Good quality with many choices
We had made reservations on Open Table, but somehow they did not show up in the reservation list. The receptionist was very nice and still seated us at the reservation time. Duck egg rolls were delicious. Singapore noodles were nice and spicy, but not too much so. Sesame seed chicken was OK -- nothing special -- but good quality. Would recommend and go again. Strange that by 8:30 the place empty.....

the Red Hat Mamas went here for one members' birthday. We had 2 great servers who took good care of the table. We did get separate checks (a plus for group) and pix were taken.

We have eaten over the years all over the country at Pf Chnags. String bean were justify. The eggplant dish lacked flavor and was overly sweet. Low main was fine too, Buddha bowl had way too much broccoli and lacked flavor even though it was stir fried, TheTofu in the bowl was flavorless and scrape..
Be the first to ReplyMy mother-in-laws favorite
This is the go to if my mother-in-law is involved. if you’re going on New Year’s Eve plan ahead they’re very busy the food is always excellent. The Mongolian beef is amazing I usually get a chicken or shrimp dish the lettuce wraps or a standard you owe it to yourself to get them. Their soups are really really good too.
Be the first to ReplyThat CAKE!
We had dinner delivered from PF Chang’s. It arrived timely, well packed (including a bag of ice with the ice cream that came with our dessert). As always, the lettuce wraps were great (even though it was all iceberg lettuce). The sweet and sour chicken was okay but the Mongolian beef and honey shrimp were fantastic. BUT the Great Wall of Chocolate cake stole the show! Moist cake with the fluffiest frosting. Outstanding. And so big that three of split one piece and were all totally satisfied.

Excellent late afternoon dining. Met relatives for a impromptu "reunion " and fine meal. While several entrees were ordered, I had the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. What can I say, it was delicious!! I tried the Peppersteak my cousin ordered, and I tried the Chicken Wraps another cousin had. All the dishes were piping hot and generous portions. The service was a little slow, but the restaurant was busy and it was to be expected.
Be the first to ReplyLove happy hour
If you go before 6PM there is a happy hour menu not only with drinks but with appetizers. I met two friends there and had one of the best glasses of wine and a bunch of appetizers. I loved the crispy green beans and the shrimp dumplings, however I did not care for the egg rolls and would not order them again.

This was the first time I have ever been to PF Chang's has I am not real big on eating Chinese food. Let me just say that it was actually quite good, even I was surprised. Our waiter was great at recommending what I might like.
Be the first to ReplyNo happy 38th anniversary here
Went to dinner for our 38th wedding anniversary and should’ve spent our unemployment money somewhere else Drink menu was not available on virtual page downloaded when we came in, server kept making excuses why we couldn’t get the one he promised, but found one for a table of girls nearby. We ordered from what he could remember off the top of his head.... he didn’t remember much Food was good, but anniversary info was given with reservation and not even a mention to our milestone let alone an extra fortune cookie. We are both making only the minimum unemployment and could’ve gone anywhere to celebrate but we chose Chang’s and will find someone worthy of the occasion next year Do yourselves a favor, try someplace else!
Be the first to ReplyWe used to like this place but disappointing for fathers day
This particular PF Changs has been a family favorite for special occasions for many years. Normally there is always a long line and they make us wait even with reservations. Very nice interior design but in recent years they have taken a few things out to make it not as nice. this fathers day restaurants are seating every other table. So we figured no lines. We made a reservation and were seated in a few minutes. We cam in about 3Pm so we ended up in the midst of the shift change. When we were being seated the occupied table nearest us sent someone to find the waiter to get something. A bad first sign. One would think that with 1/2 the number of customers service would be superb. But it was not to be. Our waiter took our order and others brought it out. Before the shift change the waiter never came back on his own. The person at my table facing the kitchen door had to flag him down because she was given a dirty plate. (nice touch with covid going around) It looked like the two tables near the kitchen door were getting good service and the other tables not so much. Since the people who bring the food don't know what you said to the waiter they didn't know that they forgot something and since the waiter never came back we had to wait until he came to tell us that he was turning us over to the second waiter on the next shift to ask where the missing item was. By this time the meal was almost done. We ordered an appetizer with our drinks and they didn't bring the appetizer out until the meal came. It was the lettuce wraps. Seems like this appetizer is an upselling thing like ordering more tortillas at a Mexican restaurant. almost every time in the past the lettuce leaves are short and you need to order more. This time the bowl of filling was mostly the tasteless with crunchies that is under the filling. So not much filling and still not enough leaves. We also ordered family style and they forgot to bring individual plates. (as noted above then 1 plate came noticeably dirty) . One of the shared plates had shrimp as an ingredient and we found two shrimps that were not properly shelled. I saw someone who looked like a manager but he never checked on our table either. Over recent years we have noticed a steady deterioration of the service and meal sizes. our meal for 3 ran $70. Before the first waiter left I heard him telling a table that he gave good service to that they pool their tips so 'no need to worry' about making sure he got his money before departing. this is evidently a mistake because the second waiter did ok... too late because we had already eaten and got dirty plate and unshelled shrimp and late short appetizer before he arrived. I would have said something to the manager but he was nowhere to be found as we departed. Somebody there is trying to squeeze profitability to hard (or reduce losses) at the expense of service and food. and it started long before covid. Perhaps next time we feel like this place for a special occasion we will try a different franchise?
