Mimosa – Jean-François Piège Paris Reviews from The Last Year
New favourite bar in 1ème
My partner and I were staying locally “pour le weekend” and this bar was almost next door to our boutique hotel. The manager was always so smiley and genuinely friendly that we visited on two consecutive evenings. Highly recommended, especially if you like to sit outside in Paris and watch the world go by 😎🇫🇷 We will definitely return!
Delicious and beautiful setting
Everything is delicious there. Beautiful and good menu. Frankly surprising that the menu only exists in French, for a renowned restaurant that receives tourists.
A mouse inside ! And staff had a name for it and thought it was cute. Vermin is the norm. Disgusting.
Ate indoors. After eating about .5 meal, saw a mouse near our table. We were moved to a table a few feet away to still see the mouse in and out of tables/chairs. The grossest part of this disgusting experience was the wait staff laughing, telling the mouse “Jerry, the restaurant is not closed yet.” We paid in full, left before finishing our meal. Staff kind of made fun of us for thinking a mouse was not acceptable. Cannot even think of what other vermin they think are cute and allow in their place!

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
