Don't go here...
Bad service... Food was overpriced and not great. Gave me the wrong bill when we finished eating.. It took a long time to correct it... And when I check my Visa statement... They tripled billed me.. Now, I have to make an international call to try to get them to correct it...what a joke.
Be the first to ReplyFriendly enough
At Ruby's Diner the Denver omelette was a hit, well-cooked and satisfying. The coffee was decent, but the service left a bit to be desired—slightly slow but friendly enough. Plastic containers for the food felt odd, and the prices seemed a tad high for the overall quality. The ambiance was standard airport diner, functional but not exceptional.
Be the first to ReplyQuick and Excellent
Quick and Excellent. We had the salad with chicken and the turkey club house sandwich, which were both good. They have Chilula and Tabasco at every table. Our server was great and attentive with a real sense of humor. The best part was it was quick in case you’re running late.
Be the first to ReplyTypical airport restaurant - don't expect much
Service was slow even it wasn't busy at all. Waitress didn't bother to greet although she was a bit nicer when we paid and left. Food was mediocre, not cheap. Soup was barely warm and super thick. Caesar salad wasn't freshly made but pre-packed in the plastic takeout container. Don't expect much at this place.
Be the first to ReplyGood Airport Coffee & Omelette
Say at the bar for breakfast. Pretty good coffee and the Denver omelette was pretty good as well. Guy behind the bar knew his business and I was in and out at my own pace.
Be the first to ReplyNasty manager!
Food is always great but today aKAREN “manager scolded me - “to go is to go!”… so rushed. All I wanted to do was sit and eat breakfast. Plenty of tables available. The nice lady who took my order said all orders were to go. Thanks for ruining my trip, you KAREN bish!
Be the first to ReplySlow. Avoid if in a hurry
Avweage food (tenders n fries) slow service. Slow seating, slow ordering, slow food to table. Had to get up and get napkins myself. Service is friendly, just slow and disorganized. Avoid if close to your flight boarding time
Be the first to ReplyBreakfast at Las Vegas airport
this place is way over priced. You order with a cashier ..I understand if it was good..We were at the Las Vegas airport early morning yesterday and looking to have breakfast..everything served in plastic containers with plastic forks . Soggy hash browns with rubber bacon.Rude staff..She said what kind of toast? I said what are the options she acted like I should of known the options..the eggs were runny. The toast was a slice of bread not even toasted. seriously I tried contacting the corporation for my money back it was 36.00 for 2 terrible servings..avoid this place

Omelet was tasteless. It arrived with toast on top of the omelet so it was soggy and coffee was black water. Waste of $50.00 for 2.
Be the first to ReplyMediocre and expensive
Very mediocre and expensive. Had scrambled eggs and toast. The scrambled eggs were ok, One slice of bread. Unfortunately, it was the only place open at 5 am.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Airport Breakfast
We grabbed quick breakfast sandwiches here before our early morning flight. They were very good and so much better than what I usually have to get in an airport. Very minimal line compared to other places that early too. I’ll remember this place for future visits!
Be the first to ReplyGreat airport place!
Checked this out while waiting for a flight home! Def the best chicken tenders anywhere. 4 giant pieces and fries . Our waitress was super good and pleasant. Location is in terminal 3 near D gates. Very quick too Also the chicken burger was huge!
Be the first to ReplyDon't try to order a milkshake
Stopped there at 9:30PM stood in line for 10 minutes oy to find that they do not sell milkshakes....
Be the first to ReplyGo elsewhere for a burger
One would think a diner would do burgers and fries quite well. This place is a disappointment. It is clear and the service good but the burger is just average, the fries below average. And $24 for a cheeseburger, fries and drink? Never again. Inflation to the extreme.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Waitress!
This was one of the only places open the evening of Christmas in the E or D terminals at McCarren Airport in Vegas. The burger was very good and the Cajun fries were hard to put down. I cannot say enough about our waitress, Rita! She was the rock in the chaos of people trying to get food and appeared to be the only waitress working. She really deserves a big raise for her demeanor and work ethic!!! Will be back next time I'm at McCarren.
Be the first to ReplyGood for a quick bite
The whole area was very clean, and tables were spaced appropriately. All employees were properly wearing face masks. In the morning it was not crowded and service was very fast. The pricing is good for the location. Food quality was good.
Be the first to ReplyEmpty Your Wallet, Empty Your Bowels
Get ready to fork over $40 and wait 30 minutes for two orders of dry chicken tenders, tasteless fries, and ranch dressing that gives you diarrhea for three days, all from a cashier that seems like she'd rather be dead than working there. Can't say I blame her. This has no resemblance to an actual Ruby's Diner restaurant because it isn't one. It's contracted out to a food vendor company called Autogrill that serves college dining hall slop under the guide of being a well-known chain restaurant. Either way, if Ruby's Diner wants to sell it's name, I won't ever give them my business again. Avoid this place unless you desire want to torture your wallet and your intestines.
Be the first to ReplyDo not eat here
Sara the cashier was very rude. I asked about my order countless times and was brushed off. The manager was also very mean
Be the first to ReplyPoor food quality , overpriced
Poor food quality , overpriced for what you get. Oil potatoes were fried in tasted rancid. It hasn't been changed recently. Avoid this restaurant at all cost.
Be the first to ReplyNot great service
We basically had to ask to get served but once that happened it was ok. Seating was messed up we had a drink and could only sit in certain areas at the time it wasn't very clear not sure if thats fixed. Food was ok.
