🤮 1/5 - Have to admit I was appauled by the treatment of employees

Have to admit I was appauled by the treatment of employees at Parm. While there multiple employees cried openly due to the severe stress as DoorDashers stole food not belonging to them and dumped it on the street. I was unlucky enough to step in some. The people working there went above and beyond to help me after this and thanked me when I apologized for the way the dashers were treating them simply because nobody at fault would apologize but I am rating this restaurant low because clearly they are being treated like trash for plain Italian American food. It was ok, totally, but this is good you can make at home. Save your money and go to Nonnas, Lenny's, Spumoni Gardens, Serafina's, Lexington Pizza Parlor or any place off the street in Bensonhurt or learn to make Penne Vodka at home if you love their Rigatoni. Believe me it's not hard to make at home with marinara, chili flakes and heavy cream. You will get the same thing at the same price for larger proportions without seeing the cooks and security team pushed to tears and sobs. Maybe it was the day of the week but at the very least I wouldn't want to return to this location on a Sunday. And to the bosses running this place it is not difficult to shut off DoorDash, which I'm sure you're aware but have more interest in lining ur pockets. Treat your employees like human beings and your guests. Photo is of my brand new boot after employees helped me clean up. Thank you to the lovely workers here and I hope your employer learns your worth
