Terrible! This place is overpriced, I have been to so many beautiful places with amazing food, but here everything is overpriced, with that kind of money that you spend here you can go to better places in London
Be the first to ReplyAmazing performances and experience but very overpriced!
Visited here last night as a group of 5 for a friend's birthday. Whilst we really enjoyed our evening and the experience, I feel it is extremely overpriced for what you get. The food is nice, we loved the nachos and guacamole for starters but the portions are tiny so you have to order alot. Be aware that you will need to spend a minimum order of £150 per person and if you don't make that up then they will add the remaining to round it up to £150. The performances are amazing and we really enjoyed the shows, it was just a shame that you only get the table for 2 hours so we felt abit rushed and when we paid £750 you should be able to stay there for longer. They do have a lovely range of cocktails though. Just be aware that if you want to go to the nightclub (which is really good) you will have to spend £1500 for a table. Overall enjoyed the experience but probably won't go back.

Overpriced …. entertainment very average and tried to charge 25% service. Staff not over friendly. Have to say food was good but the rest of our experience was not great. Asked for half of our service charge back and response was rather rude

The food was beyond incredible, bursting with flavour and creativity. The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular, from the delectable cuisine to the captivating entertainment. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit, thanks Adel and Alexandra you are amazing. Can't wait to return for another enchanting evening!
Be the first to ReplyI will not go again and I will not be recommending INCA to my friends and family.
Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered lamb chop done medium rare, but received a medium to well done lamb chop. One of my friends agreed to swap dishes (Miso Aubergine), as I can't eat overcooked meat. The first bite of Aubergine made me feel sick immediately. It had a gritty texture which was quite unpleasant in the mouth. For dessert I ordered an 'INCA Eclipse’ It was ridiculously sweet which made it sickly and impossible to eat. INCA charge a lot of money for food and drink which we're willing to pay, but in return expect an excellent food experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case, I had nothing to eat and still had to pay the bill. INCA has Set Menus displayed online, but none were offered to us. The white wine prices start at £70 per bottle, we have been to several Michelin Star restaurants and have never seen the lower price options start quit this high!! Our bill was over £700 for 4 girls. I find it unacceptable that we were asked to leave within the 2 hours having spent that kind of money and especially as the entertainment show hadn't finished yet! I'm a 'foody' , food is one of the reasons I go out, I want to experience something new and also food that I can't cook at home myself. The chefs at INCA made unforgivable mistakes serving inedible food, especially the sandy miso aubergine. I will not go again and I will not be recommending INCA to my friends and family.

We visited for a friends birthday, not sure where to start as so disappointed. When we arrived our table wasn't ready so we missed a part of the show. when we sat down it took ages to bring over drinks. The dancers were trying to get everyone up dancing but the security and waiters constantly told us to sit down which was so bizarre and it killed it for us! The food was average, nothing special about it at all considering how much this place charges, daylight robbery at its finest. The waiters were rude and not helpful in anyway, we asked for something to be bought out for our friends birthday and they ignored us. After spending A LOT of money, we thought we would be able to go into the club area and this was not allowed even though our booking said we was there till 2am, what did they expect us to do sit in an empty restaurant? Avoid at all costs, the people there made us feel so unwelcome.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing club and amazing bartender
My experience was fantastic. The bartender Cedric demonstrated skills that were above and beyond. In addition, his service was prompt, creating an enjoyable and memorable evening. The overall ambiance of the club was amazing, contributing to a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere. My friends and I will be back to have another amazing experience.
Be the first to ReplyLeo and Adel made out experience!
This was a great spot and was made even better by Leo Cedric the bartender and Adel the head waiter. Our experience was made even better by their kindness and hospitality, will definitely come again because of the environment and kind staff.
Be the first to ReplyGet Adel as a Waiter! Amazing night!
The food and entertainment were amazing. Adel waited on us, he made the day extra special, he was hilarious and an amazing host!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food
Great food & wine, superb service but the show was very poor it stopped and started the dancers didn’t interact well with each other & the whole atmosphere was very disappointing such a shame when we really enjoyed the meal

Beautiful experience at Inca, great food especially the tortillas with guacamole. Live shows while eating what else? Definitely recommend it
Be the first to ReplyIf you book a dinner at 8 pm they more or less throw you out by 10 pm for next guest.. did not even finish my bottle..
We felt they stressed everything to get us out for the next guest. Had the set menu no other choice 150 gbp/person for small dishes not worth it at all. I didn’t even get to finish my bottle of champagne… they poured last glas and said you have 5 min.. and throw the rest with bottle up side down in cooler with champagne left. A dinner for 600 gbp for two and don’t get to finish…
Be the first to ReplyThe shows are amazing the club is scam
The restaurant by itself deserves a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the clubbing it is a scam. And even after they requesting me to get in touch and general manager would revert, nothing was offered. And they spoiled my 40th birthday night celebration. It is a huge review but it is required. I booked a table at the restaurant and then another one at the lounge/club. It was to celebrate my birthday and I felt that having dinner and then for clubbing at the same place was the best. Alex waved the booking consumption when I booked one month in advance, and this was the only positive point. 2 days before the booking when I called to confirm, Chanade, another person responsible for booking told me I would have my table at the club just until 11:45PM, the booking was until 1am. She was insisting it was a mistake. I said I have emails. Then after I mentioned I would call the Citizen Bureau Advice she agreed to keep the booking until 1am. By email she said I would need to pay, again I told her I got the table for free. She was terrible, but she ended giving up. It comes the day, Alex called me, said that it was all fine and he would even be there to say HI (another positive point just for Alex). Alex walked us to our dining table. The restaurant experience it is amazing. The shows, dancers , the singers they make a whole night dinner entertainment amazing. The food is slightly overpriced but it is still worthy. They are a shared concept restaurant but considering that in our group, there were people with special dietary requirements we went for individual choices. Sushi, tartare, wagyu tacos, fish tacos, everything seems to be good. I was the only one with a proper main course and I chose the black cod and a quinoa salad. The cod was beautiful made. And even the salad tasted nice. The drinks menu has reasonable prices. The wines and champagnes are overpriced even comparing with 2 and 3 stars Michelin restaurants. Their mark up it is 400% in some bottles. What I think is a bit outrageous. For dessert we chose 2 Just for the table have a sweet spoon. And it was nice of them To right happy birthday. We ended out dinner and went to the lounge that sooner would become a club. That’s the worst part of our night.Oh my God, it was shocking. There were around 3 Long Sofas with circa 20 girls sit side by side and 2 guys sit in between the group. I couldn’t explain what was the vision. I raised with the hostess said it was a girls birthday (I just played dumb to avoid an argument). When we got out table they brought a menu where the cheapest champagne was Dom Perignon. We were drinking Moet at the restaurant, the waitress have the audacity to say they didn’t have, and the table on our side was drinking Moet. I played dumb again when she said during Lounge hours Moet it is allow, during club hours it is not. By the way we couldn’t order drinks, nor beer. WTF?! It was ridiculous…. I couldn’t believe how They were destroying my 40th birthday celebration. I am not sure what they do there, but even someone told us that the girls were “working” girls and every Saturday and Friday it is like this. I don’t want to judge but half of that girls didn’t even look 18. The general manager said they have a strict policy and they request ID when they believe the person is young. He wrote me when I emailed this review. I said that I didn’t see anyone being requested an ID and most as my husband is someone that they always asked. And here nothing.I do think the council should take a look. Half of my party left and the mood was done to leave. I’d kept complaining a guy was called and again I needed to play dumb to accept that Moet it is not a drink served at the club. But then he would as an exception serve it to us. Later I would discovered it was the general manager (that I got in contact by email).I was already leaving and I will never ever say to anyone to go here. It is a scam! By the way, we had a book for the lounge that we missed because we were having dinner. Another outrageous.
Be the first to ReplyNot a fantastic place
When we arrived, the waiter was pressuring us to order. I found the food to be of poor quality and very expensive. Small plates were not great. I enjoyed the show, but it was overshadowed by the staff's requests that we hurry up in ordering since our reservation is about to expire.
Be the first to ReplyAvoid this place!
AVOID!!! Huge disappointment to say the least. I had booked a table nearly a month in advance for 7 guests as I was celebrating my mothers birthday. We were sat at the back of the restaurant behind pillars that blocked the whole show (see pic). Once in a while we will get a glimpse depending where on the table you were seating. I complained and was told that we could not be moved but that we could have the table for the remaining of the evening. Not only that, as we were sat at the back, once the show came on, we were sat in complete darkness. We could not even do the food on the table. Why they don’t supply candles for the table is beyond my understanding. Food was nothing fantastic. I had to keep asking where our food was! Then the waiter brought our delayed food with our bill (which we did not ask for) and told us that we had to leave! The audacity. We had not even finished eating and weren’t even able to ask for dessert. I asked to speak to the manager whom was very dismissive. No one cleared our table and I had to ask the waiter to clear it as it was full of plates (see pic). This disappointing dinner cost £1,100! And that’s because I had them remove service and entertainment charge.

Loved the stylish decor and delicious food at Inca London! A must-visit for anyone in the city looking for a new experience!

Horrible service ! Very rude staff . We just stayed for 1 hour because they asked us to leave the table saying was busy but in the website say the minimum to stay there is 2 hours!
Be the first to ReplyPoor service
The service was surprisingly substandard for a number of reasons and I feel it's necessary to share our dining experience as I did not receive a response to emails sent directly to INCA. On 2 occasions, separate waiters spilt full drinks. The first time, the cocktail was dropped directly on to a guests lap, which left her feeling uncomfortably sticky throughout the evening and conscious of her dress. Frustratingly the waiter did very little in ensuring her comfort/assistance other than bringing a new drink. After some time WE had to request for the sticky areas on the sofa to be cleaned from the spillage, instead of the waiter offering to clean it. The 2nd incident, another waiter spilt the drink and there was glass shattered across the table and we found shards on our lap. Once again clean up was inadequate and we were shifting shards of glass to the centre of the table away from us after he had wiped the table, as well as removing the bits of glass we found on the lap. I understand that accidents do happen but the response and clean up is important to resolving the situation and restoring the night. Throughout the evening it was a struggle to get the attention of waiters to ask for service and ordering new drinks. At no point did a waiter offer to fill/refill our water glasses, or even offer us a new bottle when it emptied. No one was readily at our disposal, we were constantly flagging down whoever would look in our direction. We also had to request that our empty dinner plates be removed as they had remained there for far too long after we had finished. This is not good service. Another frustrating occasion was a waiter attempting to remove a guests drink while she had gone to the bathroom. I asked that he please leave it until she returns and the response was "why its just a little bit left". I replied that yes I understand but please leave it until she says she's finished. He once again replied saying that there's not much drink in the glass. I found this exchange rather unnecessary and unprofessional. Lastly, it was specifically listed on the booking that nut allergies were present. A birthday plate was requested, all 3 plates that were presented contained nuts (without us being warned). This is despite us confirming the allergies at the beginning of service. I would have hoped alternatives could be provided. These plates were largely untouched by the 2 remaining guests that are able to eat nuts. We were charged for all 3 plates our initial waiter was friendly but unfortunately other staff interactions provided substandard service and it tainted the experience. I hope INCA will improve in providing better service and professionalism to match the great entertainment and food.
Be the first to ReplySo disappointed…
Attended with a group of friends arrived ten mins early and was refused entry by a doorman who refused entry until exactly 8pm? Just what you want on a cold January evening. Once we finally got inside the seating position we were given was excellent, right next to the stage. The waitress then brought over the menus, it’s somewhat absurd that us and everyone else in the venue were having to use torches on their phones to read the menu, there’s creating atmosphere and ambience and there’s saving money on the electric by turning the lights off! The show was really enjoyable but if you were on one of the other tables away from the stage you wouldn’t have seen a thing! Whilst the food was tasty it was heavily overpriced, £13 for 5 pieces of broccoli was hilarious, it was not Michelin dining, far from it, a ribeye steak and chips for over £100 is extortionate. At just before 10pm we were harassed by waiting staff to leave our table and exit the venue, there was no queue of people waiting to have our table in fact half the restaurant was empty and all of the seats by the bar were empty. After we had paid over £1300 for a basic meal we were ushered out of the venue. The next day a number of us were ill, one even being sick, others with a really uncomfortable feeling of bloat which took until late afternoon to pass. If you want to throw your money away for a meal you can get better at any Miller and Carter with the added bonus of a few ladies dancing in underwear this is the place for you! If you want amazing food that justifies the price tag and are made to feel welcome and grateful for your custom go elsewhere!

Allocated a table near the stage. No lighting to see what you are eating. Hugely overpriced for what you get. Staff ushering you out as soon as you can. Three people were ill the following day with a bad stomach. Silly prices for substandard food which made us ill. Avoid.
