Visited this place for a birthday meal Table booked for four people well in advance, we all looking forward to eating nice quality food as good as the social media pictures UNFORTUNATELY the experience was terrible will not go again the after sales even worse ! So I’ll detail as the night unfolded problem after problem Ordered starters one came out cold being scallops that’s a dish you defo do not want to be cold for obvious reasons If there cooked to a temperature for them to go luke warm they clearly must of been left sitting there sent back so one guest sitting there with no food When they come back they was if good temperature which is why the point above was made Main meals ordered, When they came one meal wasn’t even the one that was ordered Waitress said she put the wrong meal through The guest said they would just eat it Or again someone sitting there with no food again Response from the waitress and the supervisor Not really that bothered by the mistake I don’t even recall the supervisor a lady even apologise Deserts Ordered two one being a warm chocolate brownie (to be eaten while it’s warm) They came put left on the table with no cutlery Had to wait to get some to come back over THEN! when they did come over she asked oh you want cutlery Then disappeared again to go get the cutlery Again not bothered Leaving the warm chocolate brownie not longer warm!!!!! So unfortunately for all of us it’s was a bad experience And an expensive lesson at £230 sterling which may be a drop in the ocean for some but I’ll pay what ever for quality hence my review 3 Emails sent one being the Sunday or a few days after the day after our table to management reply from Stephania Was- “ I’m looking into it” To this day there’s been no reply I would advise OKO to spend more money on training your staff it will get you repeat business from good paying customers who enjoy your food not the venue The videography you post of you restaurant looks amazing so drawing people into the restaurant is working But my points above I’ve heard a twice since my visit If I’d heard before may I still would if tried you guys But proofs in the pudding!! And your pudding unfortunately is not cutting it at the level your promoting it I Give credit where it’s due like my previous reviews A £230 meal in birmingham I. this climate is not a meal you will have every week It was a birthday celebration, so a treat for someone that doesn’t really go out so when you do and experience such low quality service and food it’s very annoying Then to be left hanging with out apology I think others should down there hard earn money else where
