Useless & Unreliable
Was really looking forward to dining here for my son’s 21st birthday to the point we had arranged our trip from Scotland around the experience. We booked the table on the 5th February as soon as we could for 5.30 on the 5h March. Received multiple emails asking us to confirm we were still attending and responded yes to them all almost instantly.Arrived in New York yesterday to an email less than 24 hours from the booking time telling us that the reservation was cancelled and no further information. Tried to call and just kept getting answer machine.Left message and no response. Absolutely gutted, but just wanted to warn in case it ruined someone else’s trip.

A complete disaster from start to finish. First, they can't even spell 'your' correctly on their restaurant week menu. Then, less than 18 hours before, we receive a cryptic and curt OpenTable message for our PREPAID $152 reservation that they were pushing it back 30 minutes without our consent and even the courtesy of a phone call to explore options together. They ghosted us and didn't answer their phone or return our emails. They blamed weather despite the OpenTable experience mentioning nothing about that possibility, yet we arrived on time to still being zero visibility yet were refused a refund of any sort. They never honored our reservation despite never actually changing ot. We arrived to some of the nastiest and most disorganized staff (and frankly the most overstaffed establishment) we've ever encountered. The front desk insisted on touching our phone just to let us in, and then there was no guidance on where to go once past security. The intro video presentation malfunctioned twice. We were then nickel & dimed for drinks with more unmentioned but automatic gratuity. The food was overpriced and bland, and the service very awkward. Our table wobbled and was somehow packed too close to adjacent ones despite plenty of empty tables.

Del ious food, very attentive waitress Nikki who move us to a nicer spot within the restaurant after hearing it was mine and my parents last night in New York. Stunning views of New York at night

Be the first to ReplyGreat food, service and atmosphere!
I booked a group of 10 people here for a corporate dinner. I had read mixed reviews about food and service and am very happy to say that we had an amazing experience. The food was creative and so flavorful. The tempura cauliflower was phenomenal. Our table was right by the window with a notable view. We plan to return with our group again next year!

What can I say other than wow! Myself and my wife had booked the Premium View Dining Experience as part of our visit to the Observatory and on our 5th wedding anniversary. I reached out to the staff prior to our visit and the observatory general manager, Michael, came back to me to see if there was anything special that he could do for us. He helped arrange what can only be described as the best seats for watching the sunset and also a nice touch with our desserts. On arrival, we were presented with a complementary glass of wine to celebrate. Our host Nikki, was absolutely amazing throughout evening and her service was second to none. I started with the mussels and my wife went for the prosciutto flatbread. Both portions were very ample and the mussels, with the coconut saffron broth was great. My wife really enjoyed her starter and even let me try a small bit. It was very nice too. For mains, I’d opted for a medium NY strip steak and the better half chose the butacini. The steak was amazing. Cooked to perfection and melt in the mouth. The butacini was advised as very nice. We had pommes frites and Chinese broccoli as sides and both were really nice. To finish I had sticky toffee pudding and my wife, ice cream. Both were topped with a chocolate starting “Happy Anniversary”. A top class conclusion to a top class meal. The portions were large and Nikki did advise us of that! Food is the way to a man’s heart and it certainly has me! For drinks, I started with a cocktail-Tribeca, which was nice and then had a beer flight of some local and international beers. My wife started with the Soho Mule and then had the Uptown Martini. Finally, having mentioned it was our anniversary, both Michael and Kennedy, the restaurant manager, introduced themselves and wished us a very happy anniversary. From start to finish 100% perfection. If you’re in New York and bypass this place, you’ve made a mistake.
Be the first to ReplyOk VIP tour, let down by terrible restaurant.
We took the "VIP" tour, which included a fixed price menu on the restaurant. You had to book this using a Mastercard. Tour was OK, but mainly consisted of an explanation of real Estate in the area. Restaurant was a different matter. We got there and they had no record of our ticket so it took a manager and several calls to guest services to get us seats. We were then given the usual priced menus instead of the pre ipaid menu, which turned out to be the same just with the prices removed. Food arrived quickly, but was poor. We've dined in many "high" restaurants (Eiffel tower, CN tower, Skylon the shard etc.. ) this was by far the worst. Staff were great, but One World Trade needs to do much better and offer better than street cafe standard.

Haque was very sweet, helpful and attentive during our visit. My spouse and I decided to dine at ONE for our 9th Anniversary. Although the views and food was amazing, it was quite a struggle getting up to the 101st floor. I could bore you with the story, but to be honest, I don't want to relive the hassle. Just know that if you book your visit to ONE Dine on a windy day/evening, there is a BIG chance that the elevators will shut down (automatic safety feature) and your reservation WILL be canceled. Luckily we decided to hang around for over an hour, hoping the elevators would turn back on, along with 8 other people who had their reservations canceled (last minute) as well, and it paid off. The experience is costly, and you get more than one person can eat at a sitting. It was sure an experience!

We booked the All inclusive dinner package after reading some reviews on here and it did not disappoint. The views from Onedine and the observation deck are stunning. The price we paid included 2x drinks per person, a starter, main, side and dessert each and all of it was delicious and portions were huge. We got the calamari to start, steak main, sumac potatoes, fries.and for dessert we had the apple strudel and chocolate lava cake. Everything was fantastic including the service we received from Nicha and Rahman who couldn't do enough for us.

Haque made our experience memorable to be sure! Excellent service & awesome attention. Food is “top of the world”! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Be the first to ReplyAnniversary getaway!
My husband and I decided to go to NYC for an Anniversary getaway, so glad we did! We did the Observatory tour (absolutely beautiful view of the city), followed by drinks and dessert in the restaurant (where we continued to enjoy the amazing view)! The restaurant staff was super friendly, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the company of our bartenders Matt and Kenyell, who made amazing cocktails! Supervisor, Josephina also made it a point to greet us and wish us a happy Anniversary! I highly recommend for anyone who loves a beautiful view, great drinks and friendly staff!!

Insane view of course. Special spot for a dinner. And Nicole took great care of us. This would be an impressive date space.

We booked a standard ticket and on arrival headed for the bar/restaurant. We didn’t want food but stayed for 3 hours and has a few (quite a few) drinks. We were a party of 3 and whilst bar guests are seated at the bar we were allowed to sit at the stool seats by the windows with a stunning view. The restaurant was quiet so don’t expect the same. Lovely wine choices available and our server Stephane were just great. She was marvellous with my elderly mother and really looked after us. A very memorable afternoon and the highlight of our trip to NYC. The food looked good and had we not eaten we would have taken a table.
Be the first to ReplyUnexpectedly brilliant food
A real tourist trap, we were expecting incredible views (and got them) but an underwhelming dining experience. The food was divine and the serving team brilliant, my wife loves a very dry pale provence rose. None to be found on the menu and we ordered the closest we could fine but the waiter asked us to wait and disappeared for 5 minutes and found exactly what we wanted (off menu) Went at dusk so got to eat in daylight and dark. An unforgettable experience.
Be the first to ReplyI was Born and raised in New York City without a doubt the best view in the city.
I will do it again. Sunset was unreal. The bar in the last floor has the best cocktails I’ve in my entire life and I met the sweetest and the nicest Caribbean host ever. She had this cute smile and accent. She was very attentive and polite while I was waiting to be seated at the bar. In general friendly staff I suggest to go during sunset time.
