I've been coming here for years and can't believe I've never posted a review. It's a tiny, dim lit house banging out hip hop tunes and always a good time. This is hands down one of my favorites places to eat in Houston and these t

I think I saw this was now a Michelin recommended restaurant or something like that. So I thought what the heck. It was Friday. Halloween night. My kid was trick or treating in her old school area and I needed a place to chill. Her friend's

Absolutely incredible, most try restaurant! We were so impressed particularly with the blueberry lemon cocktail, carrot dish with a curry and peanut sauce, and olive oil cake dessert. Service was great, knowledgeable, and attentive. While the menu ch
Had the what's quackalaking.
It is a duck pasta and the duck is in long pieces. The pasta was good. The chickpeas appetizer was good, well seasoned and crispy. Also had a daiquiri which had no negative issues. The lighting was dim and felt cozy with my party so the mood that the

This is a nice little neighborhood restaurant that's tucked in a residential area of Montrose. The food is decent - yet another restaurant with shareable small plates, which is the trend these days. Some highlights are the bolognese pasta and al
This place way exceeded our expectations.
The service was impeccable and some of the best I've ever had. The food was superb and they even have delicious vegan options. We loved every dish we tried. It's dark inside but we liked the ambience a lot. I said to my husband during dinne

We had a great experience here! It's in a cute house with a nice patio, and the food was phenomenal. We had the duck pasta, the carrots and the jamon. The duck was such an interesting mix of flavors but it really worked well together. The carro
Atmosphere: It's a casual, bohemian kinda vibe.
I heard folks talking that it had be remodeled but it was my 1st visit. Service: Service was top notch! The server was very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu. Immediately approached us about any food allergies. She cleared & refreshed o

Music is ridiculously loud even on patio-asked them to turn down to no avail --food is weird-parking difficult and only refreshing facet is the service. This place will be gone in a year. Just nothing special about it.

We had a reservation for 7:45, but weren't seated until 8:30. While the service was great, the food quality and portions were disappointing. The selection, taste, and overall quality didn't impress at all. For example, a very small dish of
Service was lackluster.
Most of the food tasted good, but not worth the cost. The carrots everyone raves about taste okay. The paratha dish with the pseudo-southeast asian slaw was...also lackluster. It tasted like an underseasoned and disjointed Vietnamese goi ga salad. Th

First and foremost, the staff was super cool, very knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell the food is really high quality as well. My only thing to note is the price point of the chicken dinner meal. The server really sold me on it, but it was ju
As always, Nobie's does not disappoint.
Seasonal dishes are fantastic. Really appreciate the high quality service, and recommendations from our server. Great vibe on a Saturday night. Parking a bit of a pain, but not their fault. Will take Uber next time.

I try the Bolognese pasta as well as the Keylime pie, the pasta was a 5 out of 10. The Keylime pie was OK 5 out of 10 as well. I will revisit it at a different day to try some other menu items because this was mediocre.
Omg! I think I've just eaten the best pasta ever.
I ordered the Nonna's pasta and I tried my best to make it last as long as it could. So I was savoring each bite. We also ordered the dill bread as an appetizer which taste like home. Goodness it was good. The music was just right. Playing all t

Disturbing Experience at Nobie’s
I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at Nobie’s on June 20th, 2025. My girlfriend and I arrived at 8:15 p.m. for a patio reservation. Right away, we were told steak could only be served medium rare—no exceptions. That lack of flex

Great food and service—BUT TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!
We’ve been to Nobie’s several times, and the food and service have always been excellent, served in a series of small, cozy rooms in an older house. Great and varied starters and main dishes that change—fortunately the crispy chickpeas stay! B
A disappointment.
We were attracted to try out Noble's due to its recent Michelin Bib Gourmand selection. Really a disappointment overall. As soon as we pulled up we could hear loud techno music coming from the outside patio speakers. Inside was worse, so we o
Heartbreakingly close to flawless
Confession: before I visited Nobie’s for the first time—before it became a unicorn that I insisted on visiting a *second* time—I was afraid of it. Sure, the story behind Nobie’s is a wholesome fairytale: two starry-eyed food professionals fa
Awful cocktails, worse service
Food brought in family-style plates for group of 6. No shared serving utensils provided. Servers seemed offended we asked and one even said most people “use their own forks”. We had to ask for utensils to serve the food three separate times.
Satisfyingly delicious! Looking forward to next time!
Cozy and comfortable, nice lighting and ambiance, and we loved the music. Service is very professional. We enjoyed a couple of their manhattans which were a special drink of the evening. The dilly bread and brie appetizers were great starters, follo

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Nobie's Houston at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Nobie's Houston page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* CompellingStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* CompellingStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to CompellingStation67 for any questions Peter may have as CompellingStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* CompellingStation67 now uses their connections at Nobie's Houston to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If CompellingStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, CompellingStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to CompellingStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Nobie's Houston!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
