Kinugawa Vendôme Paris Reviews from The Last Year
Good food.
Quiet atmosphere with nice staff who speak good English. Wine selection is good an reasonably priced.
Very nice. Really expensive
He is a very nice and real Japanese. Everything is good but it is expensive. The cheapest wine is 52 euros… They had an ugly detail: they brought a ceviche without sauce. And when they put it on after claiming it, it had too much. We asked for a little more cucumber to compensate and finish it, and they brought a portion of cut cucumber. More than half remained, but they charged us 15 euros!! For the rest, it is a place to repeat.
A sushi for tourists
Great place for tourists with “tourist cuisine” Unforgettable miso soup. (un)forgettable experience.. nigiri with wasabi 🙄 “to mask flavors of fish that are not too fresh?” We wonder? Black code “without rating”: A cod without any pretensions perhaps we are used to other standards. The decision is up to posterity or future customers.
Good for a business lunch
Had a very quick lunch which was okay. No waw for anything. A fancy place for business lunches. I had the chirashi which was fair. The tempura mix looked good and the unagi sushi were warm and soft.
Great place to eat
Great fresh food and brilliant service, would definitely recommend. Really nice atmosphere and worth it.
A place with no energy and no passion for japanese food
The title says it all. 1. the sushis do not deserve to be called sushi or nigiri, basically they glue some poorly precut fish on preconditionned rice, better go to a chain like matsuri 2; the grilled tiger prawn are in fact reheated like probably all they due 3 the chicken was greasy …. 4; The spicy Edamane was overspiced done carelessly in the kitchen 5 the atmohere in this place is not inspiring The only highlicht was the very understanding service staff I recommend Blueberry or le bar Des Pres both in 75006
Poor management and service
Wow read the reviews and saw a few people going into this place so we thought it must be good. Boy was I wrong. The one teriyaki salmon dish that seemed to get good reviews was put down by the waiter and said you can get that anywhere and recommended another dish. All the negative reviews from patrons including chefs and other people who have simple expectations are so true. Poor service, no management, and unreasonable pricing. The manager came toward us and saw we were sitting there waiting with no attention and sat down next to us at another table and had a glass of wine. The server brought a bottle of water to the table and poured it in the glasses like we have had happen at other local restaurants and when we had finished the water, a food server came and took the bottle away and we never got more water Then when we finally complained he brought us another bottle of water and charged us $9. This was never discussed and never agreed to. My wife took the waiters suggestion and ordered the sea bass which was very good. Unfortunately when he asked about a couple sides to go with it, we agreed thinking they were included but we ended up getting charged over $30 for a side of mushrooms and $8 for a small bowl of brown rice unexpectedly. When we complained to the waiter he basically just defended the policies and said he was sorry. Some large parties came in and our waiter never came back and checked on us. We felt completely ignored, overcharged, and neglected. This is not the way we expected to be treated when payingThis is not the way we expected to be treated when paying top dollar for a meal. We ate across the street at Alfred's the night before and what a difference. The general manager came to our table and helped explain things, they gave great waiter service and the food was excellent and less money. What a contrast to this chain sushi restaurant that appeared to be good until we experienced it. Very disappointing. We were excited to come to this restaurant and had good expectations and honestly don't want to say bad things, but this was exceptionally bad service and treatment. Not sure how they manipulated into getting reviews and can't even comment on other social media sites because it's blocked.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
