Be the first to ReplyCute little coffee shop on the corner of 6 Ave and 12th St.
My friend and I came to this location because we were looking for places that have a decent amount of seating. It was really easy to find a place to sit around 2pm on a Saturday. We tried the Bahia Latte, which is more like a mocha. I personally liked it because it tasted like an Abuelita's Hot Chocolate.
Be the first to ReplyCafe uses high quality ingredients and is super cozy.
The chia pudding is delicious! Quick service.
Be the first to ReplyDecent coffee and was delighted to see a dish of alfajores.
Nice buttery taste but I'm still troubled by how something as small as a tea-light candle could be $3.

I really wanted to like this place :-( The vibes were really good and the employees were very sweet, but the drinks and food especially were incredibly underwhelming. The iced matcha w/ oat I ordered was way too milky - it kind of just tasted like a straight up glass of milk. And the dish (ricotta toast with seeds and honey) was huuuuuge and very filling, but again, kind of tasteless. Nothing was terrible by any means, but nothing was exciting either. Don't think I'll return here anytime soon.
Be the first to ReplyOrdered an ice coffee - very bitter, I threw it out.
The girl who waited on me was very, very nice. Iced coffee is $6.00 - way too expensive.

The cafe interior was cozy and nice! Met a friend here for coffee and stayed inside comfortably for 2-3 hours just enjoying the atmosphere.

Imagine a picnic put together by a chef whose style is colored golden by the California sun. A bounty of creative, veggie-friendly fresh food. Gourmet yet relaxed. The leafy green sandwich, the lentil feta salad, the roasted yams, and pao de queijo are all excellent. Coffee is good, but is perhaps ironically the only point here which is merely good.

I love this place and come all the time for pao de quiejo and oat milk lattes. They also have alfajores sometimes!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a rip off.
I asked for large cappuccino and croissant. After a charge of $11 they served a small cappuccino and then told me that its the only size. Horrible business practice. And the coffee is nothing to brag about. Stay away!!!

Love this place! Really good, healthy, yummy food made with seasonal and fresh ingredients. The roasted yams are fantastic and the perfect lunch. All their coffee and drinks are also spot on. The interior is very cozy and ambiant. Great spot to get some work done, meet w friend, or read. There is no public wifi. The staff are all very friendly!

Baristas are total masters. Even if there is a long line, they turn out those oat milk lattes with style and grace. The almond croissants are lit, and they have some great vegan bakes goods as well. They also have a great little pantry moment if you want to grab a non-alcoholic cocktail for later or some locally pickled beets. Very hip cafe.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious pao de queijo! Excellent service and ambiance.
Cute merch!

Ordered americano and latte and banana bread. The coffee was very mediocre. Nothing too special about beverage and food. The staffs were pretty nice. Interior was pretty cozy and cute.

I always thought the cafe looked so inviting from the outside and when I finally was in the area for lunch, I picked up the farro burrata salad. Such thoughtful creative options and very much worth a stop.

Wow, I had the burrata dish (with olive oil, spice, pickled red onions, and toast) and I cannot stop thinking about it!!! It was so so so so yummy. I'll be back!!!

I got an oat milk chai latte and I wasn't expecting it to be $7 lol, but since it was that expensive I was hoping that it would be super tasty. The chai was mediocre at best because it was basically just oat milk on ice, like wtf. I will say that the inside of the café is super cute and a great place to do work! But this place is expensive for no reason. If you're looking for a really good chai latte, I would recommend Pause Cafe I'm the Lower East Side; that's a drink worth every cent! All in all, you can skip this place on your daily stroll, it's definitely not worth it.
