Nice Experience
Very nice restaurant, modern simple decorated with a very nice atmosphere. Unlike in other three star restaurants here the atmosphere is very relaxed and nice, you feel comfortable. The staff members are all very friendly and attentive. Also here, professional service but in a nice and friendly way. The food is good, all dishes were made with care and of course top product quality . However most of the dishes lacked a bit the special touch. There was not one dish that had the wow effect (unlike in other three star restaurants). Maybe it is because the chef owner was not there. Well this is of course complaining at very high level. They have an extensive wine selection including some very good Korean wine. Based on the very nice atmosphere and the very friendly and attentive service I had an excellent time.
The one and only three stars restaurant in Seoul
It is a dinner with food which with a good balance of Korean and western fix. The ingredients are top notch. The service is not perfect, but not bad. We just needed to pour our wine very often, other than that, everything was fine. The wine selection is interesting, with quite a number of Korean wine. I saw lots of people went there for special occasions and I agree that it is a good place to celebrate, especially the chef came out to take pictures with each table. However, as a fine dinning restaurant, there was no one particular dish which very impressed me.
Would go again for Jang Trio
I have made this account as I want to write some special words about this amazing place. My wife and I decide to visit for a dinner and that experience ... fateful! Simple and minimal style of interior it is grey inside and gives very polished look. Easy and calm to be surrounded by this, just like old stone buildings. The food obviously was the best part. My wife loved the food, for me jang trio dessert was the highlight. I rarely bring out my phone during meals but this dessert deserved a click. This place should quickly get a Michelin Star if it has not already got it.
Delightful Dining Experience
The ambiance here is simply wonderful, creating a perfect setting for any dining experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every need is met with a smile. As for the food, itβs absolutely delightfulβeach dish bursts with flavor and is presented beautifully. The wide variety on the menu means thereβs something for everyone, whether youβre a meat lover or a vegetarian. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients. Overall, this place excels in every aspect, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a top-tier meal.
A wonderful dining experience showcasing a panoply of flavors
This is one of the most innovative restaurants I've eaten at in a long time. While the good is based on a variety of Korean ingredients and the various jang (soy based seasonings) the style of the various courses are diverse. The flavors are complex, subtle and delicious. The service was excellent without being intrusive. The decor is rather sparse but elegant, and the wooden tables fit the presentations of the plates very well. The wine list is very good and various regions and countries are represented. I would definitely go back if I am in Seoul again.

Mingles does not disappoint. It is a quietly thoughtful dining experience, using traditional, Korean immigrant ingredients and flavors, providing an amazing culinary experience. I am of Korean heritage and was tickled by the parade of beautifully presented small plates that had suggestions of traditional Korean cuisine. The meal is modern, Elevated, and beautiful. Please note, there is no bar and cocktails are not available. The wine menu and selection were outstanding.

Mingles First of all the restursnt ambience is great we will start with that staff os attentive and friendly english is not the best but ovs is not an english speaking country that to be expected regardless they all did perfect job explaining each dish Food-fish - personally some of the fish that were serve were unbelivible amazing 10/10 like extremly good food starters- starter were great light while some starter were not that great 7/10 Meat-the chiken dish was uniqe and great with texute taste and sauce however the other pieace of the chiken dish wasnt so great Beef meat- the korean steak and sauce was great however the 2 pieces of beef on the side felt like gum so 7/10 was hard to chew i had to ask for a small napking cuz i couldnt swallow it desert- small complaint after the final main dishi asked for a tea and asked for it to come befor the desert or with it however it come only after the desert Desert taste - the seassonal desert and and the finale desert were presentaed beautifully and tasted very good with the tea to balance the sweetness The final 3 pieace desert- i am gonna be honest i was way to full at the end to eat them and i did but i cant say i connected with any of them they were all unuqe trying to achive uniqe flavor profile that just wasnt it and felt way to much in the end of the meal they escorted me properly to the bathroom/elevator and ended the night with a gift. additonal detail: the chair: they were uncomftroable they hurt your back the sommolier/wine - i am not sure if the resturant had a dedicated somlliear and as far as wine gose they have a decent selection by the bottle by the glass and of cource other drink. The meal was about 2H and and if you ask me aslong as you have an open mind you will very much enjoy your meal 7.8/10 that my score. Note: also keep in mind this score is by my standart compare to only other fine dining resturant you cant compare any kind of restursnt againts this score if its not fine dining bevause you need to have diffrent look on stuff and difrrent method to critic
A fine experience
We had very high hopes for our experience at Mingles but were unfortunately let down. The food and overall experience were definitely good, but we felt that the restaurant fell short on a few dimensions: 1. None of the dishes really blew us away. We have tried better 1 Michelin starred contemporary Korean restaurants elsewhere, including outside of Korea 2. We left feeling hungry, even after adding noodle supplement, which is never a good feeling! 3. The wine pairing was the worst we have ever experienced. The wine pairing consisted of wines from the βby the glassβ menu only and was a huge rip off. At 150,000 KRW, we received 4 glasses of the tiniest pours we have seen of low priced wines that we could have just ordered ourselves, with full pours, at the same price. We have dined at many 2 and 3 Michelin starred restaurants around the world and have never encountered this. We always get the wine pairing to access wines not available by the glass so this was a strange experience, not to mention the value/what was offered just made no sense.

Prepare to be enchanted by the flavors of this hidden culinary gem! From the first bite to the last, every dish is a revelation. A dining experience that will leave you craving more.

Definitely worthy of the 2 Michelin Stars! Thank you for taking care of me and my gfs during our dinner. Every single course was gastronomic and it's a pity we were not able to do wine pairing. I would totally come back again for another meal the next time I visit Seoul and hope to do wine pairing this time to bring the flavors to another level.

This has been in my list of places to go in seoul and i think its the best fine dining in seoul that ive tried ! β€οΈβ€οΈ The service was perfect, and food was amazing.
Disappointing
For being rated one of the top restaurants in Asia, we were disappointed. Reimagined Korean food that lacked any hint of spice. Presentation was nice but not what youβd expect for an almost $250 meal (320,000 Korean) for 10 courses. Wine pairing a rip off at around $115 (150,000 Korean) for 4 glasses of wine with pours on small size less than 3oz. Husband and I had a hard time recalling a memorable dish that wowed us. Eaten tasting menus all over the world and this is a rare one that I would not recommend.
Great lunch time in Seul
The staff were very kind and even put us in touch with the store they buyed their tea ware. This is one of three restaurant we visited in Seul, but this is top for us. The black chicken was phenomenal. We enjoy the crash course pf learning more about traidional Korean alcohol. Thanks for great time here

Lovely view, great staff, and delicious food. I had lunch here with my boy friend and we had a perfect dating at a fantastic restaurant. Definitely will be back soon.
2 Michelin stars worth with great service.
Went for the only menu avail for dinner. Service was good. Food was light and yet not over powering. Many little dishes with explanations from the staff. Ambience was casual which I prefer rather then being all formal. Worth the price for its quality ingredients.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Mingles Gangnam-gu to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Mingles Gangnam-gu!
