The food was ordinary -- certainly not worth the price, and there are at least a dozen places in Vail with better food for comparable prices. The service was bad. My companion ordered a glass of wine with his entrée, but the sommelier didn't
Our host arrived at 4:30.
We couldn't arrive till five because we had to drop our son off at The babysitters. Upon arrival our host the maître D let him know that he needed the table back by 6:30, in my opinion this is a horrible start. He should keep his mouth shut and
Best dinner in Vail (so far)
We had a great evening at The Left Bank - excellent cuisine (steak tartare, elk chops, fois gras, trout & baked Alaska), with attentive service from Brendan & Andy. A superb selection of French wines. We will return and we recommend it
Always terrific
The Left Bank is our favorite restaurant in Vail. It did not disappoint. We had a terrific meal. The waiter was professional but a bit stuffy in the beginning but did lighten up. It is an expensive restaurant but well worth the money. The staff is gr
had a truly disappointing experience at Left Bank in Vail.
The food was mediocre at best. The prices were completely unjustifiable for the quality. The steak was tough and flavorless, and the sides were under-seasoned. But the worst part was when we got the bill - it included charges we never agreed to, and

Deliciousness in Vail
If you visit Vail, plan a dinner out at The Left Bank. The staff is second to none. The wine list is extensive. The food -- I dream about it every year and can't wait to return when we are in town for the dance festival.

Terrible experience
Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the left bank with my family, which was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, my rating for this establishment would be a one on a hypothetical scale, primarily attributed to the quality of servi
Great service, great food and a great experience.
This is a brilliant restaurant and one of the best in Vail. Our server was excellent and the food (especially the pear tart and the Elk) was outstanding. We will be recommending to everyone!

We went expecting pricey French-style restaurant and that is exactly what we got. We were a little concerned because Octoberfest was underway and the Oom-pah band outside the front door was deafening. Fortunately the restaurant is in the back of the

The Ambiance/decor is a little weird, but if you get a seat by the window it's nice. We go here occasionally and always have a great meal and they have a great wine selection.

My husband and I didn't have high hopes based on the pictures of dishes. Not imaginative or innovative plating I guess. Because it's Vail during Spring ski season, we didn't have a lot of options left; restaurants get booked months in

This place is attached to our hotel, we met friends first night and had a few drinks. Btw the drinks were mostly wine/bourbon pours. MJ the bartender was nice but was super slow due to her also making drinks for the restaurant. Well we left our phone
