, portion size decent, but it was expensive for actually what are very very basic ingredients. The fries were ok but the gratin dauphinoise portion was tiny and frankly I've had better tasting ones from supermarket ready meals than this. Soft drinks were ridiculously priced: £4.50 for 200ml bottle of diet coke?! The dessert capped off what was already a very mediocre meal and sealed the deal for it being a poor experience. They brought out a plate with happy birthday on it and strawberries, orange, banana, beignets, and marshmallows. I thought that our actual portion for dessert was still coming and this was just the birthday plate and I quickly realised nope, this is it, this is all we are getting. I never complain about portion size normally as I don't eat a lot but this was really a pitiful portion size for 2 people to share. For £12 each it was not mind blowing and if you think about other desserts you can get for that cost, it is very disappointing. The banana was half bruised too which showed the lack of quality control and care of what was going out to customers from the kitchen. For £50 each for this, really poor value, food and service. Felt there was no point complaining to staff given the quality of service we received.
You are better off going somewhere else instead and paying the same amount for a far better meal or just stay home and order a pizza for a lot less and I guarantee you it'll be a nicer meal.
Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.
