Visit for the ocean view not to eat
This place is very well located and I recommend it for the view, the setting, immersion in the ocean with incredible views. On the other hand, calling it a “restaurant” is impossible for a French person! Mostly frozen food, chicken breaded with Archie breading cooked (almost burnt) and which is more abundant than the chicken (Cesar salad), Cesar sauce has only the name and not the taste, but that is nothing by in relation to the service which was provided at our table by a person who was as incompetent as possible. In short, go to this place for the eyes, not for your palate or the service. I also forgot, $12 each This place is very well located and I recommend it for the view, the setting, immersion in the ocean with incredible views. Be the first to ReplyGreat grouper sandwich!
Great restaurant. We sat on the pier over the water and it was an incredible view. Food was excellent. We ordered the grouper, which was amazing, pork nachos, and a ceasar salad. All was very good. Service was great. Jeremy was our server and did a great job. We did have to wait a LONG time to be seated but it was worth it. It was a little confusing how they seat people… once they had enough room for 30 people, then they let that amount come in. Seemed an odd way to seat people. It definitely caused the long line and people left because they didn’t want to keep waiting. It was worth it to us!
Be the first to ReplyTourist trap with bad food and terrible service
When we arrived, we asked a waitress if we seat ourselves or have to check in and she stated “use your eyes” and walked off. A couple right by us let us know we have to seat ourselves. We ordered the calamari, which tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved. We also ordered the sesame noodle bowl (decent) and the alligator sandwich (not good). The food was bad and the service was terrible. Save yourself the trip.
Be the first to ReplyDon’t order food here. I’ve had better food at McDonalds.
Overpriced food. All this place has going for it is the location. The food is awful and expensive. So many pigeons inside the bar. We ended up abandoning our food because there were so many pigeons inside trying to land on our food.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible service
We came to Rikki Tiki Tavern to celebrate the 4th of July and were very disappointed with our service. I (23) had ordered a cocktail and upon showing my UK driving license, I was rudely told that this form of ID was unacceptable, despite not having had any issues with other bars. Our waitress was incredibly blunt with us and seemed to go out of her way to feel unwelcome. After telling me that my ID wasn’t valid, she walked away with a smug look, and when we ordered a bowl of fries for the table she rolled her eyes at us. We left feeling very disappointed with our experience, which is a shame given the fantastic location of the venue.
Be the first to ReplyAvoid this place!!
Overpriced food and drink. Server had very bad attitude from the start and was quite rude. This place relies on the great location and doesn't seem to care about customers at all. Avoid!
Be the first to ReplyPerfect beach/ocean bar
Gina is the best bartender, fantastic views and great drinks. Great service all around, would definitely come back.
Be the first to ReplyLunch on the water
The restaurant is out over the water and very shady and breezy. I had the fish dip and jerk shrimp. Our server Katelyn was fantastic and made us feel right at home and not rushed. We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyGood food. Great view!
Sat overlooking the entire coastline. Had a great fish dip with tortilla chips for an appetizer, the jerk shrimp poke bowl, and a salad. The poke bowl was very tasty but really not worth the price. The fish dip with tortilla chip was excellent.
Be the first to ReplyMy New Favorite Place for Dinner in Cocoa Beach
My 13 year-old twins and I loved dining on this Pier. We started out under the main roof by the bar, and service was nice. For the rest of our stay in Cocoa, we ventured out to the end of the Pier at the Tavern. It can be chilly to cold out there with the evening breeze, especially after sunset, so bring a sweater, but well worth going. Staff was friendly, service was fast, food was delish. We ordered so many oysters that we were actually tired of them by the time our trip was over. The music was my FAVORITE - sounded like they were playing No Shoes Nation, but without any station identification, so probably just a comparable playlist that was PERFECT for the setting. You can see the reflection of most sunsets, which was an added perk. It's no where near the display of sunrise, but nice. We really loved this spot, and it was great to walk back to our condo.

Great Happy Hour. Drinks are fast, food is good, views are amazing! Great happy hour spot or spend the afternoon drinking in the sights.
Be the first to ReplyNothing special but an outside bar on a pier.
The thrill of it is sitting out on a pier. The negative is the menu is the same for all 3 restaurants on the pier and it it not anything special. Also very expensive.

What a pleasant surprise. We wanted to visit the cocoa beach pier and possibly have lunch. Friends told us great things. We went to the very end of the pier to the recently reopened Rikki Tiki Tavern. Drinks were great! Bartender was was also very friendly. Great views from the bar and tables. Best blackened grouper sandwich I had all week. The fries were uniquely different and delicious. My wife had the chicken tacos. Both were very tasty. Definitely would go back.

We were staying nearby and went a few times.. food looked good but our waitress was not great, it is loud, and really busy. good for a drink but thats it.
Be the first to ReplyPoor experience
Brits please be aware, we visited the beach bar on the 12.07.22 with my daughter who is 23. The waitress asked for her ID when we ordered a cocktail (which is fine as we expect this in Florida). They would not accept a British photo ID as proof of age although everywhere else this has been fine and after the Manger Brittany told us that this was not sufficient proof of ID even telling us the it was federal law and that a GB photo license was not acceptable, and we should have brought her passport (really to the beach) we were very much made to feel like second class citizens, please be aware.

We arrived at Rikki Tiki after a long bike ride and ordered some lemonades for the kids, aged 9 and 12, directly from the waitress. She asked if we wanted the lemonades served in coconut cups we said sure, and ordered two adult lemonades as well. When the bill came it was $81 US for 4 lemonades.. we found this to be expensive. Looking at the bill we were charged $23 per coconut cup, to take the cups home. We figured we didn’t need to take them home at that price and told the waitress we would leave the cups, thanks. She immediately said she would call the manager, without explaining any further. 5 minutes later the manager arrived WITH A SECURITY GUARD.. clearly with the intent to intimidate us. We said we didn’t want the cups. She said we had to pay for them. We said we didn’t know how much they were. She said it’s marked on the menu. We said we ordered directly from the waitress and not from the menu. She said too bad we are obligated to pay for them. The whole time the security guard is staring at us and the kids are clearly scared. We said what if we refuse to pay for the cups? The Guard said he would call the police! We couldn’t believe that this is how they would treat a nice family from Canada.. We said go ahead and call the police as we want to talk to them as well. This place is a racket. We paid the bill and made our way down the pier. The Security guard FOLLOWED us the whole time. When we stopped to look in a store he came into the store behind us and said we had to leave the pier. We asked why? We did nothing wrong. He continued to intimidate us and our kids. When we got to the bottom of the pier there was a police man waiting and the Security guard was pointing at us. The police man must be used to this place calling them for no real reason as he barely looked our way as we walked onto the beach and left the horrible experience behind us. The security guard kept pointing at us and talking to the police. This place is a black mark on cocoa beach. Do not waste your time or your money going there as it is a racket meant to take advantage of tourists and force overpriced drinks and merchandise down their throats. Not the way we treat customers in Canada and not anything like the rest of our experiences in cocoa beach

Double charged me and no response from emails. Hand over your card at your own peril. I'll leave it to my bank to sort out as these clowns have no idea...
Be the first to ReplyAbsolute rip off!
Absolute rip off! (pre) made plastic drinks at VERY inflated prices. (they even take WATER off you before entering, despite my needing water) Food was deep fried rubbish. Service everywhere else in Cocoa was excellent, here the staff could not care less. Entire place think YOU owe them a favour by being there. Do NOT bother, and take your custom where it is appreciated.
Be the first to ReplyNice Tikki bar, great calamari, but weak drinks
Food - Ordered the chowder fries, the fried calamari, and a the Miami vice. The chowder in the chowder fries was good, the fries were just ok because they were not as crispy as I like. The fried calamari was a standalone star, it was seasoned very well and flash fried, definitely a repeat purchase. The drink was weak, I saw the bartender literally splash the rum in the drink from my table, I meant to say something but it took so look to get our drinks that by the time they arrived I forgot. Service - the service was very lax Location - located at the end of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The location has a good size parking lot but you need to pay before 4PM Ambiance - very nice open air beach pier with reggae and soft rock playing
Be the first to ReplyWe found this place coincidentally. If you wanna enjoy the real feeling of the American way of live …. Here you’re right
Gorgeous place to hang out and enjoying live. Very calm very friendly, the food and cocktails are amazing. View right to the rocket launch.
Be the first to ReplyFresh tasting food, great location
Hot? They have cold drinks! Hungry? they have crunchy lunches! Bored? Great 360* views! We’d heard the Pier that has Rikki Tiki Tavern at the far end was great - DESPITE the $20 (!!) parking fee - and were in the mood to experience it of ourselves. History galore on the Space Coast. We, along with our adult son & d-i-l and our young grandson enjoyed sitting, talking, and enjoying our late lunch. There were several other restaurants along the pier as well as a couple of “gift shops” (but we walked on by). My fish and chips were HOT and CRISPY and couldn’t have been nicer with a local beer. Our d-i-l enjoyed tacos, and hubby and son had grouper sandwiches prepared - 1 fried, one grilled. (The hot dog was perfect l for our grandson.) Sitting at the end of the pier we enjoyed watching all the beach fun - boogie boards, almost-surfing, and scantily clad people (of all sizes) playing in the waves - but my favorite views were of the pelicans and our family. Overall I’d say Rikki Tiki was pretty much par for the course - a typical “beach bar” with good and tasty food. With the crowds, be prepared to wait for both drink, ordering, and food - but the service was absolutely with a smile.
Be the first to ReplyBest Mojito in Cocoa Beach
Absolute best Mojito in Cocoa Beach! Aside from expected tourist prices the little pier bar has been consistent for years with some of the best cocktails in the area.
Be the first to ReplyNice view but to many pigeons and droppings inside
View and breeze off the ocean were great. Pretty crowded bar and difficult to get a drink. Drinks are pretty weak, but tasty. Pigeons walking around inside with bird poop everywhere, not a great smelling place....we were going to order food but decided not to.
Be the first to ReplyExactly what we wanted on our beach vacation!
We enjoyed this bar so much that we went twice while we were on our four-day trip to Cocoa Beach. The first time we went it was just me, my husband, and our son. We sat at the bar and had a round of fruity, delicious tiki drinks. The bartenders were very busy due to it being Memorial Day weekend, but they were still attentive and service was prompt. Then we just enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. The next time we went, my brother and sister-in-law also joined us. We all sat at the bar. Our bartender, Jason, was awesome! He was friendly, funny, and gave us good recommendations for food and drinks. Three of us ordered the grouper sandwich and it was fantastic! We ended up closing the bar down and had a great time. If you are in Cocoa Beach, definitely make a trip to the Rikki Tiki Tavern!

Great menu options, we grabbed appetizers and drinks. Good wait staff. Quick service and friendly. Walked the pier, visited shops, watched ships, surfers, marine life, and enjoyed the experience.
