Went here January 01 for dinner and I can say that's the worst experience I had with this restaurant. I've been a regular customer here for a long time especially if we have friends and relatives who went to Dubai for the first time. So I brought my whole family there, we're 12 pax. Before entering I told them that we will be there for dinner and I told them we want outdoor for my family to see dancing fountain and Burj Khalifa, I must say they have the best view. So Me and my husband went first and the rest our family were still roaming in Dubai mall some went to the toilet. After a while staff came and asked us to order. Since my whole family wasn't there yet so we decided to order drinks and cakes first. After serving these desserts one staff came to explain that for dessert and coffee they only allow customers to stay for one hour, wow that was so new to us. I think 2 staffs came to explained to us for their new absurd policy. I got irritated really! Is that the right way to treat customers , I get it if some people are staying there for the whole night and only ordered 1 cup of cappuccino but c'mon have some decency to let other have their meal peacefully. Maybe put in your social media your policy or in front of your store "for customers who will only have desserts and drink you only have 1 hr to stay" if that's your rule I'm totally fine with it. But bombarding us with this rule many times when I'm so clear from the beginning that we will have our dinner there. We're re you judging us? I wonder if this rule applies to locals. So we had our dinner there as planned , me not enjoying my meal because I'm so pissed. The only thing we enjoyed is the view. When I'm about to move on, another incident came up. if you can't afford to have lot's of plates and utensils have a decency to ask your customers if you can take their empty plates not just barging our tables while we're so busy watching the fountain. I was so shocked to found out my plate was removed after we're done watching the show. What is this really!!! Another perfect way to remind us that you will be finish soon so you guys can go and we can cater more customers and more sales!!!! I'm writing this to inform other customers so they will not feel the same way we felt in your restaurant. Wish you more power and sales but I think if you're focus more in increasing your sales don't compromise customers satisfaction!
