This was one of my favorite rooftop bars in Singapore.
z highly recommend coming here as the building sit between the water where you can see the Marina Bay Sands.
Food and service here are great.
Only drawback is the dress code. Great location for food and drinks with friends and family. Lunch set is pretty good - options are good for appetizers and mains. Had the grilled chicken (sounds bland? But not...at all). Love the cheese plate but was so full after lunch that none of us could eat it! My fav beer is the stout - not the ipa based porter. Remember - a little spendy but worth the price.
Came here while on vacation.
Seen the place on internet so decided to try it. All I did was seen it. We was seated and sat there for 15 minutes and no one came by to offer water, acknowledge we was sitting there. I wouldn't recommend this place. There service was bad. If I could give 0 stars I would
We had a truly wonderful experience at your establishment.
Despite not being alcohol drinkers, the staff graciously offered us mocktails served in LeVel33 lager glasses. It was a delightful coincidence that our visit coincided with my wife's 33rd birthday, perfectly aligning with the bar's name, LeVel33. To top it off, we were presented with a birthday certificate, a new LeVel33 lager glass, and a delicious birthday cake. We are immensely grateful for the warm hospitality and thoughtful gestures extended to us. Rest assured, we will eagerly anticipate our return visit in the near future.
Very good dinner with a view.
Reserved for 6 pm dinner. Seated right away at table with great view. Beer and dishes we chose were excellent ( scallops and sea bass). Lager beer was very good. Service was very attentive Not a cheap date bur worth the splurge.
What a view
The view is what you're paying for, let's be honest. And it's worth it. Amazing!! Staff unobtrusive, which was good but could be more attentive re ordering. They tidied away very quickly, piece by piece which was a little off-putting. Very friendly though. Non-alcoholic beer was very nice but there was only one option. No non-alcoholic anything else unless you wanted a mocktail or soft drink etc. No wine / prosecco / cider option and, as I said, just the one beer. Food lovely; highly recommend the salt and pepper squid. Delicious. Also, that looks the parmesan fries fed two of us; I acknowledge we don't have big appetites so while not massive it was sufficient for two.

Arrived at 17:30 with a reservation for 2 people. Due to the high temperature, we decided to eat indoors. Around 18:30, the outdoor seats became vacant, so the staff suggested that we move to an outdoor seat with a view of the night view. The staff was attentive and I was able to enjoy the Singapore night to the fullest.thank you!
What a show
Excellent pub-restaurant with good cuisine. I reserved a table in advance on the terrace, right in front, so I could enjoy the spectacular view. The staff are friendly and very welcoming.
Best place to enjoy view over marina
Reserve a table outside and enjoy the best view over marina Singapore. Food is really good, and for me this is the best place to enjoy the scenery. Better than the bay sands hotel.

Amazing views, the rest is meh
Amazing views, the rest is meh... I had a veggie burger and it fell apart and tasted weird, it also had a weird sauce on it. The beer was pretty meh too...just come for the views!
Poor Service
We spent 4 nights in Singapore as part of our honeymoon and we were recommended this bar for a drink. We were shown to our table and given a menu… we waited 25 minutes and our order was not taken. We made numerous attempts to get someone’s attention but no luck. The bar was not busy but the staff seemed uninterested in taking our order - not impressed when you have to pay a service charge. On that basis, we got up and left, none of the staff questioned us on the way out. Very poor.
A top spot at the top
LeVel 33 in one of the best spots for relaxing snacks or fine dinging. The outside is ideal for a drink, why not a beer from their own brewery combined with their social menu! Beer tasting is also a good alternative, again from their own microbrewery. The a La Carte menue has something for everybody but especially for meet lovers. A must when in Singapore! Reservations needed.
Drinks With A View
Fancy a drink high above Fullerton Bay and with sweeping views of the Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and the surrounding area? Well, come visit Level 33. An additional plus is that they have a wide selection of drinks, and their ciders, especially, come in 500 ml bottles. They also serve a taster platter of five beers. We ordered but did not really like The spiced beer nuts, which had way too much cumin. Reservations are recommended. Try to get a table outside if the weather is cool, otherwise it's better to be inside. There are complimentary parking coupons but do remember to get that early from the reception downstairs. When we left at 1045 pm, they had already closed that counter. On weekends, after 6 pm, it is per entry anyway.
Super great view of Singapore.
Food was good as was the service. They do have a dress code! Nice decor.
Lovely experience
My son took us to experience the view and the food. Service was v good too. Food was excellent, view was amazing, especially when it got dark.
Awesome Views, Service Lacking
We visited LeVeL33 late afternoon. We didn't have reservations, it wasn't that busy and we got seated on the outdoor terrace. The views are amazing! The service was pretty non-existent. We sat for a long time after being seated and had to go and find wait staff in order to be served. We had the Chilli Salt & Pepper Local Squid and thought it was pretty average. When finished, we had to go inside and stand by the cash in order to pay our bill.
Outstanding service, menu and views
From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Ming, who primarily served us, was particularly fantastic. We originally booked to eat outside but, due to the weather, had to sit inside near the bar but this was still very comfortable with a fantastic view. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The red wine we had was also outstanding. Once the weather had cleared we were allowed to move outside to have dessert and finish the wine, where we were able to enjoy the spectacular views that this venue offers. Could not recommend this place highly enough and, whilst it is on the expensive side, it is worth every penny and there are variety of options across the menu. They were also extremely diligent about my peanut allergy, which I had forewarned them about.
Great location with amazing views and delicious food
Interesting to read the negative reviews for this place as they did not reflect our experience. We did book ahead and were aware of dress codes and minimum spend requirements so these weren't onerous given the location of the restaurant/brewery and the food provided (disappointed with the scallops but might be my own personal preference in what I was expecting but the rest of the meals and cocktails chosen were perfect). Staff, I found, attentive and helpful (it had rained shortly before we arrived and staff kept us indoors until they had dried the terrace table and chairs). Realised later that they had overcharged on one item and we're currently working through how to get a refund to me.
Beautiful dining room.
Amazing view of Marina bay. Great selection of foods, wines, beers, and mocktails/cocktails. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive employees. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This location is great for any meal or a special occasion. Looking forward to visiting again!
The hostesses at this restaurant are extremely rude.
They have an obscure dress code different from what's displayed online. Communication is lacking and very poor in person and online. They will say you have a reservation, not confirm/respond and then blame you for "not responding". Highly do not recommend!

Great place to escape the heat and grab a drink with a view . It's in building 1 and up to the 33rd story of the building . We walked in and we able to get a table outside . They are quick to serve and have a variety of beers and cocktails.

I was ignored, TWICE
Went here for a solo dinner and got a wonderful table on the patio. Then the rain hit and I asked to be moved inside. Never was offered a drink when I was outside. Never was offered a drink when I was inside. After a while of trying to catch someone's eye, I got up and ordered a beer from the host stand gentleman. Beer arrived (yummy!) and a menu never did, nor did anyone appear again, ever. I let 30 more minutes go by and then went to the host stand and asked to pay so I could leave and eat elsewhere. To his credit, he tried to make it up to me and asked me to please stay and eat and he would ensure I got served. I ordered the lobster sandwich with caviar....so good. Begged for another beer from a passing server. Left when it never came. Paid only for my sandwich...the host had comped my beer. I know they tried to right the wrong, but it never truly got corrected. Luckily I found a great bar in the square below, met some fun crew and ended up with them for the evening!
What a superb place!
We visited this place for dinner. The view of the Singapore skyline from this place is absolutely breathtaking! The beer and wine were excellent, the sliders and belly pork (with crackle) were delicious! And the service was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent return to LeVeL33
We returned for lunch and had excellent food and great service. The fixed weekday lunch includes a great starter buffet and excellent main courses . Thanks to Garry for such attentive service! We very much look forward to returning soon!
Incredible Dining Experience with iconic views
We visited Level 33 on a friends recommendation and it did not disappoint. What a place! We sat outside and dined at lunchtime and not had the Waygu Burger and fries and the Blond beer. The staff were friendly and helpful and service was quick and efficient. The Blond lager brewed on site was gorgeous and the burger was the best I’ve ever had with a delicious sauce. Not cheap but the views and location and quality of food, drinks and comfy stylish furniture make it absolutely worthwhile. A fantastic holiday treat.
Stunning views and experience
Was a great recommendation from a friend of mine to dine here during my visit with Singapore and bring along some friends. The beer options are a definitely highlight from their tasting paddles to myriad of lager and IPA options. I did enjoy my Steak for dinner but was absolute highlight was the sunset over Marina Bay and light show as well. I would highly recommend a visit for sunset and definitely set outside.
Lovely view and great good
Enjoyed the meal - their steak was perfectly medium raw. Salmon and pasta were good too. So were the sides of asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. We were seated indoors as we were told the outdoors seats require booking as advance as 6 months. We did pop out to check out the skyline during sunset which was lovely. As they had another reservation after us, we were shifted to the lounge area for desserts which was comfy. Can be a bit noisy was next to the lounge. Desserts were great too - we had the chocolate tart, passion fruit pavlova, tiramisu. Thoughtful staff also prepared a complimentary slice of birthday cake for my friend.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at LeVeL33 Singapore to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at LeVeL33 Singapore!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
