Palette Cafe Abha Reviews from The Last Year
Their Ambiance is Very Good, their Food is also good.
The staff is pretty helpful and understanding. I would recommend this restaurant anytime of the day to anyone.
Everything about this place is top notch.
The service is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The food and drinks are stellar. The cocktails are all hand crafted, fresh and delicious. They also have amazing non-alcoholic options, too. The N/A Honeybuch Tonic mock tail is my favorite. The food is so flavorful and tasty. I would eat it everyday if I could. There are so many options, so I need to come back and try more new things! Chai Pani's ambiance is so cute and inviting. The vibes are so positive, it's full of color and life. I love it. I wish I could live there, honestly. Go! Bring friends! Bring anyone! Bring a stranger! You'll be sure to leave happy and joyful.

Food is always fresh and delicious and the bartenders are phenomenal! New creative cocktails are always on their menu. Perfect atmosphere for a chill dinner!
Finally brought my family here and we thoroughly enjoyed
Finally brought my family here and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. There was a wait and we got some pani puri, which they were making fresh while we were waiting. We also had a few mocktails as well. Once we got to the table we tried the okra fried which was nice and crunchy and somasa chaat which was bursting with flavor. For the main dishes we had the uttapam, Kathi roll, and butter chicken. All very flavorful and rich! Such a staple restaurant in Atl!
I was curious to try Chai Pani because it's Michelin
I was curious to try Chai Pani because it's Michelin recommended and overall I would say the experience was good. I got the SPDP and the Samosa Chaat. These two dishes are some of my favorite Indian dishes of all time so I have tried many versions. The food was definitely good but, I also think it was slightly overpriced. If you are looking for an introduction into Indian food, this is definitely the place. The service was good as well. Overall the ambiance is amazing, but there were a few photos up that felt a little off to me. In general, I would definitely recommend this place for a nice night out!

I have had some really good Indian food, but this was the best by far. The service was relatively quick for the amount of people there and the waiter I had was very polite. For appetizers I got the Kale pakora, and the chili chicken. Both were phenomenal. For the entree I got the Butter chicken which was creamy and cooked perfectly. To wash everything down I ordered an Indian classic, a mango lassi. Overall I am definitely coming back to this comfort food.
In my next stop on the Michelin adventure, I found myself
In my next stop on the Michelin adventure, I found myself at Chai Pani on a Tuesday evening. I was surprised to see it already quite full, and when I left it was more busy. Parking: It's in Downtown Decatur so parking can be tricky, but I was able to park on a nearby residential street next to an apartment building without getting towed - just pay attention to the "No Parking" signs on some of them! Service: I sat at the bar, and was the only patron at the bar during the duration of my meal, so I chatted with Chloe C. my server and she was very attentive. Food was also delivered fast. Food/Drink: I tried a little bit of everything. The chai latte wasn't exceptional but it also wasn't bad. If you're looking for your typical Michelin restaurant "flavor explosion" item, that would be the SPDP. It was definitely my favorite dish. The pakoras were better than the ones I've tried from Tabla, but the fried element is still too heavy for me. The chilli chicken, like the chai latte, wasn't good nor bad. Finally, the paneer. It was perfectly chewy and ate well with the basmati rice you're provided. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would return to try the butter chicken and one of the uttapams. Well-deserved spot on the recommended list this year.
PATHETIC or EVEN WORSE
You enter the restaurant which has five tables available on a deck, yet no one to assist. Post locating your manager who is not available some staff is super confused at ZINI restaurant who are not able to assist with table at 10pm. When asked for a table which are already empty they say it's reserved with no clarity on who's coming. Further to this they say we are low on staff and you may place order would take time even before ordering. Rest is history, please spread a work and train your people. I was always fond of your place but sad it's gone down to DOG'S. Hope your team takes this up or one more comment whom you will surely TURN A BLIND EYE too for sure GOD HELP You for sure
Love this place.
One of my favorite Indian spots in town. Many good dishes, but the fish sandwich is my go-to.
Amazing food.
Amazing staff. Once it got dark outside they lowered the lights and it was so cozy in there! My favorite on their menu is the Pav Bhaji and Honey bush Tonic. They have a full bar with so many fun cocktails and our server let us know they have a Michelin recommendation! 10/10
I really like the food.
It's like a quick snack place. The place looks really good on the inside and outside.
The extension branch of the very famous chai paani in
The extension branch of the very famous chai paani in Ashville is here in the heart of Atlanta in Decatur! I visited this place about 6 months ago and I must say Chai Paani (which literally translates to tea and water in English), is not the best thing here - Its the ambiance :) Here is my review of my visit of this famed location a) Ambiance 5/5: Great decor with outdoor seating. The outside looks like an Indian marriage hall with all the decorations. The inside reminds you of numerous roadside small diners when on a road trip across India. So in all, full marks for creating that nostalgic road diner vibe. b) Service 5/5: Even though the place was brimming with customers, the service was quick and we liked that everyone was helpful in explaining the food and suggesting things based on your liking and spice tolerance c) Food 4/5: I was a little disappointed just because of how hyped this place was. Overall, the taste was great but didn't have the wow factor which I had heard so much about. Here is the summary of the food we had 1. SPDP: Not as good as the Indian original but very close replica and great for people who want to try it here. As they say, there is an explosion of taste with every bite of this. 2. Bhel Puri: I like the bhel puri but although the quantity was huge, it came a little moist which is not what am used to. Also, the combination of flavors was a little underwhelming and was on a sweeter note. 3. Keema Pav: Although my wife wanted Vada pav, I insisted on this on the server's suggestion but we didn't like it. It was minced meat but I didn't like the flavor. 4. Pani Puri: The pain puri stall at the entrance is a great addition while you wait in line. 5) Chai and lime soda: Chai was great but there was only a couple of flavor available. Also, I really like the lime soda d) Value for Money 4.5/5: The prices are not too heavy on the pocket and you still get to experience Indian street food which is a bargain for me Overall, this is a great place to re-live the Indian vibe but some of the food taste feels a little modified for the American taste buds. I would definitely want to try this again. PS: 1) When I went, they did not take reservations and we had to wait about 35-40 minutes in line to get our names and get a place. So get ready to wait, especially on weekends 2) The parking is also limited so get ready to drive around for parking. 3) They have a large vegetarian selection Recommendations: The SPDP and pain puri were great The chai was good Overall, recommended!
Chai Pani is just delicious Indian food.
The butter chicken is incredible and has an amazing flavor and the naan is so good. The rice is a little bland but all the stuff on top helps with that. Definitely a place worth checking out for super delicious food. I can't wait to go back and try some other options. The parking lot is tiny and gets crowded fast and the wait can be long for takeout orders but I think it's worth it.
Always consistently great service and flavors! For
Always consistently great service and flavors! For drinks, I got The Pani which was a nice smooth, mild drink. My husband got the Blind Tiger which wasn't up our alley because the cherry flavor was too strong. Our friends got the mango lassi which was amazing. For entree, I got the mixed vegetable uttapam. Great flavor and soooo filling, so much food. I love it so much. Husband got butter chicken which was also delicious with the chapati instead of naan which was a great choice paired with the richness of the butter chicken since it's lighter. Best part of Chai Pani is how even if there's a wait, you can enjoy puri Pani and cocktails in the lobby. I love how there's something to tide you over at places that don't take reservations.
Run don't walk to the Chai Pani lunch buffet! $15 + tip
Run don't walk to the Chai Pani lunch buffet! $15 + tip will get ya the most epic Indian food in Atlanta. It includes hot chai (yum!) for a drink and lots of vegetarian, some meat, and gluten free options on the line. They also have an option to get the buffet to go which I think is a few dollars less and you can stuff that box full of delicacies. We are obsessed with the fast casual concept from this group in Ponce City Market but NOTHING comes close to the bang for your buck that you get from this epic lunch buffet... just wish they had the SPDP. Truly the only negative part of this experience is the hellish parking lot which is abnormally tiny and awkward- so make sure to carpool or park on the side street.
I absolutely love this place so much! I never thought I
I absolutely love this place so much! I never thought I liked Indian food until I came here. They have a lunch buffet so you're able to try a little bit of everything and man, let me tell you, it's all so incredibly good!! It's $15 for the buffet and most of the dishes are vegetarian! Everyone there is very sweet. They just recently redid their outdoor patio and it is gorgeous! Highly recommend!!
Food, ambience, drinks, and service are all 10s! Literally
Food, ambience, drinks, and service are all 10s! Literally have been here 3 times in 2 weeks cuz I love it so much and food options my daughter loved for a picky eater
Love this place.
Gorgeous interior, amazing Indian inspired drinks, and classic Indian street food. There was about a 40 min wait when I went on a Friday evening, but we were encouraged to get a drink from the bar and order pani puri at the stand in the lobby! What a nice touch to make the wait more enjoyable, and it ended up only being about 20 mins. I always order samosa chaat for the table. I recommend splitting a few street food dishes or daal, the butter chicken is just okay.

We loved this Indian restaurant! Lots of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. The matchstick okra fries are amazing! Light, crispy, seasoned, and delicious. This was my first time trying butter chicken, and I loved it! The parking area is small and fills up fast but there are parking options nearby. According to the website, Sharian Rugs, a couple doors down, allows for guest parking after 5:30 pm in their lot as well. The only negative is that it can be hard to hear your dinner companions over the noise of the restaurant. Some curtains, rugs, etc. might help. Overall, a really great experience!
All the food at Chai Pani is delicious and the bar program
All the food at Chai Pani is delicious and the bar program is spectacular, they need a Michelin star instead of just a Michelin recommendation. Best service in Decatur.
I hadn't been to Chai Pani in years, but next time, I won't
I hadn't been to Chai Pani in years, but next time, I won't wait as long! We had a party of 3 for dinner at 7:30 pm on Monday, 2/5/24. There were parking spots available in the small parking lot because it was a Monday. According to their website, "there is parking available in the lot surrounding our building. There is also street parking available. After 5:30PM, Sharian Rugs, a couple doors down, allows for guest parking in their lot as well." The outside is beautifully and ornately decorated. Very fun vibes! Erin was our waitress and she was wonderful! We split 3 entrees, all vegetarian, listed in order of my preference: - Samosa Chaat ($10.99): This was my favorite. So flavorful. So good. - Gobi 65 ($11.99): The cauliflower was so perfectly crispy. Delicious! - Disco Bhel ($9.99): Good! We also got the Iced Chai ($3.49 with free refills!) and Mango Lassi ($5). Both were very good! Highly recommend!! Can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!

Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
