Prezza Boston Reviews from The Last Year
All-around excellent
We had a lovely dinner. The food was excellent and the portions generous for a hi end restaurant. The grilled squid/octopus w white beans and tomatoes appetizer was otherworldly. The halibut w polenta entree was excellent, as was my first saltimbocca. The dessert was also excellent: the Pistachio Sundae. A note about the service: midway thru my entree I sloshed some red wine on the table. Within 90 seconds Efriam had us set up at a nearby table. Very classy.
Amazing food and drinks would recommend it to anybody

Perfect!
Absolutely fabulously delicious! Our hotel Yacht Haven concierge recommended this place and it certainly did not disappoint. Thank you so much Mo for recommending this place. It was the perfect place to end our last night in Boston.
Liz was our Barmaid/waitress.
Very personable And efficient. Sat at bar on a Sat nite around 5 pm. Perfect time to get a seat ...we had reservations at 530 but rather sit at bar if possible. It's where all the action is along with a few TVs to watch the Sox game. Apps were meatballs in a very good marinara sauce along with mussels in a spicy marinara sauce laced with chorizo. Yum. The soft chunks of bread cane with and olive oil dip with actual green olives in it. I personally like butter. Entrees were a huge thick portion of chicken Parm on homemade pasta with a great marinara .... I got the shrimp Fra diavolo. Awesome over homemade pasta and a very good tasting marinara . The girls split a tenderloin with mashed and say it was delish. Overall a good experience on Fleet st. We like trying different places in North end and this one ranks up as one of the top of my list .
Phenomenal service and food!
Fantastic food, service and atmosphere! Great experience! Our server was top notch, along with the whole staff. She made sure we were enjoying our meal and kept the delicious Gavi wine glasses full to complement the octopus and squid appetizer. I enjoyed the fish stew , while the rest of the table raved about their halibut. The cookies dessert was a nice complement to a graduation celebration!
surprised it's rated as high as it is.
stuffy atmosphere and food mediocre at best. my pasta tasted like movie theatre popcorn. it had so much butter I couldn't taste anything else. rest of our meals were ok but not worth the price. server barely said 2 words the entire night. I think you can find better in the area.
Best pork chop ever.
Best pork chop I’ve ever had in my life! The green pea ravioli was also divine. And the bread pudding was out of this world. We had a wonderful dinner at a reasonable price.
We were trying to get a reservation for 2 on a Wednesday
We were trying to get a reservation for 2 on a Wednesday but it was a 1.5 hour wait at Carmelina's so a guy in line ahead of us told us to check this place out. Down the street and to the right in a small alley/street. Nice ambiance, not too noisy to chat with others. Our server was so thoughtful and split our apps (octopus and soft shell crab), tuna tartare, and was super attentive. I would highly recommend. I usually go to Giacomo's but this will be in my regulars.
Last night, went to Prezza for the first time.
Was excited because I love its sister restaurants,Tonno Gloucester and Tonno Wakefield. Short walk from North Station and the Garden! Beautiful restaurant! The staff are superb! Polite and friendly and on point! We had the meatballs, tuna crudo, and crispy shrimp for appetizers. Fabulous! No pictures. We ate them too quickly. For dinner, we ordered crispy pork, tomahawk veal chop and tagliatelle Bolognese. So good! For desserts we had flourless chocolate cake and a special bread pudding in whiskey sauce! Great restaurant for a date or a chance to catch up. Tables are not on Top of each other and restaurant is quiet compared to other great North End spots!
The restaurant has valet across the street.
So if you're driving a Ferrari or exotic car you can park it yourself. Now the gate closes after 12 AM. So going for a drink later you're going to be locked in there. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The prices a logical now a days. The appetizers are the best thing on the menu. But the main courses we got the branzino and spaghetti clams. Was not impressed or wowed. They state the make fresh pasta home made. Let me tell you how my spaghetti was. It was premade refrigerated and then boiled up for a few seconds to re heat and put on my plate. And it was all sticky together and not loose. The branzino did not seem fresh. Was not flaky and tasty. Most likely frozen and it was filet. Not whole. The expresso martini was not good at all, do not recommend. To sweet. Service though was excellent and extensive wine list. This is a great place to go after work and sit at the bar and grab appetizers. That's what I recommend. I will not be going back here. They get 3 stars and not 2. Because it was not that bad the food. But not what I expected a restaurant off Hanover street to be. Usually those ones in north end they blow your mind away with mom and grandmas in the kitchen. This doesn't. Me saying if I will go back or not says allot. That's how I review i restaurant. Will not be going back.
I have been going to this restaurant for 20+ years.
Never fails to impress. Service food ambiance spot on.
ULTIMATE ITALIAN CUISINE, AMBIANCE & SERVICE
Recommended by our Cape Cod neighbors, we were excited to dine here in the North End! Warm welcome, perfect table and friendly servers. First, our server Ron was amazing ... perfectly cadenced serving of gorgeous appetizers and entrees. We ordered "Ravioli di Uovo" and for mains, we ordered the crispy pork chop and Stracciatella Soup. Both were amazing, as was the perfectly cadenced serving! Ron was an excellent waiter and was friendly and knowledgeable. We greatly enjoyed the ambiance, cuisine and service. One of the best North End dining spots we have ever tried! Highly recommend!
Bruh. Gyyattt damn this place is the tits. From the duck
Bruh. Gyyattt damn this place is the tits. From the duck prosciutto to the venison loin.....you just can't miss. One of the north end's best.
Cute spot.
Great service. Overall good food. Here's the food review: Arugula salad- awesome. Just as expected. Shrimp- I wouldn't have described as shrimp but rather as jumbo prawns. Probably because not what we were expecting, so meh. Garlic bread- my companions loved it. I thought it was good. Gnocchi- wonderful! The gnocchi itself v the serving was smaller than expected but imo made it better. Chestnut ravioli with pulled duck - different and delicious Sirloin and filets- cooked perfectly
Incredible food, great wine selection, and the service is
Incredible food, great wine selection, and the service is the best! Order multiple meatball appetizers - best ever!
If you are looking for a place for dinner keep walking.
We had reservations. Arrived on time. Seated then totally ignored. Waiters etc walked by our table many many times and acted as were invisible. We tried to flag down anyone only to have the waiters not even make eye contact. After waiting 20 minutes for even some water we walked out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! There are plenty of super friendly Italian restaurants in Boston. This one is not.
Judgmental attitude
We arrived at the restaurant and told the hostess that we didn’t have a reservation it was 7:45 pm and there was no one waiting and plenty of table available. She was a bit confusing telling us to wait at the bar because she was going to talk to the manager to see if she could take clients in. We waited and she never came to say anything so we left. We felt like she didn’t want to get us in. Strange because I been there before and I was the one inviting my friends to go there Tonight. I felt very uncomfortable like if we were judged by looks or ethnicity.
Rude waiter ruined lovely restaurant experience
I have never written a restaurant review but feel compelled. The food at Prezza was especially flavorful and exactly what you would expect for the price point. The ambience is lovely. The server was a jerk for no reason that I can fathom so will not recommend or return. (We were polite and understated and hopefully needless to say appropriately dressed. I ordered a glass of wine as did my friend and husband. We also ordered many different dishes.).
Vegetarians not welcome
Not a single vegetarian meal on the menu. Even every pasta dish has meat. They had a special with no meat, which was very good, and thus 3 stars rather than 1. But it’s not hard to have a pasta dish or two on the menu without meat, even if you’re not going to have a non-pasta vegetarian option.
great elevated food and wonderful dining experience
very nice contemporary dining room with artwork on the walls. subdued lighting add to the ambience. all the people were friendly and we had a great server. excellent wine selection and food choices. dishes were properly timed and everything was fantastic. we would eat here frequently if we lived in boston. one of the best meals of our trip

The name of the reservation should be on the listing that was transferred to your account when you purchased the reservation.
