Ingredients are fresh, top quality cooked to perfection. No wonder they're 1 of 12 best pizza places in Naples! Great hidden gem with an awesome staff!
There are better Italian restaurants.
Stay away. It took 15 minutes for our waiter to come back to get our order after we mentioned it to another server. The food was not good My wife ordered the lasagna and I ordered the gnocchi. Her lasagna was burnt on the bottom and the gnocchi was ok. My wife told our server that it was burnt on the bottom, the server cared less. It’s not a do over
Wood fired pizza
Wanted to go for a more simple dinner and decided on pizza. There were closer choices, but they have Neapolitan pizza and we wanted to try theirs. The service was good and our calamari appetizer was also good. Pizza came out with the crust being a little burned, but the pizza overall was pretty good, just a little light on the topping’s. They also have a pretty good menu for pasta and other Italian dishes.

Rosedale has been my fav Pizza in Naples for the last 10 years. Still the best I ate lunch there yesterday and ha a great Sausage Pizza with soup on the lunch special. I has to pay $4.00 extra to add the sausage but it was worth it. Rosedale has thin crust Pizza cooked in a wood fired brick over and it the great! They serve far more than Pizza but that's all I had on this visit.
Not as good as it used to be
Visited Naples and couldn’t wait to go to Rosedale as we hadn’t been in a couple of years. The wait was a bit long, but understandable due to the busy season. They used to serve tasty rolls and switched to a bread that was good, but not great. Family split calamari, caprese, and a cheese pizza and all were average at best. The sauce on the pizza was not very flavorful and the calamari was neither hot nor crispy. Plan to return to Naples in the fall, but not sure we’ll include Rosedale in our plans.
Speedy and tasty
Great staff, very good food and speedy pick up service. My wife had a margerita pizza which she enjoyed while I had a very good “small” beet salad and nicely cooked calamari. Prices were also reasonable.

... Honestly not sure what the hype is. The pizzas were mediocre at best .. crust was flavorless as someone else mentioned. This is absolutely not NY pizza ... staff was super nice and friendly, very helpful and quick. Pizza wasn't worth it to be honest, sorry - just my opinion ....

Food was good, however the reason for low review was the server, Giovanni M. He spoke fast like he wanted to hurry and leave the table. At times, you couldn't even understand what he was saying, due to the speed of speech. We had a party of four. We ordered our meal and received our salads. Which was fine however, before we could finish our salad, he brought our entrées. Not acceptable. A server knows how to pace a meal. He did take back the entrées to serve after the salad, however returned again before we were done. A member of our party finally said to him stop being in such a hurry and take your time you're rushing us. We are not enjoying our meal. Servers need a little more training if they are going to make a pleasant experience for the customer.
Outstanding Meal Again
Once again a fabulous dinner. If there is better Lasagna in Naples, somebody has to tell me where it is. Our friend had the Seafood Pescatore and said it was outstanding. This restaurant never disappoints!
Very Disappointed with Their Service and Food Quality
I placed an online order for a pizza to be picked up the next day at 5:15 PM. The afternoon of the pickup, I called the restaurant to confirm the order and they told me that they received it. But when I arrived that evening around 5:15, it was not ready and I had to wait for another 15 minutes. While I was waiting, two other customers came in and picked up their pizzas right away, so it appears that they had forgotten to make mine. There was no apology, or offer of a discount, or anything. And the pizza was not that great; the center of the pizza was paper thin and kind of burned and other parts of the pizza were very thick, as though they realized that they missed preparing the order and then rushed to make it.

Great Italian spot with huge menu with lots of pizza and pasta options. I got the "alla vodka special" - penne Alla vodka, chicken, and cheese ravioli on top. Huge! Also they were very helpful with our large party of 17 ppl. Got us two huge tables.
Delicious Pasta
Shrimp Scampi with linguini was exceptional. The sauce was perfect balance of butter, roasted garlic and lemon and the shrimp were large and perfectly cooked. The lasagna was meaty with perfect amount of marinara sauce. Not heavy on cheese, which is exactly how I like it. We will eat here again.
Missing order and restaurant did not care
We chose Rosedale Brick oven because it is ranked #1 on Trip advisor and I was hoping for a finally good pizza but unfortunately I could not enjoy the order due to the bad experience with the delivery. It is rare that I’ve written any review but this experience got to my nerves especially that I paid for something that I never received. We just ordered 3 pizzas and we got delivered only 2 of them. When I asked the delivery man, he said this is all I got for you and you must contact the restaurant if you are missing anything, so I did, right away. Whomever answered the call, said that they definitely sent the entire order for delivery and if It is missing then I must contact doordash and ask for the missing pizza. I understand they use a 3rd party for delivery but as a customer, I ordered through the restaurant’s website and the restaurant decided how to deliver my food, I did not choose doordash. Anyway, I could not get a hold of anyone at doordash and the restaurant said they cannot do anything. So technically I paid for something I never received and the restaurant instead of getting a hold of the people they work with and of rectifying the issue that is not the customer’s fault, they decided to end the conversation with: you may contact the delivery company. Hell of a customer service!
Don't order the ravioli.
It was terrible! Though I hear the pizza is good. I've never eaten anything else there but the ravioli, which a family member brought to me. And it was so bad I couldn't eat it.

The staff and the food was incredible. The price was good also. Delicious pizza! Going back for sure! Our waitress took the time with us and made us feel at home! The owner sits with guest which we loved!
The Best Authentic Italian Food
If you are searching for true Italian food, look no further than Rosedale! Very comfortable NY/ Italian ambience. The moment you walk in, it smells delicious. Service was fast, staff was very friendly. Ordered the meatballs to start..so delicious, they reminded me of my grandmothers (who was from Naples, Italy) and that says a lot. Had the NY style Calamari for my main dish which was full of flavor. As I was sitting at the counter area, seeing all the food going out.. took a pizza to go for my son and he absolutely loved it. It was the spinach and sausage pizza. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who is looking for authentic Italian food. Coming from Brooklyn, I am glad to say I finally found a spot that tastes like "home."

I truly enjoyed my experience at Rosedale. The pizza was amazing and I will certainly be back to try the pasta. I saw a server pass by with the chicken marsala and it looked amazing. My mouth was watering! I will be telling everyone about this hidden gem!
The food was absolutely outstanding.
From the rice balls, to the meatballs, the penne alla vodka, and the pizza; literally every single dish was delicious!! Our server was amazing. She was super attentive and very sweet. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to try this place out, you wont regret it. I will be back again.

Great service and wonderful atmosphere. Everyone in our party ordered a different entree and each was fantastic. Leftovers the next day seemed to taste even better!! Appetizers were also on point. We will be going back often. Really enjoyed our time and meal there. Thank you!!

Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. We had a few different Italian dishes and our friends raved at how good their meal was. The portions were not skimpy and left you feeling comfortable and satisfied. Very clean and not crowded together which enabled conversation without shouting. Kudos to Rosedale

I've been to this restaurant several years ago and it was delicious. I can tell you that I was disappointed today when we went in to grab a bite to go. The pizza was lacking flavor and the bottom of the crust had to much flour dust. The prices have drastically increased and yet the toppings have not. The picture you see below is a medium sausage and pepperoni. In short, the pizza didn't come close to Anthony's coal fire pizza and $25 for a two topping medium is a little pricey.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Restaurant Bought/Canceled Their Own Reservation
I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
