The NoMo is a GoGo!!
The NoMo is a fun & funky boutique hotel with great staff that we will 100% stay at again! We had a 3-night stay and have nothing but great things to say... friendly, polite, accommodating staff on all levels...from check-in (where we were accommodated a corner room on the 15th floor with a great view) to the great resto recommendations by the knowledgeable team at the front desk to the sweet thank you note from the cleaning staff for a tip left in the room!! The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom & shower were great - big enough for our family of 3... The location is ideal...we walked & subwayed everywhere! We look forward to staying again on a future trip to NYC!

I loved staying here. The rooms were super cute and beautiful. Very artsy and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Gym downstairs and restaurant/bar. I know the area very well but i just wanted to relax and stay at a fun hotel. I hope to go again soon.
Be the first to ReplyHospitality at its Highest Level !!
Arrived at the property pretty late and requested an upgrade, the room was amazing but on a high floor which I was grateful for although I asked if there was a room on a lower floor with the upgrade. The manager Anson immediately showed me a couple of rooms that matched what I was looking for and quickly got me settled in. I appreciate his efforts and won’t forget it !!

Stayed the weekend for my girlfriend birthday. Jeff who works the front was extremely nice and helpful with my stay. Very knowledgeable of the area. Give us numerous recommendations. The lounge was a nice place to get a drink and listen to music.
Be the first to ReplyCan’t say enough great things!
I booked the premium king room for two nights (18&19th of March). I put in a request when booking that it was a birthday surprise trip for my significant other and i would love a room with a great view. Not only did they accommodate my request, I got a personal email addressing my requests the morning of my arrival acknowledging my stay, wishing him a happy birthday, assuring me she put me in a room with a great view & asking if I needed anything else from the guest relations manager Jennifer C. She is a GEM! She was so great with communication and always a step ahead. Ontop of giving me a GREAT corner view room, she hand wrote a note and had a birthday surprise delivered to the room shortly after we arrived! The room was clean and the decor is beautiful. It was quiet and anytime we needed anything they were so quick to take care of it HAPPILY! Also the entry way is a great photo op, along with the area it’s in. Tons of restaurants and shopping and train access! Give it a try, and definitely book the premium king or better. Get the full experience :) THANK YOU JENNIFER AND NOMO SOHO!
Be the first to ReplyPerfect location
Hotel very nice. We had two queen beds on 19th floor with great view of city. Staff very welcoming. Found the resort fee ridiculous however, No pool, no exercise room, no free breakfast. When asked what this resort fee was good for I was handed a list of useless items like ten percent off items I would not purchase anyway. That was my only gripe. Very clean and modern. Easy access to subways and waling distance to Chinatown and Little Italy
Be the first to ReplyAmazon views and great customer service!
I stood there for a few day and what stood out to me was Jeffrey Urbina customers service and professionalism. He's great at what he does, definitely will recommend nomo soho to family and friends. ....

3rd time in NYC but first time we stayed Downtown. Chose the Nomo Soho on Crosby St. What a beautiful place! Close to great restaurants, bars & convenience stores (useful). But, as good as the holiday was, occasionally someone steps up and makes it stellar. That person was Jeffrey. What a star! All the staff were good but Jeffry went the extra mile and turned what was a good holiday into a truly memorable one. Hats off to you sir!
Be the first to ReplyOld hotel that should’ve been renovated
Lobby, and dining room beautiful, renovated for Instagram pictures… but rooms haven’t change in 12 years (have been customer of this hotel for 12years). No minibar due to Covid… 2 years after ! Carpet dirty, curtains scratched with holes, can’t close the door of bathroom cause of humidity, smell humidity in the room, window let the air go through… honestly every year I come it getting worse and worse. That was my last time in that hotel. Will come With please after they renovate rooms.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic stay
I’ve just returned from a short stay and I really cannot say enough good words about the property but most importantly - the team. The hotel is very conveniently located for dining, shopping as well as regular “touristy” options while being on a rather quiet street and therefore unaffected by too much traffic noise. The property itself feels quite boutique while nothing was too much trouble when it comes to the team. Be that pre-arrival communication, quick yet informative check-in or any additional questions or requests during the stay. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jeffrey for his excellent communication, hospitality as well as warm welcome. All in all we’ve had a fantastic stay and will most definitely return again in the future.
Be the first to ReplyWhere is my Room Deposit????
I stayed at this hotel on a work trip over 4 weeks ago. I paid a room deposit upon arrival and was told I would receive it within 10 working days upon checkout. I received confirmation of the return of the security deposit but I have had not received within the 10 working days. Where is my money?!
Be the first to ReplyStyle over substance, great location
We wanted to stay around Soho, as the vibe of the area and the architecture is real New York. The hotel is beautiful, it's all very instaworthy, and so are alot of the people you see, there's lots of photo shoots going on in the hotel and on the street infront. The rooms were, err basic, white, threadbare in places and not cozy in any respect. Views fantastic from our 9th floor rooms. We didn't try the restaurant as most days it was closed due to events. The coffee shop was a great idea, but it would be handy to make sure the servers actually knew how to make coffee before you opened it?! So this is a bug bear, we paid $40 per room per night tourist tax, which gave us $15 dollar credit per day in the coffee shop and restaurant, free wifi, and their big selling point the ability to stream your phone to the TV! No water in the rooms, no coffee machine, no fridge, no fridge, seriously in this day and age! As the restaurant was closed to private events we couldn't spend the credit there, and the coffee shop experience put us off spending it there. So all in all, beautiful hotel, bang average accommodations, good location to explore. Would we stay there again? Not by choice.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing
Great location but not much else. No mini-bar, tired rooms, noisy air-conditioning, holes in curtains, $45 daily charge (completely over the top for what its meant to cover) and really bad levels of service. There are better alternatives in the area
Be the first to ReplyRoaches in bed and no reply from management
I have stayed at Nomo Soho before, but I had an awful stay recently. I woke up at 3am to a couple giant roaches crawling over us in bed. My girlfriend jumped out of the bed screaming and I immediately called the front desk who sent security up to check. He saw the bugs for himself on the bed. He then brought us to a new room. But already not feeling well after a night of drinking, in the middle of the night, we had to get dressed, pack our clothes and food and drinks, make sure we didn't leave anything behind while half asleep, unpack and take showers in the new room. We definitely did not sleep well the rest of the night and ruined our trip. I emailed them and did not even garner a reply, which I found incredibly unprofessional.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Hotel- Great Location
NoMo SoHo is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms were average size for NYC which means they’re small but well designed. The team at NoMo are very helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn’t a concierge but the front desk was able to answer most questions. You have to eat at the restaurant- the food is delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. Overall- great experience!
Be the first to ReplyFRAUD! DO NOT STAY HERE, THE STAFF ARE SCAMMERS
When I checked out, I noticed a $1000 charge on my credit card, which I did not authorize. Someone had discovered my name and room number, and it was presumably and inside job (likely the bar or restaurant staff) as I did not release this information to anyone else. The charge occurred on the second day of my stay. The management was extremely unhelpful and refused to provide an invoice/video footage, and has yet to refund me for the fraudulent charge. THE NOMO IS A SCAM, DO NOT STAY HERE.
Be the first to ReplyThe hotel needs to do better
The staff are excellent with great service. Hotel is showing its age. Things need to be up kept. The sofas in rooms have been relaxed with crappy uncomfortable ones not going with the color scheme. Sono was cracked. Curtains stopped. Bed headboard cracked. Safe cracked. The list is endless.
Be the first to ReplyNever Again
I would not recommend this hotel. Fees you don’t know about such as $40 a day service charge which includes unsecured wifi and not effective $77 fee if you need to upgrade your room The air conditioner made loud noice all the time. The rooms are badly designed example you can’t get into the bathroom if you are working at your desk The lounge was closed all the time. Worst stay
Be the first to ReplyFantastic hotel - Incredible views!
I had an incredible stay at NoMo SoHo! The staff is incredible friendly and nice. They accommodated all of our multiple requests and service needs during the weekend. I loved the restaurant, the decor, and the trendy vibe. Their breakfast burger is amazing and I love the courtyard feel of the restaurant. Nina's cocktail bar was great also and I'd recommend getting the Espresso Martini. We had a blast and can't wait to go back. The location is perfect and right near the Q train. If you can go out on the balconies or get a room with a good window view you can see across most of the city as it's the tallest building around.
Be the first to ReplyRundown
Missing mini fridge - purpose of trip was daughters 21st bday and had nice champagne to chill. Called front desk, no ice bucket in room. No ice machines in hotel. I was told to walk down to restaurant and ask for ice. Restaurant refused to give me ice. For $500 a night - it would have been appreciated if someone made an effort to accommodate our single request.
Very rundown, scratched walls, floors, ripped carpet.
Also, not very secure. No room card necessary to access floors.
Great Hotel
My 2nd time staying and NoMo SoHo hotel and I loved it. It is the perfect location, extremely walkable and tucked in on a quieter street. Rooms are nice and quiet and decently sized for New York. The restaurant is super cute and has amazing breakfast.
Be the first to ReplyTime to find a new hotel
I have stayed here many times and nomo has been my go to nyc hotel. This time was different - there were many issues with the room including mold in the bathroom and windows that couldn’t close or seal being covered in painters tape. But worst of all was an incessant loud high pitched whistling noise in the middle of the night each night making sleep difficult. Staff was aware and said it was coming from a nearby building. Sad to say it’s time to find a new go to.
Be the first to ReplyGreat NYC trip
This hotel is wonderful. Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. As a frequent traveler one appreciates great service and comfortable accommodations. The hotel vibe is a truly New York experience!!
Be the first to ReplyMixed Visit still a good hotel.
My second visit to the hotel was really looking forward to returning and emailed twice before arrival to request a high floor room. No response from either email. Checked in 5pm guess what lowest floor no views. Girl checking us in quite rude not her problem we were told and advised to check next day. Not the best of starts.
Sofa bed not made up in room. Went back to reception and asked why. Told you didn’t ask for it to be made up. Bizarre when we’re staying with a 14 year old where do you think he’s sleeping ?
Anyway to the positives -
New bar at back of hotel is a nice touch great drinks.
Meal at restaurant was superb.
Issue with my taxi booking to airport that was resolved very quickly by front of house staff.
Room still great size for NYC.
Checked by credit card on return to the UK over $700 of charges that were not ours. A quick call to the hotel and this was resolved and refunded in a matter of hours.
Would I return ? Probably as more positives than negatives but please sharpen up pre arrival requests.
