Pizzeria Concettina ai Tre Santi Napoli Reviews from The Last Year
Unexpected presentation of classic cooking - with weirdly playful names to match!
Upon arrival I might well have dismissed this as a tourist destination due to the obviously unabashed Theatre Of It All -- had it not been for the devoted & consistent line-up of local's who clearly LOVE this place ..& wait in a long queue outside seemingly for AGES! Our hotel suggested we try here ..& notwithstanding the unashamed playfulness of renaming / representing basic Italian foods .. what is finally delivered on plate IS very nice indeed ! Of course theatre must come at a price ..& so many would wince at an E 18 pizza !!! >. but we had a great time & a most enjoyable night out dining here ! Friendly & reliable table service backs up good kitchen work..this is always a great team, eh!
Overrated!
Friendly staff but a little too pushy... they probably had to vacate the table quickly... the pizza was good but certainly too expensive... there are places where you can eat much better for less We went there because it was very popular but I don't think I'll be back!
DISAPPOINTMENT
The increases of recent times are fine but a margherita pizza in Naples for 12 euros is crazy. 75 cl mineral water €5 44 cl beer. 7 euros covered (which isn't there) €3. Tasteless pizza. Friendly staff but not worth it. Never again for us.
We're not in London
Pizzeria Visited out of curiosity. Good welcome. Good pizzas. Poor menu. Prices a little above the norm, perhaps even too much. I will not return.
Negative experience
I had been there years ago and had a good time. I was two nights ago and I must say the place has changed but not for the better. Fast service but four waiters are breathing down your neck as soon as you finish they take your plate away even if the person with you hasn't finished yet. They keep turning and looking at you, hurrying you. Food: let's talk about it…. Average pizza but exorbitant costs, two pizzas, a beer and a bottle of water, 57 euros, I don't spend them in Milan for the same things. Never again a theft. The following evening in another pizzeria I ate the same things for 42 euros. And they offered coffee and limoncello. Never again.
Big disappointment.
Sticky pizza dough, tasteless, tasteless. Salad with 4 pieces of oranges and a few pomegranate seeds for 15 euros. It saves the friendly staff but otherwise it's not worth it. Such a pity.
…don't worry about them but look and pass by! Someone said…
I stopped to read the reviews of this very famous pizzeria, we can say and write everything and the opposite of everything, but when a pizzeria develops a 6-figure business... it's still right! Let's get to pizza, I happened to eat it three times on occasions quite distant from each other, if the first one satisfied me but didn't impress me, I noticed a growth with the second experience, but it's the third one that surprised me due to the level quality achieved! Perfect dough, impeccably cooked, tomatoes that seemed freshly picked, tasty fior di latte with perfect consistency, fresh basil after cooking! Margherita 10 with honors! Even the Marinara was no exception, I was afraid of not digesting the oregano shower, but instead I didn't have any side effects that pizza could cause! No thirst, no digestion difficulties, both really light! Let's come to the prices: starting from the premise that I was a guest so I didn't pay, but I was aware of the price of the pizzas, everyone who criticizes the price on this app should know it, if they are technological enough to write here then they can check the price before attending a place where they can't stomach the bill any more than the Pizza! For the quality of the pizzas, for the products, for the attentive service... I would even pay 24 euros for a margherita like this! But what can we do... there are people who pay 9 euros for a Mac Donald sandwich because Joe Bastianich signed it!!! Go there and let us dream with the Oliva Family's pizza!
Don’t miss this Naples style pizza experience
Recommended by our B and B hosts. Centrally located, charming, attentive staff. Naples style pizza. Had the Margherita, which was piping hot with fresh basil and added olive oil. Our table neighbors recommended a cold roasted pepper salad that went well with the pizza. Great introduction to Naples food. House wine was mediocre, but drinkable and the bottles were expensive. All in all, a nice way to start our Napoltano adventure.
Plenty of seating inside, the restaurant was a all indoor
Plenty of seating inside, the restaurant was a all indoor so the ac was on and it was a nice reprieve from the 90 degree weather outside. When we asked to be seated they asked us if we had reservations, so maybe we were lucky to be able to be seated immediately with out a reservation. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. Which was surprising for it being a Michelin star restaurant. The cheese filled zucchini's flower was good. There was way more cheese filling inside than expected. I wish there was a bit more flower and a little less cheese to even out the flavor. Otherwise the batter that was used was very light and crispy. For our main we got the Concettina pizza. On the menu it said every third would be a different flavor, so I was surprised when a whole pizza didn't come out. Instead 6/8th of a pizza came out with each two slice set having different toppings. The dough was deliciously fire oven roasted and had a nice flavor and chewy texture. The food was delicious but a bit overpriced for what it was. Right next door there was a take away window for this restaurant and you could save 11 euro on that exact same pizza if you ordered To-go.
We are progressing through a gluten free pizza in Naples
We are progressing through a gluten free pizza in Naples day. This was our first stop and boy was it wonderful! We had a pizza with lemon and no one ingredient over powered another. It was wonderful! We watched as every plate brought to every table had a special finishing touch delivered by the staff (including our own). The service was observant but not pushy. Wonderful experience.
Lovely atmosphere, great service and DELICIOUS pizza.
The anchovy and green pepper pizzas were our favorite, and the 2017 Brunello was really special.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

When it says working on bid, it means there are people looking to fill it.
