Nobu Hotel Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Nobu -4/24
The hotel was beautiful, clean and very up to date and exactly what we were looking for our 13th wedding anniversary. The customer service could have been better. We were not offered assistance with our luggage but everyone else was. When we checked out we heard about the amenities through another couple checking in. Very disappointed because the price does not match what we received. We never got coupons for cocktail hour until we check out. There are a no microwave in room and if you store your items in there fridge it’s an extra charge.if you pick up something to look at it longer than 3 seconds you are charged. A can soda out. Fridge was $11.99(the ones that come out a 12pack) overall I will never stay at NOBU again. When you pay for top tier that includes service as well!
Fit the Vegas vibe!
Super spacious rooms with amazing showers!! Great price for such a good location. Very quiet considering being on the strip. Only suggestion for improvement would be to the cocktail lounge as it was a bit disappointing, not where to sit, so had to take drinks back to the room. But the hotel really fit the Vegas vibe, would definitely recommend!
Amazing Vegas hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel. Super spacious rooms, really clean, and amazing showers. Such a great location, and it was really quiet considering it was on the strip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Las Vegas!!!!
Anniversary Stay
This is a hidden gem inside Caesars Palace. We’ve stayed at Caesar’s on previous Vegas trips, and I’ve walked by Nobu several times and wondered what it was like. For our wedding anniversary I booked one night using our Total Rewards. We were early, and they didn’t have a room available, so we checked our bags and did some shopping and gambling. They got us a room when we came back at 3 and made our 10 year wedding anniversary very special by upgrading us to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of the strip. I highly recommend Nobu Vegas!
I had a pleasant experience staying here.
It's located inside Caesars Palace so you have to walk through the casino to get to the Nobu lobby. Definitely recommend looking out for discounted rates which is what I did so I was able to get a pretty good deal. Check in was fast and easy. The room had sort of a Japanese minimalistic design. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

My hotel experience at Nobu was great all the way until the last day. I paid $55 for a late check out, only to have house keeping come in and steal some expensive make up. (Note that they did not steal any of the cheaper stuff left out in the open) I'd expect a luxury hotel to have house keepers with higher standards than swiping some expensive make up. Low class. This is a review for their failure in their logistics (house keeping tried to come in at 10am which I rejected because I paid for late check out) and overall response to the situation. The manager asked us to file a report and basically shooed us away, stating he cannot offer anything in case the report would entitle us to any reimbursements. I had to leave before situation got resolved because I had a flight to catch but the overall response left a sour taste to what was generally a good experience until the theft. TL:DR don't do late check out and don't leave anything worth swiping out in the open.
Why not!! It was an amazing experience.
Of course I got rheumatoid arthritis opportunity to get in on a discounted night. The only way I could afford the luxury. Loved the atmosphere. Check in was a breeze. Sure I was offended to upgrade for an additional charge... way beyond my gains for the night... ;) I don't gamble, so I kindly decline the offer. Hopefully someday. Anyway, the room was simple but elegant. For me it was enough to make me feel special for the 24 hours I was spending in Vegas. Something I didn't know... they have a lounge area to socialize with others. A perfect place to meet if you're traveling in a group.
The rooms are too average
Small rooms with an strong smell Not really a top notch hotel. Very average. It feel like staying into a 3 stars hotel. I will not recommend. Specially if you are visiting with more than 2. Even though it was a solo trip.. it was a tiny room
Not the best visit
This has been my favorite hotel in Vegas for quite awhile. We stay often. This last time was not as amazing as it usually is. We asked for housekeeping multiple times and they didn’t show. In turn we were stuck with no clean towels to shower. When we asked for more towels it was over an hour wait for them to bring us some. I asked for more body foam and never received any. For a hotel with this level of service, I was very disappointed. We also checked in and were put in a room without a walk in shower and a small bath tub instead. The room also had a terrible bleach smell. When we went downstairs to say something at the front desk, we were given a lot of attitude from the employee. I will try this hotel again but, if these experiences continue, we won’t be back. The bed was still great, no lines at check in or elevators, and the products in the room are wonderful.
Nothing but great nobu!
Absolutely loved our stay here! Unfortunately the room was not ready when we arrived around 3pm - we were offered a different room but decided to hold out for what was booked. They held our bags and gave us drinks vouchers for the 3.30pm - 4.30pm happy hour. This suited us just fine and we enjoyed a few drinks in that hour. When we went back down, our room was ready and it was lovely! No view to speak of but we weren't in LV to look out of a window. The bed was so comfortable and it was really quiet too. Lovely bathroom and products and very spacious. I'd read so many negative reviews about the mini bar and extra charges but luckily there were no issues with our stay. The elevators were always quiet and quick to arrive too. All in all it was a great stay!
I ❤️ Nobu
The front desk staff and bellman, Gizelle and Giancarlo, respectively, were amazing from check-in to check-out. They are two of the most personable individuals we’ve met in all our travels! The room was spacious and clean and the clothes steamer was a much better option than an old flatiron that you find in most hotels. Kudos all the way around, Nobu!
.
Gazelle and Giancarlo at the front desk. Top level professionals that make you feel welcome and comfortable. Always professional and a warm smile. Ahhhhh! A little hard to find the hotel but everything seems to be that way for me in Las Vegas.
Good yet
The ladies in the check in have no clue what they are doing. They are kind and polite but need more training on how and where. They don't do what they say they will. Okay okay but that's about it. The gentleman at evening shift knows much better. I did not have a good night sleep at all in the suite. First the A/C was just blowing hot air, told the ladies at the check in counter and they said okay but didn't do anything as usual. Next day i called maintenance and they came quickly to fix A/C. Problem is that there is a "1889" old thermostat. Does not show temperature just colder or warmer which just keep running without stopping so you either freeze or shut off and accept the hot air, Believe it or not, I was about to go and buy a digital thermostat to install but did not want to be blamed for breaking something.
Fabulous gem inside a pile a rocks
Tucked away inside Caesars Palace is a fantastic hotel. Modern, bright and clean rooms. Helpful and intelligent staff. Nobu hotel felt like an oasis inside the chaos that will Caesars. I wish I knew about it sooner.
Excellent Clean & Quiet Room
I enjoyed having a room at the NOBU which is conveniently tucked inside of Caesar's Palace. By the time you have taken elevator to your room, you feel like you are in a whole new place, it is very nice and peaceful, no sound coming up from the game floor. The room was clean and had everything you would want in it. Excellent shower. The upstairs lobby has access to a nice exercise room, and you can conveniently stop by that upstairs lobby to get coffee in the morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend, I am glad I stayed there.
Fabulous Stay!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nubo LV. Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Checking in early was a little bit of a hassle and the AC didn’t get very cold, but those are pretty much my only complaints. It was super quiet, which you don’t expect when in Vegas. I would definitely stay here again!
Nobu Hotel
We were there Superbowl weekend. Staff were great and wonderful rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We will surely be back to Nobu Hotel sooner than later. Thank you to all the staff for everything.
First Time is almost a home run
The room and service were terrific. the only glitch was our 4:00 pm checkin didn’t get us to our room until 5:00pm. The mini bar, which we did not use, was excessively priced…The 78th floor was quiet, and the elevators were always ready.
I didn't stay at the hotel but I loved their casino.
It was one of the few casinos I consistently won money on slots. I even won $900 on video poker! Who would've thought?!
Overall clean with a useless ac
The room was very clean and the entire hotel smells great. The amenities are cute and luxurious feeling. The ac could definitely be better it did not go down a degree all night long and it was pretty hot and hard to sleep in. The sheets are pretty starchy which made them feel a bit itchy as well. Overall it was a good time and the free tea and cocktail hour is a nice addition. The fitness center is kept up nicely and had thoughtful touches like small water bottles and towels at most stations.
Superb hotel
Room was spacious and we had a good view of the strip. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. Had free coffees in the mornings and free cocktails for an hour in the afternoon. Short walk to centre of Caesars Palace.
Extremely Upset
We booked Nobu hotel months ago and when we got here (early in the day), they told us we were re-booked at Caesars Palace. We specifically booked Nobu as we had a nice experience previously. They just “bumped” us saying they had no room. We were furious and extremely disappointed. Beware!!
Disappointed
After being “upgraded” to the NOBU it didn’t seem like a upgrade at all and I’m really disappointed that my 1st stay in Vegas at luxury resort seemed like Best Western No view after asking for one Repeatedly had to ask for basic necessities Charger ports were broken Shower didn’t work properly
Not a good place to stay the decor is boring and the room
Not a good place to stay the decor is boring and the room is small... front desk is small... the tv didn't work They sent a person to look at it then says they're sending a person to replace it even if I'm not in room ... no one came No room service for breakfast or lunch Just no I restaurant for pick up only Very disappointed
This hotel is really not nice at all and shouldn't be
This hotel is really not nice at all and shouldn't be called a hotel, but a motel. The rooms have never been upgraded, and there is not one special feature. Even the mini bar amenities were pathetic. We had a few issues (no soap, broken toilet) that were promptly taken care of, and we were compensated for them, so that way appreciated, but based purely on the hotel, I'd never stay here again. I would say the value of this hotel is at most $200 per night, at most. Don't let the "Nobu" brand fool you.
actually really enjoyed my stay here.
they gave us free drinks & provided a beautiful robe. the only reason why i am not giving it a 5 stars is because the nobu hotel is located INSIDE the ceaser's palace and if u aren't a huge gambler or hates crowds, it's horrible getting in and out. u have to drag ur luggage in and out of crowds at the casino, so maybe this is better for a short term stay.
I love the Nobu Hotel inside Caesar's.
It's small, usually quiet, and centrally located in the casino. It's easy to access, everything feels lush you can't beat getting Nobu items delivered to your room via room service. Only drawback is that the ice machines are only on two floors: 73 & 82. The 72nd floor is the gym, common area, and complimentary water. A great landing place to hang out if you are waiting for your room to finish being ready. I love the elevator set up where you select your floor outside the elevator and then it tells you which of the 3 to go to. Always a pleasure staying here!
First time staying at the Nobu.
My original reservation was at Caesar's palace. Although my arrival time was for midnight, when I arrived Caesar's had given away my room so they upgraded me to the Nobu tower. Arrived at the Nobu very small registration area deep in the Caesar's palace hotel. No one was at the desk. Two other patrons were in front of me. Waited 15 mins and finally the elevator door opens and out comes the registration clerk. Very nice girl. Got registered and into the room 30 mins after arriving at the desk. Entered the room and my initial thoughts were "this is nice." It is your typical boutique hotel. It reminded me a little of the Valencia hotel at Santana Row in San Jose. By all means not comparable, just reminded me of the hotel. Santana Row V hotel is 10 times better. Anyway, bathroom is large and Japanese inspired. The room was clean. A bit outdated but it was clean. First night no problems. After our second night we woke up to a flooded bathroom. There was water all over the floor coming from the sink. Waking up I needed to use the bathroom. I didn't see that the floor was wet until I took my first step, slipped and fell. I called down to maintenance and the lady on the phone said she would send someone up right away. Waited for approximately 45 minutes before maintenance showed up. Took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem. He explained what happened and did not make any sense. He called housekeeping to clean up the wet floor. Housekeeping used a vacuum similar to a shop vac to clean the water then dumped the dirty water into the shower. After they were done they did not bother to clean the shower where they dumped the dirty water. This is unsanitary and unacceptable! On day 3 the shower was turned to the farthest left for hot water. Water wasn't hot. I thought maybe too many people using the showers at the same time. Day 4 upon departure, showered again and water was cool although turned to the maximum for hot. Couldn't be coincidental that there isn't any hot water AGAIN! Called down to the front desk to complain about the plumbing issues at the hotel from the flood in the bathroom to no running hot water. The front desk person didn't want to hear it do she punted it to a manager. Transferred the call and it went to voicemail. Nice! Left a detailed message with my phone number. I never received a call from anyone. No apology! Being bumped from Caesar's to Nobu did not feel like an upgrade experience. What is happening Caesar! Since I did not hear from anyone I decided to write this review instead. Our experience would have been 3.5 stars for room cleanliness and first impression but the plumbing issue and no response from management is the reason for 1 star.
Got randomly upgrade to the Nobu hotel from my original
Got randomly upgrade to the Nobu hotel from my original Caesar's room. The Nobu hotel was not impressive and honestly disappointing. Would not recommend it and wish Caesar's would have asked me if I wanted the upgrade because I would have declined it. Was forced to pay almost an extra $300 for a view that wasn't a back alley or rooftop!
TLDR: At a discounted rate of around $300.
The experience was fine. Clean room, felt old. Nobu in-room dining was expensive and good but not great. Registration desk people were very nice and helpful. Calling for anything was a confusing maze of trying to get through Caesars staff to Nobu Hotel staff and housekeeping PHONE staff acted like they were doing you a favor. FULL REVIEW: If we had paid full price and arrived at this experience we would have been LIVID. This place is only 10 years old but it looks and feels much older. Not just in design but in amenities, surface cleanliness, and overall vibe. We arrived to an insanely busy entrance. My wife and I like having our car available without fuss so we tried to self park. Our SUV was too tall for self park so we called to ask where we could go. The staff transferred us 5 times while we drove in circles around the strip and back into the Caesars lot for 30-40 minutes. We were finally told that valet was our only option so we accepted it. The sign read $50! With no other option we drove into the valet area. Here's where the valet tells us the area is for "Diamond wtevr plus wtevr not for poor people blah blah members blah blah" and that he was doing us a FAVOR letting us pay $50 dollars for him to "possibly hook us up and take care of our car" at this point we're over it and just want to get to our room so we accept the ticket, the bellman, just wtevr to get us and our 2 year old up into our room so we can just NOT. TOO EARLY for check-in. That's fine, that's our bad. We grab a slice of pizza in the food court and we eventually get a text to check-in. We do. Then we head to our room. We get in there and it's the wrong room. We co-sleep and it's two queens instead of a King. We also hear that next door in the suite people are partying. Totally normal, it's Vegas baby! But our baby wouldn't be able to sleep and if she flips out in the middle of the night they won't be able to sleep so we ask to get our original room. They were cool about it and we moved. The rooms are a little dated but clean enough. There were opened packages of stuff on the snack bar and missing items that weren't refilled. This was the same in the Queen bed room we were mistakenly put in so probably not a fluke. The surfaces in the bathroom had some stains on them so didn't feel very clean. Overall everything felt tired. Luckily we got a reaaallllllly good deal so it was all acceptable. If we had paid 2k instead of 300 we'd be PISSED. The place is sold to you as a Ryokan inspired experience. It's not. Our toddler spilled some coffee and we asked to get new sheets and our bed remade and they couldn't tell us when they could get to us. "Sometime today". So we decided not to, chucked the sheets in the closet and found an old moth hole filled wool blanket in the closet to use in tandem with a sheet. Insane right? A hotel that normally costs 2k to stay at, and we were reliving our college backpacking hostel days. The main event here at the Nobu Hotel is that in-room dining comes from the Nobu restaurant downstairs. I'm assuming that's why people come, it's why we picked it as a stop on our road trip. We figured, save on the room, splurge on the food. And so we did. We ordered a ton of stuff from the restaurant downstairs. It was good. Everything was well prepared. Beef was cooked perfectly. Sushi and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Ordered a couple highballs and milk for the kiddo. $600. $100 just for the service to our room. That's fine. We assumed it would be around that. We weren't shocked. But we were a little disappointed. Everything was good. But it wasn't mind blowing. It was as good as any good sushi place stateside. Nothing was horrible. But nothing was fantastic. All kinda just mediocre at best, which was kind of sad. The buffet was good. Bacchanal. We went at 3pm cuz we're old and we have a toddler so we figured it was a good time to go right after a nap and before it got too crazy. There was virtually no wait and we got in at the change from brunch to dinner. Food was good. Service was forced. But our kid fell in love with the corn on the cob and gave us a 90 minute window of free hands to eat crab legs and prime rib so 5 STARS lol. Overall it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing spectacular. The room service was good but with a short menu and at that price point it was one and done for us. And housekeeping felt like they were doing you a favor when you call. Front desk and check-in employees were great!
We had a wonderful experience at the Nobu Hotel.
The rooms were lovely...immaculately clean, beautiful decor, decent views, comfy bed, and a stunning bathroom. The desk staff were absolutely incredible - Gizelle and Daniel took incredible care of us during our stay. The one negative, as I'm sure you'll notice in almost every review, is that the elevator system is beyond annoying. If there was a more clear example of unnecessary over-engineering for the sake of trying to be cool, I'd be shocked. You select your floor outside the elevator on a touch screen...there are no buttons once you get on. There also doesn't seem to be a queue system, so if you scan your card and select a floor, it'll assign you an elevator. But, if someone else scans and selects, your assignment could be overridden and never arrive. This was particularly obnoxious at 5pm when everyone and their cousin is waiting for the elevators to get up to Happy Hour at 5pm for free drinks. If you or anyone you know is at all technologically- limited, I wouldn't recommend staying at Nobu. With that said, we loved it there and will absolutely be back!
Reserved to stay at Caesars Hotel, they changed my
Reserved to stay at Caesars Hotel, they changed my reservation for this place. Was never notified. Same property, but a "hotel within a hotel." Supposed to be more intimate and an upgrade... Arrived early, 1 or 2 pm, and went to stow bags with them. Returned at 4 when check in and they asked if we "completed the paperwork" to get on the "check in list." They never asked us to do this when we stowed our bags. Caesar app doesn't work for Nobu. Didn't get checked in until 5, bags 20 min later, almost late for concert. The elevators don't work well. You scan your key card and press which floor you want to go to. Elevator A, B, or C are supposed to come and get you. The system gets overloaded easily and none of the elevators work. Had to find the stairs, and from the lobby you actually have to go through a service corridor. The power in our bathroom randomly went out. Thankfully they fixed it promptly. The room was clean and average, bed was comfortable. No other amenities unless you want to pay additional. Could not log devices into WiFi, but it said "two devices already connected." Overheard a conversation that the building has 3 WiFi - lobby, front desk, and individual rooms??? Cellular service in room without WiFi was spotty. Nobu shares the Caesars amenities such as pool and gym. I think the property has like 7 pools but only 3 small ones were open. Probably going to say "a lack of staffing," but you'd expect more from both Caesar and Nobu prices $$$$$ For part of my trip I also stayed at Circus Circus for a last min extension prior to Nobu/Caesar. At least there, I got what I expected for what I paid for. At Nobu/Caesar, it was cleaner and more modern but nothing worth paying 3x other hotels with less included amenities and subpar service.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Bid and Buy Instantly
I have a big ongoing and it also shows someone is working on my bid. Today I see there is a " Buy Instantly " option at my portfolio showing same price I've bid for a reservation. I'm a bit confused, since my money has already been deducted from my credit card for the bid, do I need to pay one more time for the Buy Instantly? If I choose Buy Instantly, can I cancel my bid ( while someone is working on it )? Thanks!

What does it mean to hold a bid? and how do you do that?
